Target on Blue Diamond is relatively large. Has curbside pick-up, plenty of parking, and clean facility. I had a great experience with curbside pick up, I wanted to get a deal on the 12 pack sodas, which I had purchased only one pack at full price, and guest services was very friendly and let me get promo, even though I had already bought and took home one of the packs, and didn't make me bring it back to get promo. This is what customer service should be! They were attentive and didn't make it seem that they hated to be there, as compared to other Targets I've been to. read more

I shop at this store probably 3 x a week. I was just there and checking out at 2:30 today, register 4. The manager opened this register because there were a lot of people. Josephine was the cashier, I approached the register, said "hello" how are you?" She was brooding, not looking up and I watched her ring up my items. Mostly from the Dollar section. I purchased 10 tiny glass Xmas trees and watched her dump ALL of them into a plastic bag. Still brooding, I asked her to PLEASE wrap up some plastic bags and just stuff it amongst the 10 of the trees so they wouldn't chip as I was driving home and they were bumping together. She finally wrapped 3-4 of them in Paper, (didn't tape the paper) and put 3 of the small flocked trees all in one bag and I'm hoping they don't rub and flake the "snow" off. She told me my total was $33.60. I gave her two twenties, ($40.00) and 60 cents in change. Pretty easy huh? No. She handed me back a $10.00 bill. I told her she gave me back too much. She said "no, the machine tells me what to give you" I told her how to count it and she only owed me $7.00. Not only is this girl inept on Target's dime, but she is pretty ticked off helping customers. Better let her go before this weekend! Target will lose a lot of money.... AND customers! read more

One Star for the gentleman who answered the phone, helped me look up an item and put it on hold for me. One Star because Customer Service answered the phone fast and transferred me to the gentleman. Picked up the item (3.0 USB to HDMI Adapter), that was on hold a while ago and the woman who was working behind the POS desk in electronics had ZERO manners and frankly, I'm disappointed because I've gone to this Target many times and everyone I've ran into was consistently nice and friendly. She broke the run. You can literally and TRULY tell she didn't want to be there. Either that or she's just naturally rude and with attitude. A quick eye contact, then she found the item on the desk, handed it to me and that was it. I used to be a Customer Service and Quality Assurance Manager for three companies back home as-well-as a Secret Shopper and it really sucks when a place like Target, especially one that you go to a lot and expect this awesome company employ someone like her. It was a short connection but it seriously ruined the rest of the evening and more importantly, it ruined a really good track record of having such a great experience every time I go to this location. What's worse is that I can't wait to go back and if I run into her again and she acts the same, I'm ready to ask for management right on the spot. I had a very difficult customer service issue happen with an item I bought from this store. I came to the store needing help and nobody seemed to be able to comprehend my issue. Finally a nice employee named Alexis took the time to listen to my issue and realized how ridiculous the situation was. Target has a lot of problems with looking up old orders. This is the absolute worst Target store in Clark County, Nevada. The employees at their pickup desk are functional idiots. I purchased $2.04 of hydrogen peroxide which I was to use to wash my spine for upcoming surgery. I used online shopping because it is most difficult to walk and when I do walk the pain is excruciating. My wife went inside the store along with my driver's license and was told she had to show her ID as well. So, she walked back to the car got her ID showing the same last name and address as my license. She was then told by the same person who told her to go get her ID that I had to come into the store to make the pickup. My wife said, "he can barely walk" to which the store employee said, essentially, "tough s***". I dragged my stiff spine and completely numb leg three (3) blocks to pick up the $2.04 package. When I limped through the door to the pickup counter the employee said, "you must be here to pick up the package your wife wanted" or something to that effect. FOR $2.04 THESE PEOPLE TREATED MY WIFE LIKE A CRIMINAL WHO WAS TRYING TO STEAL AND ME LIKE DIRT WHEN THEY HAD BEEN APPRISED THAT I COULD BARELY WALK. THESE EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I hope they get stolen blind at the self checkout counters. Whoever runs this clown car of a store should be terminated or at least be required to take a college level course in business management and employee management. read more

