I love me a Target, usually. This time, not so much. Good selection of clothing. All other sections were sparse and very limited - the school supply area was tiny compared to others and their deli and produce left much to be desired. The biggest disappointment was when the 20% entire bill (one-time, for teachers) was not applied correctly to the total, which was over $600. Of course, went to customer service for help, and while they did help with giving back the discount owed, they had to do "Target Math" in which they price adjust purchased items to reach the discount owed. Very time consuming and I have to think there must be a better way to do this. I appreciate the customer service rep taking the time to correct their error, so that definitely helped the review of this Target. read more

Disappointed in the selection this visit. The shelves were pretty bare, and no chicken was available. Main aisles were taken up by employees unloading large boxes. We had a coupon for educators that was 20% storewide that ended up giving us a discount of $1.20 on a purchase over $590. Interesting math. It's a Target, but it's a grand Target. My experience was quite nice. Expansive no doubt with double-deck parking. The blonde lady working the register for customers in the evening was very nice, smiled and seemed happy to be there. That's always a welcome experience in my book. It was my first time to this store and since it is located in Lone Tree, it may be worth learning the back story as to why the town got its name, but it now has enough nice trees to make an arborist blush. read more

I frequent this target more than the closer ones to home. They are open first thing in the morning and that isconvenience. On my way to work I stop by to pick up snacks and maybe a coffee at the cafe. The barista seem to remember my order so perhaps I frequent there tooo often. I do like the convenics of this store be ing on the way to work. As I can grab a snack lunch or bakery item for my co workers. The bakery section looks clean and organized but I haven't ever been greeted by anyone. Also they only seem to have self checkout lines in the morning. Which I'm not a huge fan of. Especially when we need assistance and there's literally one person there to help someone. There's been multiple occasions when I'm trying to get atttention and just standing waiting for acknowledge. The prices are reasonable and I find great treats for my puppy here. Also drive up is really great when I am in a rush in the morning! read more

The target is fine besides the lady that was at self check out tonight (10/23/2025). I witnessed her sigh when helping someone else. Then my boyfriend was looking for an onion on the screen but didn't spell it correctly and then she walked over to us as we're trying to find it and says "is there something I can help you guys with" in an extremely rude tone, and I said no, we're just trying to find the onion we had. After that she's standing over us and goes "that's a white onion" I said I know, we just had trouble spelling it. She then says "yeah but there's a picture on the screen" and then I said I couldn't see it and then she just replied with okay. All I know is that she was quite rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Do better, it's a job where you quite literally have to stand there, should be no reason to be rude to two young people. read more

Large, clean Target with a wide variety of selections. The 4 versus 5 star review is due to excessively long checkout lanes for self service and with cashiers. Also, the shopping cart needed an alignment and maintenance as it was squeaky and challenging to steer. Had I been closer to the front I would have exchanged for another cart. As Super Targets go, this one is large and in charge. It has a multiple level parking garage that is big and spacious. The stores interior is brightly lit and clean, the shelves are fully stocked and everything is easily accessible. I find myself going to this location more often than other Targets and even other grocery or big box stores. Good experience all around. read more

This will be one of the most disappointing reviews I've ever left on this app. I went to Target in lone tree off of common Street and Colorado again. And once again, their security guard who is civilian clothing named Alex followed me the whole time. This is the fourth time he's followed me around in the last 2 weeks. He stared at me and made eye contact and would not leave me alone. When I asked him and approached him if he's following me and if I'm doing anything wrong, he started getting rude aggressive and told me with foul language that I am disrespectful and that I am doing something wrong and that I have a problem. he tried to scare me down with his eye contact and got really aggressive folded his arms and fronted up and squared up to me. I do not appreciate being profiled and discriminated against. I do not appeal that disrespecting somebody with foul language is professional. I also don't think that just because I'm wearing sunglasses and have tattoos and piercings that I automatically need to be treated. Like I'm a shoplifter. I've never shopped and lifted in my entire life. The manager Heather was actually very polite. She did not do much to help me out, but she took my comments. Alex is the most disrespectful, unprofessional security guard for secret shoppers I've ever met in my life. To use, foul language to be aggressive to somebody and to start telling him that they're disrespectful and that they are doing something wrong is the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I will never never support Target ever again. And I will be reporting discrimination and profiling against Target and lone tree Colorado. I was blown away by the Target bakery when they made my daughters birthday cake! Not to make this sound bad but I wasn't expecting a super spectacular cake. The guy who made the cake I think his name started with a "J" but he told me when I picked up the cake that he tweaked the cake a little and did some research online to make a Encanto cake. He felt the template was boring and he made a casita with all these colors and beautiful edible flowers. He really made the cake come alive and needless to say my daughters face was priceless when she saw her cake. And to too it off the cake was irresistibly good! Not dry at all-yummy cookies and crème filling with butter creme frosting. I wish I knew his name but I couldn't thank him enough for the hard work that was put in!! read more

