Target has improved their stores, or at least this one and a few others I know of, and the change was for the better. They have added a small grocery section, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, etc. I'm liking it. I checked out the snack bar last night and got some Pizza Hut pasta for dinner. A tray of creamy chicken alfredo with spiral pasta topped with loads of cheese. It was good but not great. Better than a similar frozen dinner is about the best I can say about it. It is worth noting that for less than $5 I was satisfied. It was a good portion that was not enough to stuff. None of us really need to be stuffed anyhow. After dinner I did my shopping. A birthday card, a tire pressure gauge, a package of chicken marked down $2 as they were trying to move product. I followed that up with a short stay in line to check out. The cashier was friendly and fast. This was an almost an unremarkable and altogether forgettable experience in the best way possible. No hassel shopping is the best kind around. read more

Unbelievable trip to this store this morning. It felt like walking through a store in the old Soviet Union from the 1960's from pictures i have seen as a child. Could not find a shelf that was not at least a quarter to half empty. Employees pushing carts around but really doing nothing. If this is their Business Plan for these times, then there something really wrong. I know it is one thing to have too much inventory that isn't moving, but when the shelves are empty like this, how is it they plan to make money when there is so little of everything (except food)? Bought a television from there only for it not to work. The very next day, we bought it back to the store to exchange it but they wouldn't. Went back and forth with corporate only to have wasted time and energy. Long story short, I will never purchase anything from Target ever again. It's okay. I typically go for items that they may offer that I cannot find elsewhere. I have never found clothes that I like in sizes that fit me. The chain store offers minimal selections of plus size clothing. When I go, I typically purchase home goods (fans, furniture, decor, sheets, grocery, health & beauty, bargain bin items, and movies). I would consider the quality of the items on par with Kmart, sometimes a little better. read more

I've been working in costumer service for almost 13 years. There costumer service is bad. The lady in the cashier, told us to late that coupon first before we pay. because of those deals they have the coupon didn't went through. we rarely do coupons so we have no idea. she didn't even just try to do everything again. next time ask if we have coupon! we rarely use coupons, we just got that from the black friday sale from buying diapers! read more

Of all the Targets in the city, this is the WORST! The employees don't seem happy to be there, seem put-out when 'bothered' by customers, and are NOT pro-active (once last year there was broken glass in the side parking lot for months! I had reported it repeatedly, at it took my asking for the corporate number before they bothered to clean it up... and to this day there is still some glass in the landscaping). Although Target has a policy to be wheelchair accessible, this location often creates isles too narrow or puts displays that prevent accessibility. Biggest complaint: the mobility carts NEVER work!!! And haven't for YEARS!!! SERIOUSLY!!! Despite my talking to the manager several times about the problem. She didn't seem to care, took no action, and seriously didn't give a ratsass that my family member got stuck mid-store when the cart died and NO employee could be bothered to assist her. She called me and I had to drive to the store with her push wheelchair to rescue her. Went right back after getting her home safely to notify them, so they understood the impact... maybe it's because I'm taken as sweet and soft-spoken, but customer service girls didn't seem to understand it was a complaint and safety concern, so I requested the manager. Waited over 30 minutes for her. Manager still didn't care, like she didn't understand why this was HER problem. Even after submitting complaints to Target corporate, this location still hasn't bothered to fix anything! Just horrific. Apathy is how I'd describe it in one word. I love Target in general, great prices on stuff I actually want to buy, usually a food court or Starbucks, and good locations. My recommendation: go to the Hualipai or Centennial locations. read more

This is the I don't know, 10th time in a row they've had one cashier and a 5 person plus line. I don't like self checkout. This place is a dump. Trash is over flowing, carts are filthy. Clean up your store. The outside is trashy and mess. Parking lot have trash and crap everywhere. Then I walk inside with trash all in the carts. Gross. read more

So this target lacks in consistency. I never know what kind of service, product, displays I'm going to get when I come into this store. Sometimes I come in and the store looks ok and I get good service. And I'm lucky if they have the item I'm looking for in stock. Other times I come in the store and I have a rude Associate and the store looks horrible, stuff all over the floor, shoes/ clothes all over the aisle, out of everything or don't carry the item I'm looking for or the item I wanted wasn't on the shelf only in the back and you could tell it was a problem for the Associate to go in the back and get it. So it's really hit or miss. I don't know if they need to work on better training or just get new management here but wish they would work on it. My aunt lives in the apartments right next door to this target and we have recently started driving all the way to the Boca Park target just for the cleanliness and service of the store. read more

I'm sitting in the parking lot of the store with about 10 minutes till it opens. ALL of the parking stalls close to the door are full with employees parking in them. In my opinion this is poor management! The employees should be told to park further out to allow close open parking stalls for customers. read more