Came in here to buy a $200 power wheels for our son. We saw it online with a 20% off promo and was able to find it in stock at this store. We found TWO associates nearby the toy aisle who confirmed that we could get the online deal matched at guest services - they were kind enough to bring the toy to the front for us because it wouldn't fit in a shopping cart. After filling the cart with diapers and other baby items for our other son, we went to pay for the power wheels - but guess what? Guest services was not willing to match the online promo after TWO other associates said they would. No problem, we'll just buy it online and pick up in-store and be on our way right? WRONG! They made us wait for the ONE associate in the whole freakin store to come back from lunch to scan the damn thing just so that we could pick it up. I kid you not, we were at the guest service desk for nearly an hour just waiting for this person to come back from lunch. The product was already pulled and sitting at guest services and there was nothing the manager was willing to do for us. She expected us to just sit there and wait for the inventory person to come back from lunch. We were already pressed for time to go home and feed our newborn and this was not helping. She was not apologetic at all and did not want to offer any compensation or anything. It was pretty much take it or leave it! Other Targets hand out $5 gift cards for inconvenience, this one makes you wait for their workers to come back from lunch break. Are you kidding me? We've spent thousands of dollars at this place and even drive past another Target just to go to this one. If I wanted this kind of crap service I would have just gone to Walmart. At least their lower prices make up for their crappy attitude. What's your excuse? Try waiting for a waitress to come back from her lunch break before she serves you food and let me know how you feel about it. Your store manager will be getting a call from me. read more

It's funny because in less than 2 miles away, there is another Target store where I usually do most of my shopping. But when I was shopping for a new writing desk, when I pulled up which stores had my desk in stock, this Target popped up. Little did I know, there was this Target closer to me than the one on Eastern! Literally 2 Targets writhing a 2 miles radius from each other, lol! In comparison to the Eastern Ave location, this Target is so much more organized, and clean. Also the parking lot feels much more safe, in my opinion. The workers at this location are much more inclined to ask if you need help, and actually help you. I was able to find everything I needed within one circle around the store, so I was one happy camper! If I would recommend a Target in Henderson to shop at, it would be this Target. Outside of my home, I live at three other places. The first being work, the second being school and the third being Target. Specifically this Target. My family shops so much at Target, my 7 year old brother drew a family picture at school and we were in front of Target, in the drawing. Suffice to say, I'm quite familiar with this place. Hmm, usually, the selection is decent. A lot of times, the selection isn't so great, particularly when it comes to food. Produce and meat are severely lacking and what I drink the most, carbonated water, isn't sold in a 2 liter. You have to buy either San Pellegrino or Perrier at $1.50 each or St. Croix in cans if you want carbonated water. This irks me. Their nail polish is getting expensive! $7+ for nail polish... at a Target? This is borderline Ulta prices. The music and sporting good section isn't that great but other than that, it's decent. If you want to have a laugh, go look at the markdowns on the end caps near the make-up aisles. They have the most random stuff. As well, you might catch a funny display, such as the one I took a picture of - Dora the Explorer lip gloss next to condoms and lube. Although I'll always shop at Target before I ever step foot in a Wal-Mart, I'm afraid that with all the new businesses they're building on and around Target, what was once a spacious parking lot is going to turn into a nightmare of hard to find spots. read more

Out of all the Targets in the area this one is my favorite as far as customer service goes. Their employees do really work as a team. Couple weeks ago I asked one employee for help finding an item. He really didn't know much but answered my questions as best as he could since he was new. Another employee just happened to walk by and offered to assist with helping him find what I was looking for. It's always like this at this store in particular. Everyone is helpful. The place is always kept clean and organized and merchandise is well signed. I never have a problem having to guess how much something costs. My gripe is this store is their busiest one so the the new and more popular merchandise sells out quicker. Not sure what's been going on at this Target but all my curbside pickup orders lately have had items out of stock. Worse yet, on my most recent order, some items were missing despite no notification that anything was out of stock. The staff member handling my order tried to get me to accept the order anyway, and even argued with me despite me showing her on my app that the items were appearing as fulfilled and I had been fully charged (I also didn't get the prompt that normally appears when there are missing items in the order). Because the staff member was so adamant I didn't feel I had any choice but to leave - and of course, despite her assurances to the contrary, I was never refunded for the items that were missing. I did follow-up with management and after some considerable back-and-forth they did eventually refund my money and offer me a $5 gift card, and that's the only reason I'm not docking more stars - not that $5 is worth any of this aggravation. In any case, I strongly recommend not leaving until any discrepancies are settled. Do not take any employee's word for it - demand it be resolved while you're still there or you're just asking for trouble. Target stores in general all seem to have a huge problem with keeping accurate inventory; I can excuse that because #*&! happens, but what they absolutely should never do is confirm my orders when they don't have the items in stock. read more

