But by public demand as it would have it, the store has opened back up. I am pretty glad they did open it back up because this particular store is very convenient for me. One thing I should open up about in the very beginning of this review is the fact that in order to shop here you have to have the Sam's Club app. All of your purchase transactions are done through the app. There are plenty of associates here to help you get situated on that if you need assistance when you get there, but do not come here thinking you are going to buck the system and get a cashier because you won't. What I am here to say is that the system works. You can hit the store up on a very busy day and not have to worry about lines. It is an easy in and out to get your purchases pay for them and get back to your car, which is a major accomplishment for any of these big box stores.

A few special things about this location include *FREE* car wash for Plus members, though sometimes the line can get long like at any car wash. This location is one of the few locations nationwide where they make fresh tortillas daily. They're as good as Rosa's, but you get 20 instead of 12 and for much less $$. Worth it just for that. ;-) It's also an app focused location, so plan to use your app. However, they will still help you if you are not app savvy, and will assist you in installing the app as well if you'd like. Overall selection here is mixed. It's kind of a test location, but unfortunately the purchasing manager here is fairly clueless in that this store has many holes in product selection that you'll need to go to other locations to find products that should be at all locations. For example, you had to wait MONTHS after the location reopened in order to find an olive oil other than the MM 3 liter bottle! Most locations have at least 5 to choose from. Sams pickup here is pretty efficient. So if you gas, pickup and go, you are golden! Gas prices are consistently cheap here. Just watch out for either the clueless or entitled drivers who seem unable or unwilling to follow the arrows. Unfortunately those people are also the same people in the parking lot going the wrong way in the angled parking aisles, so just be sure to keep your head up at all times.

I saw this young man working in produce and I asked him if he could help me get the Nestlé Lemon Water down. He politely stopped what he was doing and immediately walked over to get the water down. When he couldn't reach the other 2 packs of water he went and grabbed a ladder to retrieve the remaining 2 that I needed. I have to report his level of professionalism, he demonstrated outstanding courtesy and kindness. I was so impressed by this young man's wonderful customer service, that I had to share it with others.

We never feel our time is being wasted and always feel important. The rest of the store is your basic Walmart Neighborhood Market, which against brand reputation, charges $1-$2 more than Winco for nearly everything and has a smaller selection of products, often not including some of our favorite brands. We do like their health products section, which seems to always have what we need at a good price (more props to the pharmacy). It's cheaper than Kroger Market and more convenient if only because it's not huge and spread out. For certain Walmart things, I'll still drive a little farther to the Super Center. For groceries, Winco is much better. If you need a local pharmacy, I highly recommend the one here.

She was super friendly and helpful! And I also found my casserole dish along the back wall and it came with a stand. Checking out looked scary, as it always does with these stores. This store location's inventory is significantly smaller than the one in north Richland hills. They offer between 5-50%off items, however a majority of their inventory is between 10-20%off, including food, hair care, organization etc. I was able to find a couple of new snacks to try and stock up on a couple other items. The prices are on par with the other Big Lots location I went to. The customer service ranges from okay to disinterested. However there are staff around if you need help.
