This time, however, I was with a group of five people so we were able to split up, but I was able to try a taco different than the pork (adobo.) usually when I come I usually grab tacos for me and my group so I'm stuck ordering 50 tacos at one time at one line. However, this time I was able to come with a group I think I'm absolutely in love with the tripe, I always love a good crispy, tripe taco, but I've never actually had it from here! We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that.
