Very clean store, friendly staff. However; a lot of times they are short-staffed, which makes waiting time for customers longer.

BEWARE!!! My 18 year old son bought a $100 iTunes card that had been redeemed!!! I went to the store and spoke to the customer service and told me they can't refund my son's money because it was used! Just like that?! I demanded to talk to the manager and she told me the same thing! She told me to call Apple. I did while I'm in the store and stayed in the customer service department while talking to the Apple people. I was on the phone for one hour transferred to 2 person. And Apple customer card service told me after an hour on hold while investigating what happened. Apple said as soon as my son paid and it was activated by TARGET STORE the $100 was transferred to another gift card. And since my son bought this in TARGET Apple can't refund us his money. I was looking for the Sharper Image neck and back massager, the only one with stock was in Glendale. It's right before Christmas, I drove 30 mins parked blocks away. The store has 3 levels so it's hard to find things if you're not used to it. I finally found an associate, but he said it was online only. Their website said it was the only one in stock in LA and no I will NOT try another store. I just wasted 2 hours going back and forth. P.s. dirty bathrooms. read more

Its big! Multiple levels, cool elevator thing for your cart (who has ridden on one of those?), and generally easy access with parking close by and cashier lines not too crowded. 3/5 for the organization. Seriously. It took me 15min to find the mac n cheese (they werent in the pasta section but next to the refrigerated stuff). And PARKING because I almost got run over by two cars who dont understand priorities (theres a stop sign, but also a crosswalk- that doesnt mean you can go once youve stopped at the sign if there are people on the crosswalk). read more

She was so willing to help us and answered all our questions re the item we were looking for! We went to so many target stores all over Pasadena, Eagle Rock. This is Target and it's everything you can expect from a Target store. Low prices, lots of red everywhere, low prices, quick and easy, ok customer service, this instant vibe that there are germs everywhere waiting to jump at you... but at the end of the day, there's also low prices. Wait, did I mention that already? Parking is conveniently located in the same structure associated with the Glendale Galleria, so you can find plenty of space, especially if you show up around 10pm. This particular location closes at midnight for those of us who work late and need to squeeze in some grocery shopping into the remains of the day. Overall, it's a good location that's "on Target." It gives meets your expectations. Nothing more, nothing less. read more

Did the whole curbside pick up and was amazed at how time efficient everything was. Got my order out to the car within 10 minutes everything was put away for me and the customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases overall great experience. If this Target was organized, I would have given it five stars. However, it was so unorganized that it is only getting three stars. Everything was on the wrong shelf. It was really hard to find a lot of things because they weren't it the right place. It was a cool Target though because it had three levels and a ton of space and EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF.... Food, Cleaning Supplies, pillows, clothes, and much much more. I could live at Target. For parking here, there is a huge garage located on Columbus Ave in between Broadway and Colorado street. If you can't find parking here, which is really unlikely, there is also a lot on Brand Blvd., located next to Bloomingdales. There is also the drive thru which I recommend due to crowdedness in the restaurant with no seats. The bus transportation here is also pretty easy. It stops right on Central Ave right in between Glendale Galleria and the Americana. From here you can take the bus to pretty much anywhere in the San Fernando Valley or to Hollywood, Downtown LA, or Beverly Hills. read more

Can't complain about a Target. It has everything one needs! The only thing I would dock points on is the lack of organization in some parts of the store. I can imagine it gets pretty hectic during holidays, back-to-school seasons and other special sales...but it looks as overwhelming for the customers as it may feel for the staff members. read more

