Congratulations, if you've been to this target you've found the worst target in Las Vegas. It's always dirty. The cart I pile my kids into ALWAYS seems to have a bum wheel, there's literally trash in every cart. Homeless people litter the parking lot. Clearance section used to be okay, now it's like non existent. I once spoke to the wireless guy and he literally spoke over me and argued with me. The returns dept is supposed to be able to look up your purchase on your card, except theirs NEVER EVER finds my purchase but magically when I drive my ass all The way to boca parks target, they find it immediately. I love Target but this location does not measure up. There was not one, I repeat, not one regular cashier open. It was all self checkout. The cafe is not open or staffed, the Starbucks has one barista and a line of 7 people. I understand budgeting and labor costs but this is too much. Service here is really poor. Target has a great selection on household items, clothing, shoes, and accessories. I enjoyed my outing to Target as always. I truly enjoy shopping the clearance section for finding great finds that are affordable. read more

My neighborhood Target. I love coming here since it's close by. Grab a Starbucks inside and shop for hours. The clearance sections always gets me on top of the dollar area. The workers are always nice and helpful. Can't complain about the store but just maybe clean the restrooms more. Kinda scary in there lol. read more

Really like my Target. The selection is pretty good in all departments except toys. They only carry the latest toys which for kids I am sure its great. Just dont plam on getting last minute gift for a chikd there. The one on Tenaya has a Starbucks and the popcorn is alwaus fresh. Their bathrooms are neat and clean. Recently the food section was added and there is a good selction of store and brand name items. read more

Not the fanciest target but it has almost everything I need when I go inside. My only complaint is they never have enough cashiers working. I have been in a rush and had to leave my items and ended up going elsewhere later. I prefer to shop here so please fix this. read more

This is an older Target, built in the early 90's I do believe, but it does serve it's purpose. It's a convenent, easy to shop store, with good service and well-stocked shelves. It includes a Pizza Hut Express inside with the Target Cafe/Food Avenue, and it also has a 1 Hour Photo Lab right up front at the checklanes and a Pharmacy a little bit further down. There's everything any typical Target would have and a nice sized grocery section with the basics. Once it gets a remodel, I'm sure it will become 5 stars! read more

I'm not sure why I don't like this place. It's kind of old, run-down, and the people are scary. Target itself is fine. Prices are pretty standard, they all carry similar merchandise but this one..creeps me out. Keep driving there's another Target close by. You won't regret it. read more

Back in August I bought a tv mount. Kept the receipt and went back to returned it cause I didn't need it anymore. Even though I had a receipt they only gave me credit for 1/2 of the amount I paid for that item. They said cause it was over 90 days. The tv mount was intact I didn't even open it once! Recently moved to this area and this Target location is very convenient for me. It's a very well taken care of store, except for a few aisles which get pretty messy. The clothing selection is really good. The grocery section could be larger. Home decor and goods isn't the best compared to other Targets I've been to, but it's generally okay if I only need a few things. Customer service at this location is really great! Sales associates are mostly nice and overall it's a pleasant shopping experience. read more

Target is my favorite stores, but not this location. Every single time that I visit, they are doing mass stocking. Blocking entire aisles. No matter the time of day. There are many employees all over the store. They don't even acknowledge customers or ask if anyone needs any help. They're always busy talking about their personal lives, very loudly. Twice I've seen the redheaded manager walking around barking orders at them. The only positive thing about this specific location, are the customer service people at the front of the store. They are always extremely friendly. read more

Jamie at the pharmacy not only helped me with my meds, but took the time to help me - twice - by going through my selections and explaining what would be the most suitable. Went there today for a quick return, purchase, coffee, and restroom. I walked up to customer service and the lady was ringing out a guy. After she finished she walked behind the half wall to conversate with the other 2 employees there at customer service. They stood around laughing and conversating while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. I find it incredibly rude. I was the only other person standing there. Why not take care of me then laugh and chat? So 3 or 4 minutes later the guy walks to the register and says sorry for the wait and handles my transaction. As if he were busy. Ok so I make a purchase and get some coffe. I need to run to the restroom on my way out. DO NOT USE THEIR BATHROOM! Wow how gross. Everything you dread in a public restroom was happening in there. Bad smell, trash overflowing, toilets full, no toilet covers, the floor was covered in used tissues, and the soap dispensers were covered on lack fingerprint smudges. Wow! read more

I don't know if this store has had a change in management but the last 3 times I've been in the store it has continued to go downhill. I live closer to Walmart but have gone out of my way to go to Target, but no more. Store is dirty, customer service sticks and stocking clerks take up the entire aisle so you have to go down a different aisle than what you want. Went in early Friday morning before it got crowed and no regular check out available, just self check out, which I didn't want to use because I was to receive a coupon for some items that I bought. Store clerk standing directly behind me with her arms crossed just shrugging her shoulders when I needed assistance. Needless to say, I just left with the merchandise still there. read more

I've been going to this target for years and over the years I have watched it decline. Most of the decline has actually been in the last few years, once they added self check out, but this year it seems to be at an all time low. There are no regular registers open, just self check out with a bunch of employees standing there looking bored and talking about when their break is. There's even a guy who regularly wears airpods. Just going into that store and crossing paths with any of the employees makes you feel like you're bothering them by making them actually have to work. The store itself also often looks like a disaster, it's messy and I've even seen a few times what looks like defective products on the shelves like whoever was stocking it didn't even notice that it looked messed up compared to the others. I don't know what the deal is, bad management or a bunch of friends hiring each other, but I miss how this store used to be and I wish whoever was in charge would get this place's act together. I try to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt because most people just treat them like slaves, but these people don't even TRY to make it look like they're putting in an effort. I have no sympathy for that and I'm quickly starting to hate them. Love the dollar section, can always find cute and interesting stuff there. read more

My sister and I came to this target looking to price match an Apple Watch which target was giving out $100 gift cards after purchase. We went to check out and the lady checking us out told us "my manager JUST told me when you price match, you forfeit the gift card" we asked for a manager who then told us "it is in the target policy" I looked online and it didn't say anything about forfeiting gift cards or anything after price matching. Ilene and Maribel went in the back of guest services and tried to make something up about it being a part of their policy. It basically took us almost an hour and a half to get this purchase over with. This store did not know what they were talking about, couldn't cite anything from their store policy about forfeiting gift cards. I couldn't believe how many different associates and managers we talked to that would not honor what their policy states!! And for that we won't be coming back to this target read more
