I normally go in (I like end caps best) but we had the chance to use the store pickup service tonight for some last minute New Year supplies and it could not have went smoother. Order online, select store pickup, let them know when you're on the way, then a quick check in once you're parked. Everything was brought out in less than 5 minutes and we were on our way. read more

I recently ordered a couple of items to this Target for car pickup when I was headed out to the Wellington area and this Target was conveniently on the way. I love that you know exactly what is (supposed to be) in stock just from the Target App, and you can purchase it online and have it be ready for pickup with 2 hours. It was ready within an hour! I pulled into the parking lot, selected 'I'm on my way,' and then selected 'I'm here' when I pulled into one of the spots with a big 'Drive Up' sign above them - and although I had given them only a few minutes notice, they delivered my item within minutes! I was so impressed. A very nice person brought out my order in a bag and scanned my phone code from the App. Thank you! This unbelievably prompt service absolutely kills it for any last minute needs. Free Service? No extra fees? I can use my Target card and get 5% off? AND I conveniently avoid seeing all of the other Target items I might want to purchase while shopping for a specific item. I usually avoid this Target, although technically closer in distance too me, due to the traffic on Lake Worth Road. I prefer the Boynton Beach Target location, which is newer, close to 95, and us a super target, but when something is only in stock here, I don't mind going. read more

We happened to be in the area celebrating Mother's Day and happened to make an amazing discovery! After searching five other target locations south of Palm beach, my daughter finally found the Brownie Batter OatHaus flavor that is exclusive to Target stores. You can also order this flavor online from the company directly, but we didn't put this flavor on our most recent order that we made when Banana Bread dropped. This target was fully stocked with both the Brownie Batter and Vanilla, so my daughter ended up getting two jars and got one for her mother. I will say even though we were pleased with our find, there was a long wait for checkout. Hopefully this target will get some self checkout machines or have more cashiers on shift to even out the lines. read more

This has been my local target since it opened in 1998. I have always loved it through the years with no problems and would like this location target to stay put! ... however in recent months/maybe even the past year or so I am not quite sure what's been going on with: the workers inside, there not ever being enough self check-out lanes open, there being trash all over the target down multiple isles, the shelves not being properly stocked.. (especially the cat food isle, there's always tons of left over empty containers that the bulk cat food orders came out of just left behind on the shelves with the cat food boxes and containers) and overall the store just seems super under staffed.... And it's crazy to me because I've applied to work full time at this local Target location over 13 times with no response of hiring me.... they always say they are "hiring" but are somehow also always understaffed. Not just the target but the Starbucks inside the target as well is understaffed and doesn't keep everything looking stocked properly. I go to this target typically around once every week and a 1/2 because my cats run out of their wet food that I get here and there's been a DEAD animal smell coming from the cat food isle for over 2-3 weeks now that I have made workers there aware of TWICE over the span of that 2-3 weeks... today being one of the times.... And it has yet to be taken care of... I'm not quite sure what is going on you guys... And please reply back to me if you'd like to hire a local resident who's lived here her whole life and would love to be a new edition!! Let's do better everyone!!! read more

so I was hired by this company in the beginning of December. They have yet to finish the hiring process and tells me that they cannot schedule me an orientation as my employee number has never been created yet every time I attempt to call the lines that they tell me to call nobody answers any of them the HR the regular grocery. Horrible customer service . The cashier Julie is rude she sighs, grunts and sucks her teeth when you asks questions. I requested a manger after she kept ignoring my questions and the manager Julie was even worse. She advised me that she was on her break and didn't have time to deal with me. They bagged my merchandise and both walked away ignoring me as I waited to pay. Julie finally came back and asked why I was still there and I told her that I was waiting to pay. I requested a manager again and unfortunately Julie came back. I asked her to have the store director call me so I can discuss how I was treated and she told me to call the store myself because she was going back to finish her break.i guess I can only blame myself because I had no business supporting Target. read more

I'm a Target fan. I like their stores. And I was pleased that when I got my credit card here years ago, it was an easy process. I always like the idea of getting a discount for having my red credit card every time that I shop. This is one of my "main" target stores -- that is I come here often cause it's convenient, the parking lot is large, and the store carries many of the things for which I'm shopping. It's also bright and clean inside. As well as organized. It's usually where I come for all my health and beauty products -- as prices are decent to begin with, they have good sales, and using their cc I get an additional discount. Today, we came to get a replacement filter for our kitchen sink. We'd broken off a piece and knew it was time. They had exactly what we wanted -- and it was less expensive than buying it online. I've recently downloaded their new Target Circle app. I really don't know how to use it. Luckily, I'd searched for the item we wanted through the app and then verified it was the same one with the cashier. She walked me through the barcode scanning process and I got to save an additional $5. Woo hoo! We shop here often -- it's especially good during the holidays, too, for children's Christmas presents. We have even bought housewares and furniture accessories here, too. So yes, we will be back... read more