i was checking out and already packing my cart with bagged groceries when a young man with glasses came out of nowhere and stopped my cashier to make sure my dog food was scanned... this is as i'm paying. The dog food is plain sight with my bagged groceries. Mind you, it was the first thing I had the cashier scan. This man was accusing me of trying to steal some dog food and wanted to make sure I didn't "get away with it." I was highly offended. It's crazy to see all targets' advertisements of inclusion and diversity but here they are profiling me and EMBARRASSING me in front of other customers. Ruined my entire day. I love my Target it use to be a 5 star store and I have been shopping here since it opened. I understand everywhere is under staffed but it has been a hot mess lately. The bullseye section looks like a complete mess. I have gone into Parker, Highlands Ranch & Castle Rock Targets and they look so much more organized. I spoke with no less than 3 ETL (Executive Team Leaders) who all looked like they were still in high school and unwilling to call a manager to resolve a price match issue in the store where I found a cheaper price and they were unwilling to price match whatsoever. Further they were unwilling to give me contact information for their store manager, Jason. They gave me a 1-800-440-0680 customer service who was even more worthless. Target is unwilling to follow their price match policy and does not care. Avoid this location for their poor customer experience practices and buy from a company that actually cares about their customers. Terrible location! read more

This is the target I go to to get my steps in for the day. A lap or two around this place at lunch and you got a quick mile in of exercise! In short, this place is BIG, well super I guess to be precise. To the left is produce & health/beauty, to the right is electronics and toys and in the middle - well everything else! Great for all your Target needs! Love this location mostly because of the awesome parking structure. On a hot (or snowy) day you can park underground. Elevators or escalators will take you up shopping. Awesome!! Its a well kept and well stocked store that is on my short list for one of my favorite Targets. I must admit I never knew a super target even existed. This location has two levels of the store as well as a parking garage. How neat! So I was able to find a good selection of spring fashions, the dressing rooms and attendant were great. The attendant was very helpful and even found another size for me. I got some good bargains! I was also able to find my favorite shea butter soap hundreds of miles away from home. I didn't have time to peruse the lower level of the store. I'll have to check it out on my next visit to Denver. read more

So this location (even though a longer drive from home) USED to be my favorite Target, but not anymore. I used to specifically go to this location for their great selection (it's a bigger store than most, considered a Super Target). But after this Target went through one of their store renovations a couple of years ago (and well before Covid shortages) they seem to be perennially under stocked on just about everything. And now, since Covid, their supply of everything is the worst of any Target in the vicinity (SE Denver and burbs), including for items that you wouldn't consider hot sellers during a pandemic like basic house items (kitchen utensils, bedding, bath, etc.) It feels like the Target supply truck just never makes it to this location. On top of being under stocked, there are typically only 1-2 registers that are staffed; if you are checking out with a larger order, and want to avoid self checkout for that reason, get ready for a wait. It didn't help that yesterday our checkout person decided to have a 15 minute conversation with the person who was checking out ahead of us (who obviously was a fellow Target employee who was off for the day and just doing their shopping). I'm all for co-worker camaraderie but not at the expense of basic customer service. Needless to say I'm thinking this Target is NOT very Super these days, and will visit other locations until they have some improvements in inventory and cashier availability. read more