I have never heard of this before until I stopped a store clerk and they recommended I use the escalator to find my item. I go there every single day practically and one time in the last couple months during the pandemic, I was behind a very rude guy that was being a total asshole! Complaining and being a bully... I go to this Target several times a week. It's open until midnight which is super convenient for late people like myself. It's 3 stories, and if you read the signs it's not hard to find things. I've never had any complaint about this store..it's Target! Not sure why there's bad reviews on here lol. Be ware they are racist!!! Went there to do regular shopping with my fiance, by the time we get to cashier: she said "hi, we are you from?" I said "excuse me !!" I thought maybe I heard her wrong. As I entered I could feel the energy of the employees and the way that some of them were looking at me and clearly profiling me as a potential thief. I came in to literally get a tank top, basketball shorts, some cereal, some soda , a notebook, and straight up 4 50 cent plastic bowels and plates. As I was walking around the store not once exhibiting any behavior that would make me a potential security risk literally whatsoever the security followed me all over the store. I would understand if I had put something in my pocket ( which isn't even actual theft by law) or if I was trying to conceal literally ANY ITEM but not once did I even come close to showing any behavior towards that. As I finished shopping for what I deemed was my final purchase I proceeded to self checkout. I followed the signs and walked to the only open checkout station. Not only the did the on duty employee stand almost directly behind me ( literally within a foot of my body) they were directly staring at me and my items and looking at my screen as if I was trying to slide through items. This felt honestly humiliating because I literally go to spend my hard earned money at a store and just get looked at and looked down at by so many people with none of them EVER saying a word to me. You know that feeling when someone just looks at you like you are less than or up to no good JUST because of how I look. Was it because I was in a sweatsuit and a hat? Was it because I had Piercings on my face? Was it because I chose self checkout instead and this employee at self checkout decided to incredibly invade my personal space and almost watch me directly behind myself scan items. I felt incredibly bad and honestly embarrassed that these people working felt that way about my service so I decided to go and put every single item back in it's right place. I put back two pairs of shorts, a tank top, cereal, my awesome notebook I really actually wanted, pair of socks, a little post it pack, and I even returned a couple items to their right places on their floor because there was no one keeping at all neat areas on the mens clothing department. I swear while shopping esp by the clearance area I picked up probably 5-10 shirts and misc. items and put them back on their hangers and put them away as a courtesy. I was literally doing their job and while I put back every single item they had a security guard follow me the entire way. The only reason I am giving two stars is because I spoke to Raul and Stephanie by the customer service and they actually showed proper and good customer service that I deserved the second I walked into the store. They completely understood how I felt, apologized, and said that they would speak to their employees about it. ( hopefully that actually happens) Whoever is doing the hiring at this target location / whoever is training these employees literally forgot to teach any sort of customer service except for Raul and Stephanie who I personally thanked for taking the time to step into my shoes and see how that could just make me feel like an unwanted profiled customer. I will never come back to this location unless higher management could contact me or promise me that I could have a normal shopping experience at their store. In the 13 years I've probably been shopping at target I've spent thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars and not for one second did I deserve any of the treatment I got today. By the way... not one single employee asked if I needed help with anything in any department. I've been a general manager in establishments and if I was in charge of this store I would have some serious team meetings to bring the morale up, boosting great customer service and motivating their workers to provide a friendly environment to people who come in to spend their hard earned money. I work a normal job and I'm not a millionaire and I shouldnt have to feel like a thief to buy a couple things at the local target. I feel like I'm over reacting but this was so abundantly clear how almost every employee I interacted with felt that as a person and a customer the higher management should know that's the level of service being provided here. I'm not naming any names of anyone who said anything or even the security that followed me literally all around the store but I will recommend that Raul and Stephanie be given higher duties and given more control as they provided excellent care when resolving the matter. Whoever trained them trained them right. I left here with nothing I needed today and now I'm gonna have to spend some nice gas money to either get to another location or find a different store to shop at. I was at the mall already and figured since there's a target here, I could save myself a trip of driving to my regular target. But damn it I should have gone to my usual one... When most reviews are negative and a constant reminder of their horrible service, how wrong can that be? I had to buy a few items and being the smart shopper I am, I had the cartwheel app too. I shouldn't have gone to the self checkout lines with coupons, but I never had a problem at my normal target and the lines were just... bad. Long and slow, just imagine the DMV but less sad and a chore. I should have left the line when I noticed there were two employees manning the area, with only one employee actually working. And a family on the self check out register behind start complaining loudly because no one was helping them, the other girl was helping another customer while Monique was busy looking busy. I had the pleasure of Monique helping me... the other girl didn't know how to use the coupons and had to drag her over? She was clearly unhappy. She kept telling me they don't take cartwheel, even if it was their app. Then saying I'm using it on wrong items. After I showed her I was buying the item with other items, she said it's not the one in the picture. Damn it woman, it says assorted varieties. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This place is a NIGHTMARE. It is always cluttered and messy, the most disorganized target I've ever been to. You having trouble finding something? Good luck trying to spot an employee. They also have a horrible selection of products compared to other Targets. If this was the only Target I'd ever been to I would never want to go back to one. Also the bathrooms are disgusting and dirty. You need to park in the mall garage to go to this Target so good luck finding parking around the holidays. The Target is undergoing major renovations currently, so I am hopeful this will help turn it around. read more