Target gets it and does it right. Shopping on line with Target is very easy. Their web page is easy to navigate. But the thing that makes them rate 5 stars is the pick up system. When you order on line to pick up curbside, you use their app. You let them know when you are leaving your house and allow them to track you for the one time use. Let them know what kind of car you are in. Pull in to the designated pick up spot. They send a code in the app that can be read through the window. And an employee appears 3 minutes later with your order, show the employee the code and she loads it into your car. No contact needed. Couldn't be easier or safer. read more

This is a pretty clean Target in a somewhat residential area of the Hendo highlands. We ventured here with kiddos in the evening, and to be honest, the place was pretty dead. In the last few years, Tarjette's addition of a supermarket foods is a welcome bonus, saving a trip to another store for things like snacks and drinks for hotel living. The store is laid-out as you might expect, so finding things is second nature. We picked up some goodies for our brood, and even found the purple fluffy fleece unicorn hoodie my daughter wanted... and on sale, too. Notably, the checker was very nice and kind to my daughter... casual conversation while dually being efficient with Check-out was a nice bonus. I swear, I thought I was in a Trader Joe's with the kindness and affability of the young lady behind the register. Also, I didn't get hit up for 10¢ a bag like they do only native California. It's Target people, so you know, it's like Disneyland for adults. Each aisle reveals something more magical than the one before. This Target has a Starbucks inside, so even more reason to stop on by. I think in comparison to the other Targets around here, this one is the best stocked, most well kept and the staff is always friendly and willing to assist. The prices are fair in my opinion and I'd rather pay $5 more dollars in a shopping trip for the exact same thing than go to somewhere like Walmart where I am nervous that the dude with a few missing teeth and greasy overalls following you down the aisle will finally catch up or my kids staring on in bewilderment as the lady in her foot pajamas cussing someone out on her phone pads past. TARGET SHOPPERS BEWARE! I have been a long time Target customer and supporter. Lately, the company is involved in many deceptive business practices that are truly awful. They have an App price, a store price, a pickup price, a delivery price and a deliver to your car price. Many of these are not published. I have several recent examples. Today I looked up an item on the app priced at $4.29. Went to the store and bought it off the shelf. Cashier charges $6.99. Showed her the $4.29 price. Told to go to customer service. I am #4 in line. It is Christmas. Wait 15 min in line for the customer service person to tell me that $4.29 is the online price and smiles. Ask her where the in-store price is published? Smiles again and adjusts the price. Previous visit found 2 items that were only on sale if delivered to your car and one that was only on sale if you went in the store to purchase? Terrible business practice! Someone at the top needs to be replaced. read more

There's not much more I can say about a Target that I haven't said about the other locations I have visited. Always a pleasure, and you always know what you're going to get. A clean store that's very well organized and has great employees. This store was just that. I love shopping Target stores because it's relaxing, as weird as that may sound. When I shop Walmart, I always feel like I am on the defense for something crazy about to happen! lol! I will be shopping this location a lot. It closely matches my former location in Summerlin on Hualapai and Flamingo that I used to frequent, so I definitely feel at home here now being a return resident of Green Valley, Kudos to this store's management team and the entire staff. Spoke with Lexi in the toy department! She was a pure joy to talk to. She went up and beyond! She not only checked her inventory, but all the other stores, her upcoming deliveries, and online! I went to Target to make a return. A young woman helped me. I didn't have the receipt with the bar code nor did I have my card. She told me in order to do a return I needed one of those things. I started to ask her a question and she turned around and walked away. I stood there shocked and another employee was standing there. He approached and said what are you trying to do and I explained and he said do you have the target app? I opened it and he did the return. The five star rating is for Michael. Had he not been there I would have avoided this target in the future. The rudeness of the first salesgirl would have been a zero star. I hope the people that run target give Michael recognition. Visited optical department for glasses adjustments (called ahead of time to ask if they did them for glasses purchased from another retailer and they said yes) and the employee who helped me seemed to be having a bad day. He was unfriendly from the start. Sat down with my glasses and he was rude about the pair I wore on my face telling me they are too big for my face and seemed to barely try to help me out with my issue. He also made a comment to me saying I could go on the strip because the company has a store there. The company sells sunglasses on the strip, not RX glasses and they do not do adjustments. Would not recommend going to this location for optical needs. read more