Very clean and fairly quiet store in lone tree. The restrooms smell fantastic and were very well maintained. A couple employees we saw all greeted us. Target just has that problem with pricing, they somehow can't compete with Wal-Mart on alot of items so it feels as though tour spending more money. This super target has everything for your one stop shop. I'd still prefer though to stick woth grocery shopping specifically fresh produce, to your typical grocery store. I've been coming to this target for nearly three years and have never had an issue however since the bags charge was implemented the older cashiers all have to seem such an attitude about bringing in your own bags. The last time I came the cashier went on and on through my entire checkout about how much she disliked the bags I brought. Today the cashier half bagged my groceries and then started to check out the customer behind me while half my stuff was still laying on the counter needing to be bagged and normally I wouldn't have an issue but I had my one year old with me so it was not a super easy task for me to do. Low rating meant for the clothing service/fitting room service only. The rest of the store is absolutely great and everyone is always helpful. I went to the one of two fitting room sections (one of which has been closed for months) and waited for about 10-15 minutes before I thought no one was coming to help me. That was fine, they're busy doing another part of their job and that's totally fine. After I tried on my two pieces of clothing and was getting dressed to leave, someone opened the door without knocking or asking if it was occupied (the lock was broken, so they left a note saying to push the stool in front of the door). I shut it, kept getting dressed and got my stuff together and literally less than a minute later they did it again and I pushed the door back and said "Busy!" and they pushed HARDER so I did too and said "BUSY." again. They took all my stuff I had on the table outside and put it away and the older lady working in the fitting rooms didn't say anything or acknowledge me. I'm not trying to leave a shitty review solely to complain and whine but like really? Idk it really pissed me off. It's Target. You know what it is and what you can get pretty much anywhere. Five stars for Dixie who works the self checkout lanes. She makes your visit special by saying hello, remembering little personal things (like asking how my little dog is doing) and jumping in where needed. This is the best Target in so many ways. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I have lived by other Targets around Denver and NC and they surpass them all! The deli and produce are the kindest around! The produce is always the best around and stays fresh the longest! The store is so clean and has the most organized dollar spot. And now with the Safe at Home order, they have been a shining star! The workers all have great attitudes each time I have had to go in. I absolutely love Target - it's my favorite store. This particular location is always clean, which is important. The reason why I gave 4 stars & not 5 is because more times than none, they only have the "self checkout" lanes open. I do not like using those lanes because they charge an extra fee per item scanned and other times when i have 30 + items in my cart can get frustrating because I should 't have to scan all of those items myself when I have a toddler in my cart as well. I highly suggest that this store always have AT LEAST one lane open. read more

You know what they say about certain things rolling downhill...well this store is a perfect example of that. Multiple managers there have 0 regard for customers or service. Case in point: they received a product that pretty much every other Target released and sold out of). The "Logistics Manager" said they were given orders from corporate not to release them until a certain date to be fair to everyone (it was not even a formal street date - just an arbitrary set date). That's all fine. Several of us there when they received their product left knowing we could come back on the promised date. However, they ended up releasing all of this exclusive product earlier than promised and sold out of it. The Services & Engagement Manager said she would look into at and call me back (of course, she never did). No apologies, no concern. Lying and incompetence all around. Not shopping here anymore unless I'm fire and they have a hose there (if they would even sell it to me or make me come back 2 weeks later only to find out they sold out of hoses). read more

Really nice target with lots of fruits, a bakery and a Deli.... it also has a pizza hut inside and the regular starbucks they all have. Big store, very clean. Really liked it as it was very well organized to walk through. Everything was displayed nicely and easy to view. There are a lot of registers and a good self checkout. Dr. Brilley is the best optometrist "EVER." She examined my eyes and I can see better than I have in years. She is also very kind and patient. The entire staff was great. I was assisted by two ladies, Courtney and SheRa (very kind) A gentleman' named Travis assisted my daughter with her glasses (very kind as well). It's pretty cool knowing you can get such great quality service and good selections at Target! read more