Target here in Greenacres has lost thier wonderful customer service. Used to be such a delight to be greeted with a smile or a good afternoon, now, none of the employees say nothing and look miserable standing at the entrance. Customer service person Taylor, was rude nasty and humiliated me in from of her coworkers and other customers. I came in to pickup my online order. Taylor immediately denied i had a online order and told me to fo myself to electronics to find my order with them. Another worker told me she must have been confused and brought me back to customer service which she immediately said what are you doing here your order isn't ready. I showed her my order being ready on my phone and she told my im lieing. I asked for her manager and she told me I don't deserve to speak with him and called him. The manager Enzo arrived and showed Taylor my order being ready and grabbed my item. The manger Enzo was great. I've been coming here for years and it won't be my last time. Even though it's an older Target, I'll take it. They have a Starbucks and a cafe near the entrance. The thing that I always liked about Target is that it's super clean. It is more organized than Walmart for sure. The store is divided into several sections, such as housewares, clothing, personal items, garden area, electronics, groceries, and baby. There are signs hanging from the ceiling in case you are trying to locate a department in the store and it's pretty handy if you're at one end of the store. Believe or not, Target actually carries some stuff that other retail stores don't have. I was looking for a pair of sandals that has the straps on the back for my son and I finally found them here. I didn't think it would be that hard to find, but I guess when you're looking for something, it's never there ;) The customer service was super friendly as well. It would be nice if this was a Super Target, but hopefully, that will change in the near future. read more

Pleasantly surprised! While not a SuperTarget and lacking a few of the amenities I've come to expect in a Target, it definitely did the trick for my visit! While there is a grocery section, it is small and cramped in size. I would love to see this target morph into a SuperTarget. Was fortunate to have an order delivered from this Target today. They are not far from where I live and had exactly what I was looking for in the store, so I didn't have to wait. Pleased with their stock and location. Have picked up there as well and they always have what I need. I was surprised and pleased to see their selection or groceries: name or store brand, with competitive prices. Wal mart might be cheaper, but they're often out of things I need, such as oil or oregano and fix a flat. Basics, in my book. Now, Target is my go to store when I only want to make one trip. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love target. However, this specific store has definitely gotten worse over the years. It seems like the staff isn't trained to actually help anyone, so they just stock the shelves and walk aimlessly around the store. There's usually one regular checkout lane open and a 10 items or less lane open, so you're forced to wait in one of those (the cashiers aren't in a hurry by any means). There's a good selection of items and the store itself is in pretty good condition, but they just need an entire staff update asap read more

Can't say too many negatives about this particular Target location. I've been shopping here for a little over 10 years and it's had quite a few changes, such as shutting down the back garden area and converting part of the store to cater towards groceries. Oh! They added a mini-Starbucks near the front, too, which is a nice scent to walk past on the way in and out. Normally the store is clean and stocked nicely - I've encountered being unable to locate my size in clothing a few times, though, which usually means "it's not meant to be". ;) I continue to shop at this Target location because it's the closest one to my home. read more

I once read that if you go into Target only needing one thing and walk out with only that one thing, then you didn't do Target right! Their home section is one of my favorites- they have seasonal items that you never knew you needed. I always start my weekend shopping here. So furious, found a Christmas lights projection set for $25 (2 separate signs on the shelf). Paid for the items (Christmas gift bags & tissue) including lights on sale & thought, that's a high bill $52. We we're charged full price $40 for the lights. So my man went to get the sign (cashier Ebony called someone on the walkie talkies) they took the sign down before we we're able to show the sign & tonight is the last night of the sale. Called the manager on Duty (Neil) and he knows nothing about customer service or the items on sale in his store. I go to this target all the time , and today I went with my cousin and younger sister, and today we were followed by security and for what??? we were doing absolutely nothing wrong and they were talking about us through they're walkie talkies. i. dont wanna bring in the race card bcs it shouldn't have anything to do w it. Tried to buy some trading cards and sports cards from here and they decided they wouldn't sell them to people who work a real job. Had a half day 9-1pm bolted right over there because they limited people to 1 product, so I had a chance to score some cards. They would not help even though they had the product in store. I was looking for an limited edition book for my husband all over the county and no one seemed to know when it was going to be in stock as it was supposed to be released into Target stores that same day. So, this Target may be a smidgen small, it's not a Super Target, and reminds me of the one in my hometown, the same exact floor plan. The employees are extremely nice and helpful, parking lots are clean. One worker, Brian, helped me try to locate the limited edition book and gave me more information on what other store may have it and he also included the dates they stock books and other games for this and the other store. It really helped as I didn't want to drive around anymore. If I was to come through this side of town and needed something, I'd return to this Target. read more

This is an older Target which was remodeled in 2010 to make it more inline with the other department stores that now carry groceries. It has some groceries, but not to the extent of a Super Target. The nearest Super Target is on SR7 and Lantana Road. read more

I love this Target!! They are never super busy which is always nice when shopping and their clearance sections are always organized. Their customer service has always been good. Every time I go into this Target the employees always creep me out. It seems they have nothing better to do than to follow random customers that only go in for a quick stop to pick something up. But this target is horrible, I over heard one of the managers yelling at their employees because she wanted her to pick up after someone else's slack and just yelling at her and about to make her cry... I attempted to return a duplicate chrome Baker's rack I'd received from an online order. Customer Service couldn't find the rack in their database and as a woman was standing in the middle of that department screaming at the top of her lungs that she wouldn't be ignored any longer by their reps, I decided to ship it back rather than spend my afternoon looking through their computer records. My mistake. After several calls over two months, Target online tells me they have no record of my purchase even though they authorized the return shipping and had a record of accepting it's arrival. I sent them a copy of my credit card statement and never heard back, so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Six weeks later, Citibank approved my refund. That was on January 17th for an order placed September 23rd. Target's response was the most unprofessional, incompetent and unethical I have ever encountered. At no point did anyone ever take an interest in resolving the problem and even my repeated efforts met with complete indifference. If you must shop with the bottom-feeders, try Walmart or K-mart. At least then you won't be surprised when they don't respond to a problem. As for me, there are far too many online companies to work with for me to ever shop Target again. They won't miss me and I sure as h*ll won't miss them. read more