This Target and the location is always crowded on the weekends and peak hours (3-6pm) but it's the Galleria so it's expected. I think that the Target here can't handle the large weekend and holiday crowds and sometimes store items tend to be strewn around. The escalators will also create bottleneck foot traffic during crowded peak hours so if you're uncomfortable around large crowds or may not want to deal with people's rudeness, keep this in mind! Target shuts its doors to the mall when the mall closes. Everything seems to always be stocked though! I go to this Target for the convenience since I live in the area and for late night runs for tomorrow's meals. I also use the Target/CVS Pharmacy, the customer service could be improved on but my prescription gets fulfilled pretty fast. Occasionally I'll see somewhat famous people in this Target too! I saw this guy from Buzzfeed while I looked like garbage when I went to get cold meds. read more

I'll tell you why this target has such "shitty" reviews! Besides, the associate I met in the pharmacy area who helped me find what I was looking for, who was super nice and helpful, the rest I encountered were not. I came in to get a relatively expensive item for $69. I went to the self checkout and asked this big guy with bleached hair if I could use my 20% off coupon that had expired on 11/27. I know that the employees at target can make adjustments to prices, etc. This guy refused. I spotted another guy standing around who looked to maybe be a supervisor and tried one last time to get my coupon honored. I explained that I tried to use it before it expired and it wouldn't scan and then I got an emergency call and had to leave and never got the chance to use it. He steadfastly refused over and over to honor my coupon, or find a different way to give me 20% off, even though I know he could have. I thanked him for being stubborn and set my item down and went on my way to my neighborhood target in West Hollywood. I'm sure this tool, wanna-be manager wanted to prove to me that I was not going to get my way no matter what. It was more important for him to do that than to be helpful and kind and understanding. Me being a long time customer of Target didn't matter to him and when stores lose this ability to care about that, they will start to fail. Bad reviews about one location may still reflect on another location. Heaven forbid that you decide to grant a small favor around the holidays! He told me 20% was too high to just give it to me after my coupon expired. When I asked to speak to a higher manager, he said there were none. Ha ha. I've heard that one before. I went to "my" target and grabbed the same item, along with a couple other items and went to the self checkout and explained to Claudia why my coupon expired and I didn't even barely have to ask her, she offered to give me the 20% off on all my items. These other rude dudes at the glendale target could have done the same, but it was more important to shut me down. Just so you know guys, I DID get my way. I'm a loyal customer and this is a courtesy you are always allowed to extend but you refused to. I hope Karma gives you a little taste of your own medicine. I looooove Target, and I frequent about 7 at all times... one near my work, a couple near home, and some that I prefer and happily make further treks for. But this one, is the closest one to my house, and yet I drive out of my way to Burbank or Pasadena to avoid it. First of all, parking is a major ordeal. You're fighting with the entire mall for a spot. Second, the layout of the store is not very customer friendly. And third, getting safely to and from the store to your car is a nightmare! You have to cross a very polluted intersection of cars coming & going into the mall, who seem more than eager to run pedestrians down. It's like trying to play that old 80s video game, Frogger! Try having small children in tow, or wearing heels and a suit after a long day at work!! No flipping thank you. Shame on you, Target. You're better than that. NOTE: if you MUST go here, park on the top level, where you can avoid the crosswalk & get in & out more safely. read more

I came here because me and my siblings were trying to get some curtains for my brother's room. At first, we went to Ikea, but couldn't find any good curtains. Ikea has a lot of furniture and sticks for the windows, but that was it. We love coming to target because there are so many things that you can get here. Besides the curtains, I also really like the drawers they have here. It's basically those home organizer thingies. Great to buy and clean up your home with. read more

Galleria tarjeet is not my favorite one in the chain. Parking is a disaster as you have to struggle with all of the mall goers and teenyboppers *SMH* This place is multiple stories and nothing spectacular. It is definitely not my favorite targets. They did not have that much clearance stuff when I have been here. That is one of favorite parts of going to target, the clearance stuff! Pro Tip: Do not come here on the weekend or even consider coming here during the holidays At least the stuff was all pretty much where it belonged. Too bad that I didnt really know what was supposed to be where as this target is not laid out like any other I have been to. The associates were not readily assisting and were difficult to find in some departments like toys and menswear. None the less it is target so it was clean and run with target professionalism by most of the staff. The staff is great but they really need to get it together for their drive up orders. Supposed to be ready in 6 hours, it's been well over 12 and my order isn't ready. As far as Targets go, this one's a hot mess. The merchandise is haphazardly strewn about, items are frequently out of stock, there are never enough cash registers open for the crowds and the lines to check out can be 10 to 20 minutes long, the women's bathroom is always filthy and often not stocked with toilet paper, garbage cans are overflowing, and the store's thermostat is set pretty high in the summers. This place must be hell to work. I feel for the employees. Go the extra couple of miles to the Target in Eagle Rock or the one in Empire Center. read more