I always try to give Target another try, but every time I do I end up leaving disappointed. The workers were really helpful and nice and I do appreciate that. The store is generally bright and clean. I think the problem is that Target is trying to do/be too many things all at once. There's groceries, but then there's gourmet groceries. There's makeup, but then there's semi-high end makeup. As a result, the prices are all over the place. I get the idea of being a one stop shop, but then getting checked out takes a while because there is only 2 cashiers. There's self check out now, so that will help. Bottom line is I don't think I'm saving much by getting groceries here and ULTA is right next door for make up. 4 stars for the employees. 2 stars for the brand itself. read more

This review is meant for Target Corporation, not a specific location. Today I was notified by one of my credit reporting companies that Target decreased my credit limit by $5500 because I haven't used my card since March 2020. Target never sent me a letter last month when they took this action. Today I learned that they were planning to close the account in 2 months if I didn't use it...again no notification of the steps they were planning to take. Let me get this straight, I paid off my card balance in March 2020, which I do when I want to bring down balances. I was planning to use the card again (I always do) but then a pandemic hit, my husband was laid off and my salary was cut by 15%. So we cut back on spending to get through the hard times. This is how Target treats its customers with an excellent track record with them...they negatively impacted my credit score by reducing my credit line. Why? Because I'm not shopping during a pandemic while experiencing financial struggles!!!! Bye Bye Target. Closed the card just now and will never step foot in a Target store again. read more

My daughter asked me to go to Target to get a specific white beverage tub. I couldn't find it and came upon an employee named Paul, who was stocking shelves. I asked him and he went above and beyond to help me find it. He called a few others to ask and we walked a good portion of the store searching for this specific tub. Oh, the lines! Me of little patience was quite frazzled by what seemed to be a lack of open lanes at this Target. They have so many checkstands that are usually unused. It was a weekend, not late Monday night. What gives, Target? It's definitely a pleasant shopping experience, for the most part, until it's time for the purchase part of the visit. I like that they have clearance items in multiple sections of the store and the grocery area is convenient. Prices on frozen stuff as well as some of the fresh foods are pretty fair, and they have additional coupon savings in the Sunday ad now and then. Bottom line, it sure beats Walmart! Also, you have the advantage of stocking up on cereal, fancy, fizzy water and even books (I think they still sell those) all in one place! read more

This is definitely my preferred location over the one closer to my house. The inside of this store is spacious and they carry a larger selection in just about every department than some of the other locations in the area. The departments are well organized and clean. You also can't beat a store with a Starbuck's inside. Who doesn't need some caffeine while out running errands? My main draw to this particular location is when I need grocery items. The grocery selection here is the best among the stores in the area. I wouldn't say I could do a full on grocery trip here, but I can get most of what I need at this store. Enough that it's convenient if I'm already here for other items. The home goods and décor area is also larger with a better selection. This is my location if I need something and want a selection to choose from. On the weekends they have plenty of check out lines open so I don't have to wait too long to check out. The cashiers are typically friendly and pretty quick with the check out process. My favorite part is that the parking lot isn't littered with stray carts and the cart corrals are collected regularly by the employees. It doesn't appear they have gone to locking carts like the Stephanie location. Thank you for that! read more

Bad. Just bad customer service. I was sent to this location after visiting the one in Stephanie because the item I was looking for showed "in stock" with a quantity of 3. I live far from this location but because I was directed here, I drove there, ready to purchase. I get to this location and item is not on display. I go to the Customer service location and the lady named Sunshine with a Red ribbon on her head gave a scolding after I explained to her that I was sent there by the Stephanie location for the item I want to buy. She said : " You should not trust our scanners because we are two days behind, they should have told you that! " And this woman was not nice about it either! WTH! I told her, I was directed by one of their staffers in a different location who researched this for me, thus my arrival. She was not any help so I left her department huffing and puffing, angry. IN THIS CASE, SHE COULD HAVE EXPLAINED THIS BETTER INSTEAD OF MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I AM BEING SCOLDED, LIKE I DID SOMETHING BAD OR STUPID. This woman expected me to know not to trust what her colleagues advised me to do. I have never felt so demeaned. This location is nice but they need to replace this woman, Sunshine with a Red ribbon on her head because if this is what Target has as a Customer service advocate, then expect people to give other bad reviews.
