I'm rather fond of this Target. Its one story so you don't have to go up and down an escalator. Its always clean and the staff are friendly. The only downside for me is that i'm a big guy and my kids are very tall. There is a lack of larger size kids cloths and no cloths here that fit me. I wish they would expand there sizes. read more

So I'd recommend a directory of products departments at those main sites, like near the entering gates, ariund major corners. where you enter you can fast search a product. This Target is always crazy busy and parking can be a challenge - I usually find a spot over by World Market and walk across the parking lot to the entrance. The customer service department is super fast and rarely ever is there a line of people waiting for returns, exchanges, etc. The clothing section here is kind of a mess and often looks like a hurricane has blown through it, but that may be more on account of the clientele that comes through here than the fitting room attendants lack of attention to it. That being said, they could probably use to have floor maintenance teams that straighten up the clothing and accessories departments every half hour or hour to fix that problem. read more

Target, you are the best pharmacy a person could ask for. Not only do you put my prescriptions on autofill, you have some of the friendliest pharmacists and techs. All of this, and you put my meds in really cool red bottles. I've been with Target Pharmacy since they first opened as a pharmacy in Lynnwood. I've always received top-notch service, and I've never had an issue where they were out of my medicines. I wouldn't trade them for the world! I am a fan of Target! I came in to this location looking for bulk food items for a party. They had a lot of choices for snacks and party foods that were in bulk. This location also has a full grocery. The store was really clean and well organized which I want to mention because most big retail stores get attacked and everything is a shambles during back to school season. The cashier was friendly and went out of her way to be kind. Huge parking lot, and they are close to the Alderwood Mall so great location. There's a Starbucks in this Target too! read more

My favorite Target in all the land. They recently had a little makeover inside, and are displaying some of their home decor in a more visually appealing way. It's busy here, no doubt. There is always a line at the register, and sometimes parking can be beasty, but the same can be said about all Targets. There is always a good selection and the store is kept fairly well stocked, which is more than I can say about other locations in my area. The staff is pretty friendly and quick to help you out, and they are always readily available throughout the store. read more

I usually go to the Northgate Target if I need to shop. Now and again, I find myself north and in need of a stop here. I've found exactly what I've needed and enjoy a browse through their gift bins for stocking stuffers or little gifts to send my niece. They will have items in stock that my local Target does not. I have found the cashiers to be pleasant but employees on the sales floor are harder to find. One reviewer commented that they found this location dirtier than others. It's darker or messier or something like it but I agree with that comment. There's plenty of parking. On the weekends though, it does get a bit crazy with overflow from the strip mall to the west. I'd advise only shopping here if absolutely needed. read more

In a pinch this place works. I consider this a step up from Walmart and here my kids aren't embarrassed to be seen at, so it must be okay. Lynnwood Target used to have the best customer service; however, Debi, the customer service at the self checkout, totally ruined Lynnwood Target's reputation. I entered the wrong item number so I asked Debi to help me correct it. Instead, she deleted the item. My self checkout froze again so I had to wait for her to come by again. She raised her voice saying "Why did you delete it?" I replied "I didn't " She said "YES, YOU DID!!" I am a customer. Not a criminal. I have been shopping at this Lynnwood location for more than 10 years. I hate to see Lynnwood Target's reputation be ruined by an arrogant lady who has no customer service skill at all. read more

I went to this store on Sunday 12th of February and I just wanted to buy a Tylenol. Since the cash register was very busy, I stood in line to pay at the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that it is not possible to pay for the medicine (Tylenol) at the pharmacy and you have to pay through cash registers. It was very surprising to me because the person before me had exactly my conditions. I was in a big hurry and she sent me to a 10 minute line. I also talked with the target manager and she said the pharmacy is not owned by Target ( it is from CVS), anyway thanks to Yelp for allowing me to voice my displeasure about this. read more

Have been to this particular Target twice. (I do not live in the area and just have been there when I'm close). Both times I have gone, I have gotten superb service from their staff. This time, not only were there lots of staff around to ask questions of, but my mom (who is in her 80's) really needed to sit down. I asked one of the young men working (did not get his name), about where the shoe department was because we assumed there'd be a place for her to sit for awhile there. He and two other staff people not only directed us to the shoe department, but the two other staffers (I didn't get their names either) didn't just point... they went up and down the aisles, located a bench and then signaled us where the seat was. I so appreciated that there were THREE (count 'em THREE) people who were willing to help us with a request that wasn't even sales related. So THANK YOU, Target, for having such wonderful personnel at this store. Like I said, it's my second visit there, and the second time I have gotten exceptional service. GOOD ON YOU!!!! read more

I've noticed that a lot of the boxed items specifically organic tampons were not handled with care every time I pick them up at this location. They were smashed in on the side like someone was trying to destroy it. I would like non-damaged items... Not handled with care. I never have this problem with shipped items. I LOVE TAR-JAY. This place has everything you could ever ask for... kind of. Everything is oh-so-cheap and it's just so much fun to shop at Target! The employees are friendly and very helpful when you need assistance and there's a department for almost everything, books, bedding, electronics, automotive, clothing, etc. You get the idea. It's also convenient that there's a little food area for Pizza Hut for shoppers when they get hungry. read more

Could a store's policies and staff be less helpful than Alderwood Target, I don't believe so. These unorganized, non-helpful folks have no way to accept a red card payment at their own store, that's right using the card they offer to their customers. When you call the card's 800 number you're greeted by someone who is equally prepared to not help you in any way but assure you you can help yourself by going to their website. Over all, no one is responsible to help you and target doesn't want your business, no matter how hard you try to give it to them. For now I'll be moving my business to union busting Fred Meyer which I don't like but at least FM has enough of their processes together that they do allow you to purchase groceries from them....Target has lost a life long customer today - do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else, you won't be able to get what you need if you try and buy it from Alderwood Target. read more

