My car wasn't showing any signs while driving and my family's mechanic of over 20 years also found it a little sketchy. When signs of brake issues did arise 6 months later, I took it to Firestone on Prospect Ave who fixed it for a quarter of the price and I've had no issues since. Maybe Terry's was being truthful about the issues, but if so, it felt way overcharged and pressured to get it fixed sooner than necessary.

A warm family business, Ben's provides one of the best customer service experiences in Cleveland. I must have visited the shop at least three times during the repair and each time I was given a thorough update on my Lexus in addition to the updates available online. Ben could tell I was very worried about gaps, paint color and the custom pin stripe matching up. Much to my surprise, based on experiences with other cars and body shops, the color matched up perfectly, the gaps look factory and the pinstripe was pretty much spot on.

This auto shop was recommended by my auto insurance, Geico. They had great service, explained everything and kept me updated, and made all the necessary repairs efficiently. They also vacuumed the inside of my car, which was a nice bonus. It was good to have the piece of mind, knowing that they would take good care of my car. The only issue I ran into, a few years later, was finding out that they didn't replace the rear bumper quite right, so there is an area where it doesn't attach as securely as it should. It does not affect the function of my car, but if I ever need to get the bumper replaced again (hopefully not anytime soon), I'll have to find a shop to do it correctly.

The radiator was leaking and Miracle Auto Body was recommended by the Conrad's across the street from them when they could not do anything for the car. The car ended up needing a lot of work to replace the front end and the radiator. Miracle can be hard to find since it is a little shop tucked in behind other buildings on Detroit and the drive is off of Lakewood Ave. Just a little old school shop that has a small lot, but they do great work. Jim did a great job working with the claims rep for Progressive and coordinating the repair. Since it is a small shop they may not always answer the phone when you call, but they always got back to me with updates, pricing and where the process was. They were much better at keeping me apprised then Progressive was. While the car was in for the major repairs I also had them fix a rust spot and they priced out some other repairs; they were good about helping me to have the most important repairs done. With my schedule picking the car could have been challenging, but Miracle made it easy, they met me first thing in the morning with my car at the Lakewood Enterprise location and I drove back to the shop to finish the paperwork. The car looks incredible, the repairs are really well done. In addition they did a great job of cleaning up the interior of the car which was a really nice bonus. It is like I got a new car back from them. I would strongly recommend Miracle Auto Body as long as you can be a bit patient with the process of getting your car repaired. It is clear that they take pride in their work and it is great to support a local business.

The worst customer service experience ever…read more The outstanding work of the repair team was completely overshadowed by the worst customer service experience I have had in years. The front desk representative, Vicki, made me feel unwelcome from the moment I walked through the door. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, she could not find it in the system despite my having a confirmation email in hand. Instead of approaching the situation with professionalism or courtesy, I was met with an attitude that made me feel as though I was a problem rather than a paying customer. The experience only got worse when I returned to pick up my vehicle. I stood directly in front of the reception window and was not greeted, acknowledged, or welcomed in any way. The look and demeanor I received made me feel completely unwanted. It was one of those interactions that leaves you wondering why you are being treated with such disregard and disrespect. To make matters worse, I was then told that payment had not been made, despite the fact that it had been paid the previous evening. After creating unnecessary confusion and delay, the payment was eventually found. Even then, there was no apology, no accountability, and no basic customer-service courtesy. As an African-American customer, I left this business feeling diminished, disrespected, and devalued. Every interaction I had with Vicki left me feeling as though my presence was an inconvenience. Instead of feeling appreciated for bringing my business to Crash Champions, I felt as though I was being looked down upon. That is what makes this review so disappointing. Eric and his team earned five stars. The quality of the repairs earned five stars. But customer service is the face of any business, and one person has the power to damage an otherwise excellent reputation. Because of my interactions with Vicki, I will never return to this location for future repairs, nor would I feel comfortable recommending it to family or friends. Dropped off my car after few weeks later and Enterprise picked me up to go get a rental right from the shop. Crash Champions called me with an update and then once my car was done and then gave me a nicely detailed final bill. The part that really stands out here aside from the friendly employees interacted with was how well they treated my car! It came back to me looking better than before it was banged up! They not only washed it but shined my wheels and rims too. The car looks brand new again and that wasn't something they had to do at all. Really pleased with how they were above and beyond here!
