However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to learn there was a $150 consultation fee. This was never mentioned when I booked over the phone. Had I known beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to proceed. I believe patients should be informed of this fee before arriving. I originally scheduled a consultation because I wanted to explore my options for under-eye hollowness, cheek filler, and other treatments. My goal was to gather professional opinions before making a decision, since this is my face and I wanted to compare recommendations from different providers. Before my consultation even began, I was asked how I would be paying. I mentioned that I had about $800 available on my CareCredit account. The doctor immediately responded by asking if I would be using the full $800. That made me uncomfortable because I was only there for a consultation. After already agreeing to pay the $150 consultation fee, I felt pressured to move forward with treatment instead of taking time to think about my options. During the consultation, I explained my concerns and was recommended cheek filler and chin filler for approximately $1,700. When I said I wanted to think about it and possibly seek other consultations, I felt the interaction became somewhat rushed. I eventually agreed to only chin filler and a lip flip. The procedure itself was completed very quickly. When I checked out, my total ended up being around $800, including additional CareCredit fees that I was not expecting. Considering I received one syringe of chin filler and a lip flip, I personally did not feel the results justified the cost. I honestly don't notice much of a difference in my chin, and the lip flip never seemed to take effect. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. I believe consultations should feel informative and pressure-free, and patients should be given time to make decisions without feeling financially committed. I also strongly feel the $150 consultation fee should be clearly disclosed when appointments are booked over the phone. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not return.

I called to inquire about appointments and the receptionist stated that the techs make their own appointments, but when I went last week, the tech mentioned that the front desk books their appointments. It definitely feels like a lack in honesty, transparency, and customer service. If my business isn't appreciated, then I can find a different nail salon who will appreciate a client who spends $100+ each time for my nails plus tip because this is disappointing and frustrating. Besides this matter, the Nail techs that I have worked with have been great and I hope to continue working with them as long as I can get a decent scheduled appointment when I call in advance notice.

I ask for eyebrow threading.she said that her worker helps me but i want to do my eyebrows with her. But she said that the young girl helps me. She is so young i think that she cant do my service. Unfortunately, Pabi is no longer here. I had a trip in August and she wasn't there anymore but they kept telling us she was on vacation so we kept going back every other week to see if she was back. Until I came here and read the owners comments that Pabi is no longer working here. Their mistake was always relying on Pabi, she was there all of the time and she was amazing. Now they don't have a good or equal replacement. They also have an older lady; who was there when Pabi wasn't and I made the mistake of doing my eyebrows with her. She actually cut my eyelid. That has never happened to me before! So never again with her and she's one of the ladies left here. Beware. I decided to give the new girl a try, but I did not like how they came out, and neither did my daughter. She also takes forever. I am now on the search for a new eyebrow spot.

I wish her well, but she needs to treat people with more kindness and try harder to communicate and take feedback.