After the mall closes, Target is still open till ten. The mall entrance may be close but the entrance facing the parking lot will still be open. They're opening a grocery section this September! Yey. What the? There's a Target at the Glendale Galleria now? When did this happen? I guess it's been a while since I've gone to this mall. OMG, three stories... Of crap! Sure, it's Target and who doesn't blow at least $100 worth on "necessities" every time they go? Well, that didn't happen to me. I swear, I looked and everything was about a buck more than other Targets. For instance, I went to grab my favorite L'oreal eye makeup remover and noticed it was a $1 more than usual. I ended up not buying a thing and driving to the one over in east Pasadena the same night for the bottle (it was on my own my way, I did not waste gas). The women's clothing section was tiny. But the have a huge food section. I saw a woman carrying around a carton of eggs. Wow, I never thought about going to the mall to do my grocery shopping. How bizarre. I guess that's a plus, if you want to deal with the parking situation at the Galleria which can be a nightmare. Also, they have some fancy looking snack bar with a Starbucks even, if you're into burnt coffee that is. I dunno, this Target just leaves me feeling somewhat weird. It's busy, cleanish but overpriced and out of stock on some of my favorite things like mints. I'd pass this up for another Target in the area which in my case is east Pasadena. read more

Who cares if this place is 3 stories when they have terrible customer service. Most Employees don't care and it shows! Recently I tripped on a soap puddle that was leaking from a cart of returns left in the middle of a main aisle. First why is there a broken soap bottle being put back? Second, why is the returns cart in the middle of the aisle? I busted my Elbow and wrist. A employee walked over after I paged them and ignored me but paid a whole lot of attention to the mess. Customers were telling the employees to help me since I ate it pretty hard. Nope. Let's focus on what we can use to clean the spill! I was pissed by this point because the employees didn't bother seeing how I was doing. I paid and the cashier was a whole different story. I went back a few days later to fill out a report after my parents lawyers told me to do so. I was "greeted" by a rude security guard whos time I was wasting by asking for a manager. Sorry that I'm bothering you from your very busy day of standing there! When the manager arrived it took another 15 minutes for her to even find the form. While we filled it out she told me she was one of the 2 who came to clean the spill. If you're a manager you should know common practices in the workplace. If someone slips and hurts themselves at your workplace fill out an incident reportForm and make sure the person is ok! But not at this target. Instead make them feel worse about the situation. Like it's their fault for slipping in a clear puddle of soap in your store. Make sure they leave feeling like an idiot because thats how this place will make you feel. I tweeted at target : nothing I emailed: nothing This left me with a bad taste. Worst customer experience ever. I worked in retail and when I did have this happen I ensured that the person hurt was ok first. I even apologized on behalf of the store. Nope not at this target. Disappointed in their policy / customer service. I ordered something online in the wrong size. Rather than mail it back I brought it to the store. The customer service rep said she could not refund cash but a target card. I said no problem. I asked will I be able to use the card online? (they didn't have what I wanted at this location) she said no problem. So the card doesn't work online. I have an online, live chat with a customer service rep who, after a bit of time assures me I can use the card online and that if I call customer service they can fix it for me. The next morning, I call customer service and you guessed it, I can't use the card online I have to use it in the store. So in store rep and live chat person not up to date on policy...A policy that is not customer friendly. read more

Why am I writing a review about Target? A Target is a Target, right? If you think that, you've never been to the Target at the Glendale Galleria. This place is a nightmare. From finding a space in the parking garage full of completely inept idiots who don't know how to drive (look for an open space people, don't stop behind a person walking when there are literally a million spaces open on the top floor)., to the completely inept people who shop there and work there. The place is full of nightmarish people who ram their cart into, bump into you, stand and block the middle of aisles, oh, and then also the people that shop there are awful too. They literally have two registers open at all times, with incredibly long lines. There are always Target people milling around, looking in slack jawed confusion at why there are such long lines, but then proceed to go back to doing nothing around the front of the store. It's literally baffling. Even though this is infinitely closer as I actually live in Glendale, we drive out of our way to go to the Burbank store, which is actually run like a normal Target. Get it together, Glendale Target. BTW, the 3 floors are inconvenient but I am used to them, they're like that when they' are in downtown areas to save space. However this Target's cart pulley system breaks down at least once a day it appears. Also, they don't appear to restock very often. I went twice in two weeks and looked at the hair gel, both times they were empty. After about 3 weeks they seem to restock empty items. read more
