This Target store is conveniently located in the Mosaic District and features a covered parking garage. Like other Target locations, this store is spacious and well-stocked with a wide range of products, including bedding, stationery, kitchenware, over-the-counter medications, personal care items, utensils, food, wine, electronics, clothing, housewares, and more. CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, and Pizza Hut outlets are also on the premises. They usually have the items I am looking for in stock, although the prices are slightly higher than at similar businesses. The cashier who assisted me was friendly, and the attentive staff helped me find the item I needed.

First of all, I love Target in general. Low prices for clothing and housewares. Large selection. BUT...this particular target needs more employees to tidy up the aisles. Of course the reason why the aisles are a mess (see pictures) is because there are insensitive, undisciplined customers that don't put things back how they found it. Yet to see almost every aisle in disarray tells me that the employees are not on top of cleaning things up. I first I thought maybe they are understaffed. Yet I saw at least 3 employees just walking about the store not even trying to rehang clothes, straighten boxes... Because of this, it is very difficult to find what you are looking for. Especially clothing. Everything is just rehung in different locations. Toys/equipment scattered all of the shelves. They only good thing is their parking situation. Parking is via their 4 level garage. Which is pretty convenient. That garage also is a hot spot for parking in general for the Mosaic district. Don't bother with Target location unless you are already visiting Mosaic for something else.

Very rich neighborhood. I could feel the cold gaze of the rich shoppers piercing through my soul like a dagger through cloth. The barista at the Starbucks saved my life with a venti water. The Starbucks was the best part, thank you.

It works, yet have fun in the parking garage. Definitely don't go here on a Friday or Saturday night. Mosaic is a trendy area. You'll thank me for this advice, or by all means risk your car/sanity. This store works for the basics. They tend to be a little more than Walmart, but you'll still find deals. There is a Starbucks in here. This one tends to be busy regardless of what time you go. Often they are out of high demand items, such as video games or those on sale. This can be frustrating, yet it's not unexpected. On a plus note the store is pretty clean and organized. There are enough employees too. That guarantees a decent experience.

Not a single attendant to help curb the line

This, by far has to be the worst Target store in the DMV region. Consistently, they're massively short staffed and the employees give no hoots to customer service. I've been a frequent visitor to this location and have noticed the quality of this store deteriorating over the years. The place is poorly organized, is low on stock and cleanliness is at a toss. The only time you'll notice staff is at closing time when they'll literally try to force the customer out of the store through a tiny door as the main entrances are shut 15 mins prior to close. The store has over 15+ assisted checkout counters and 6 self-checkout counters.Customers are expected to fend for themselves at the self-checkouts since no attendant would man the assisted ones. On a recent visit, not a single target attendant was found, and it seemed like the store was going through an employee walkout (when it wasn't). The line for self checkout went through half the store. This location is surely losing out on good business considering the locality is quite popular and visited often.

Too much stuff. Disorganized and messy. Smelled like synthetic weed. Very stressful. Found what i was looking for though.

Fantastic location with great outdoor dining attached for convenience! This is certainly the best Target I've ever experienced.

I found Furniture House on Yelp, so we decided to make the drive out to Manassas. We were NOT disappointed! We were greeted at the door by the owner, Maged, who was not at all pushy, but instead encouraged us to look around and promised he would get us a good deal. When we didn't find what we were looking for, he sent us 2 minutes down the road to his other store. There, we found exactly what we wanted--a Jackson Furniture L-shaped sectional (sturdy and American-made) under our budget. Maged insisted on covering shipping costs for us and told us to expect our new couch in 8 weeks. It arrived in less than a month! We now have the most comfortable sofa on the planet and we can't stop lounging on it (or bragging about it) :) Bottom line: Maged provided exceptional customer service and bent over backwards to get us what we were looking for at a good price. Will return for our next piece of furniture!

3 years! I searched for the perfect desk for 3 years since Covid started. Just like Goldilocks and…read morethe 3 s I tried an ikea desk, a wayfair desk, costco desk.... Honestly after a lot of money spend and shoulder and neck pains I figured out that I needed a change. I thought maybe I just needed a better chair but that only helped a little bit. I started to become desperate and lazy, 'maybe I should just work on the floor' I thought to myself, with that I discovered that I had less back pains and started just working from the floor. I tried this out for 3 months and I am happy to report that my back pains have lessened. So what does R-Home furniture have to do with this discover? Well everything of course, I started researching online about a sturdy short table, but not just any table would do. I was looking for a table that if I really wanted to I could use as a dining table, just something of quality! After a ton of research and a lot of unsuccessful and risky online ads, I found R-Home furniture. I sent an inquiry online and asked George if he had a Chabudai (Japanese short table) and he replied yes! I was super excited and let him know the dimensions I wanted as well as the base. I was a bit unsure of the colors and bases but George walked me through it. Two days later I came in and took a look at all the available pieces and was in awe of the selection, the picture really doesn't do it justice. After some indecisiveness on my part George recommend me a few pieces and I took it home the same day. The table wouldn't fit in my car if the base was attached but George and Ricky helped my husband load the table in the car. If you are ever looking for a great deal and just a bit of customization you definitely don't have to go further than to R-Home.

When I checked out on my last trip, the young gentleman at the register kept yawning and barely acknowledged me -- it came across as lacking basic manners and customer service. To make matters worse, a picture frame I bought turned out to be damaged in the corner when I unwrapped it at home. When I brought it back to return, the sales associate spoke to me in an accusatory tone and insisted that I had damaged it. I explained that I discovered the damage only after opening the packaging, but she refused to accept the return. Thankfully, I asked to speak with the Manager, who checked my receipt, realized I had purchased it just the day before, and resolved the situation professionally. I appreciated the manager stepping in, but the interaction should never have escalated to that point. Glad it was ultimately corrected, but the sales associate definitely needs better training in communication, customer courtesy, and how to handle returns without blaming customers.

Anyway...while he was at his appt., I decided to walk around the shopping center (FairLakes Promenade). I had seen Home Sense before but never got around to checking it out. Finally, got to do that today. At first glance, it looked like it was a furniture store. Yes, they have lots of furniture but a deeper look showed there was so much more. There are towels, bedding, kitchen utensils, household cleaning items, rugs and decorative items. My intention was just to look not buy. However, when I saw the food items, I realized that I needed a shopping cart. Things that caught my eye...imported pasta, pasta sauces, spices, sweets and a cleaning formulation for shower doors and mirrors. Truthfully, there were other items that attracted me but I exercised will power. For example, I saw a lovely vase but my sensible side said "we don't need another vase." There was artwork but sensible side said "We have enough of that and only so much wall space". When I went to check out, the cashier was friendly. I found out, when he tried to get me to sign up for a credit card, that they are part of a conglomerate that includes TJ Maxx. No, we don't need another credit card! My haul ended up costing $35 plus change. Once we were home, I showed my husband my haul. He asked what it cost and was pleasantly surprised. Aw, gee! I'm so proud of myself :D So, no regrets for paying Home Sense a visit!