I got some new sheets from Magnolia home that didn't fit my new bed so I had to return them and when I did I luckily had Lori return them and thankfully so because she found out I was double charged. The sheets were not cheap so I had $90 coming back my way. It's this attention to detail I don't typically get at other stores that makes me come back to Target, especially this location. I really hate this Target, but it is close to my house and convenient for baby wipe and diapers runs. Most of my review is based on their infant/toddler section and the major inventory issues they have. They seem to have a million of Newborn sizes but good luck finding 0/3 or 3/6. The sizes jump from NB to 6 and 9 months. I would say obviously there is enough of a demand there for those sizes to be constantly out of stock. The aisle racks are also lacking in sizes and selection of clothes as well as activity toys. I was trying to purchase a size S Halo sleepsack...nope only NB. I mean swaddles/sleepsacks are pretty basic things to carry. The funny thing is that when I was looking for a NB sized Halo sleepsack all they had was S and M. Compared to some of the other Targets throughout Las Vegas and Henderson, this one by far has the worst selection and a non existent clearance specials. I really like this Target. It is close to my house, always clean and tidy, and rarely crowded. The staff seems friendly and always super helpful. I do wish it had a bigger grocery section like the Greatland Targets do. I also miss the outdoor garden center. They closed it a while ago. I hope they reopen it at some point. read more

This target is actually my go to and closest to me. All the ladies are nice here, security as well. The workers are friendly except one was too friendly telling my I had nice toes as he walked by me. I laughed thinking did he really say that too me. After I got my stuff and was walkin to my car he comes out of no where outside asking for my number. I tell him no and I mentioned I had kids when he asked what I bought or something. Then he says he can be step daddy, in like no and no I'm not interested. He kept going and told me to just save his number and now I don't like going to this target. I felt so uncomfortable, I felt like he works there and should be working, not running out the store after me. I went back with my kids and passed him, it was awkward. I have never had a bad experience in this store and felt compelled to write a review due to the store's 1-star review. I didn't want other Yelpers to be 'completely' swayed from this location. This store is a smaller Target, which I like because it is rarely busy. I am in and out. And because it is small, the parking lot doesn't have a 50 carts in random places that could ram your vehicle at the slightest gust of wind (like at the Walmart down the street). There is nothing awesomely astounding about this store, but there is nothing bad about it either. read more

I live across town and this location is walking distance from my gfs. She hates the prices here but I shop here to avoid the lower class that shops at wally world. (This store doesn't inspire a url for freaks found shopping there that should be enough for anyone with a hint of class) As far as the comments about poor customer service. I walked in with a defective item bought across town a week ago with no receipt. Guest service took the item back and gave me a new one with no hassles. The girl in electronics was stocking but happy to pull out a game I wanted to buy and stopped immediately to help me and to answer questions for an elderly couple that approached. I would guess those negative comments were from people who thought since they werent at kmart or Walmart they deserved a personal shopper. Despite me going to Smiths for my basic needs, I am literally a 3 minute walk from Target yet I neglect to come here. I don't really know why. Everytime I come in here, Target is very clean and well organized. I haven't had any problems with the staff and they are competitive with prices compared to other stores. Their aren't many people that come in (or whenever I do shop there) so it feels more spacious. It's right near walmart so if you do shop at that walmart, you should feel ashamed since you know there is a Target nearby that actually treats people like...people! Ignore getting your soul crushed and keep your soul by shopping at this Target if you are in the area. read more

There was a line 10 people long in the self checkout. There was only one clerk and that line had 6 people waiting. But this no service place couldn't realize this and call for more checkers. So since covid began some stores feel they can get away with really poor customer service. Target isn't the only one doing this! read more

This is one of the nicer/safer locations in Vegas. Employees are always cheerful & helpful. Easy layout of the store to find items I need quickly. Starbucks has fast service which is nice if I run in just for that. My only complaint is I've had bad luck trying to get a snack here, the pizza court always seems closed or they're out of food but other than that this is one of my favorite targets. Always a clean store, there's always parking (the lot is huge!) :) generally safe area which is comforting. read more

I bought two echo dots at target in Boca I was real excited and I got them home and I set them up but one didn't work I called Amazon and they said to take it back obviously there was a problem I have no idea what I did with the receipt but I did have my bank statement that showed both target purchases were to echo dots. They refused to take them back so unfortunately I'm going to have to dispute it but they can have them I don't want them they don't work so I feel like a I'm a stick to Amazon I'm a stop going to target I didn't I never like them anyway because I feel they're not professional. My Family and I refer to this Target as "The Ghetto One" even though it has been updated, it's still gross inside. There's always crap on the floor in the middle of the aisles. Empty shelves and don't even get me started on the shoe section. Each and every sandal that is supposed to be hung on the walls are all on the floor and the same with the boxed shoes. There's no way you can even push a cart through the area. Most of the employees are rude and all talk about their personal lives to eachother as they are folding the unorganized clothes wearing stretched out 10 year old red t-shirts. This target sucks! The selections are minimal and there's not a lot of cosmetic aisles. The place seems really bare. The employees are nice but there's always a long ass line whenever I go there during check out. But they do have a starbucks and a target cafe tho. read more

I notice this target does not carry as much as other targets. Restrooms are always dirty. The cashiers are always smiling and pleasant. Plenty of staff to help find stuff on the floor. Electronics are knowledgeable in videos for kids. read more

Grocery dept could use MUCH better management. Dairy products (I noticed at least three separate products) were outdated and should not have been on shelf. When I told cashier, she said that she was not surprised but that grocery section was under different management (?!?) And she could do nothing. Boy, was that the wrong answer. First off I like to say that this Target location has improved immensely since last year. In the past the employees have been unhelpful and rude but these days there has been a change in the wind. The store supervisor or manager Matt, has the ball rolling for a great customer service experience. The manager has been super helpful and "Angela" goes out of her way to help you find items, while managing to stock the shelves when she's not busy... best of all, she does it all with a great smile and sunny attitude.