I shop at target every single day whether it's online or at the store. This store is one floor so it's not that big. It is always clean and they also have a Starbucks inside. I also just noticed that they are reserving about 6 parking spots to set up the pick up service for online shopping which I love and it's really convenient. The only reason why I did not give it five stars is because of the service that I have gotten when I pick up my online orders. You always see the personnel taking and not being attentive to the customers in line waiting to be serviced. There have been two times were I was helped by this young African America heavy girl. She had been really rude the two times that she has helped me. But when it comets to talking to her co-workers she is completely the opposite. Aside from here everyone else and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. When I come to target I always go to the dollar spot first. I am usually pretty disappointed as at this location they never tend to have many great things in this section. They have plenty of parking space but it is usually pretty packed. I'm used to multi-level Target stores that we have in Seattle. This location is one of two Targets I go to that are north of Seattle. I like the layout and the fact that everything is on one floor. I also like that parking is a non-issue. While you may have to walk, I've always found a parking spot without having to circle endlessly like I do in Seattle. Of particular note is the food section. I'm not convinced it has a larger selection but they do have some different items than I typically find at my regular stores. I also tend to have a quieter shopping experience here as the ones in Seattle tend to be quite busy most of the time. read more

Went to do an exchange for something I received as a gift and they told me that it was not on file. I had a gift receipt but they told me they could not accept it because they no longer had the merchandise in the store. So... Me being the stubborn person that I am, went to the section that it should have been in and... TADA!!! THE ITEMS WERE RIGHT THERE!! Ridiculous... I only come to this location when I don't feel like driving to the Northgate Target. Every time I have been here as soon as I walk in there never seems to be any carts or hand baskets available. It's amazing that they have so many people working there they can't keep the carts and hand baskets stocked at all times. It's pretty annoying. Ever since they added the new grocery section to the store it's gotten a little confusing trying to find stuff cause they are constantly rearranging their items and in the process of doing that they leave a lot of their shelves bare. I try to stay away from here as much as possible but come here only when it's necassary. The only thing that is nice about this Target is the giant parking lot, so there are always open spots. read more

Worst customer serice experience of my life!!!!-the feeling of being harassed by a manager and embarrassed in front of customers!! Im all about policy and procedures and understand complying with them, but pls do not take my entitlement to using coupons as a consumer. Not only did they stress their coupon policy on me but they refuse to want to take my coupon because it exceeded the value of the item!! She was adamant about it. What made it worst was when she said that the coupons were limited to 4-like in the same household and had to get approval from the store manager to process a seperate transaction for my fiancee. (Who by the way had a different address on his ID) I even offered to show her our ID's to prove our residence differed but still she said she had to call a manager!! I felt so harassed!!! The store manager finally came and I went off about my entitlement and what his employee had said. He eventually permitted them to override the coupon to match the amount of the item. I really like this Target. I am an avid Target shopper and love this location near the mall. The cashiers and staff are always friendly. I love the coupons you get at the end of shopping. Customer service has always been friendly when I have returns. I recently moved apartments and bought all my "new" supplies at Target. I forgot my door mat at the bottom of the cart and of course I realized it when I was home at like 8pm. I called Target and a customer service representative went out and grabbed it from the "returned cart" section. The next day, they had it reserved for me to pick up! Also, I visit this location to use the pharmacy. They have a card for prescriptions and I get a coupon for every 5 prescription refills. I like that I can get my prescriptions and do a little shopping at the same time :) read more

I'm giving four stars based on my experience at customer service. Otherwise it's a pretty standard target. Several months ago I bought a few things and then changed my mind about them. I held off on returning hoping that the receipt would turn up. It never did. I visited customer service and was greeted by a very friendly employee. When I informed her that I had no receipt she asked if I remembered my method of payment. I tried once card and that wasn't it. She suggested trying another. I did and that was the card I had used. She quickly refunded me the total amount I had paid. It was so quick and easy! I was expecting exchange only. I wish all stores are this easy! read more

It's better than my usual Redmond target, less shiny and clean, but way more selection. Also, they have a pharmacy (mine is just starting to build one). Tonight, my husband and I went to target to purchase an in stacks smart phone printer for our son's birthday. There were none in the case, so we asked a young girl working there if there were any more. She said no we would have to go all the way out to the Everett store to find one because they had some. I walked out to the car got on Shipt, and ordered it from the same exact store. My Shipt shopper was able to purchase it from the exact store we were just at, and she told me there were five in the case. So, at a cost of $10 more, we got the item that we had literally been at the store asking about one hour before delivered to our house. Obviously customer service isn't one of their priorities! I did call the manager Shawna, and she said sorry. So, I guess that makes it all better. That would be why this Target store has a three rating, which is higher than I would give it. So lesson learned, if you want something from Target order it from Shipt, they will deliver it to you, and you won't have to waste your time driving all the way over there. read more

I am an avid Target shopper, Red Card holder at that! I love how Target tries to keep all their stores streamlined the same so it doesn't matter which location you visit you can find what you need easily. This visit was a quick stop to grab items for my Grandmother's birthday and we were able to park and get in and out within 20 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. More than half the items were on sale we needed which was an added bonus! Yay for Target! read more

It seems that the further south one travels, the more ghetto the Target stores become. I LOVE the Arlington Target and covet the Lake Stevens store just as much. Even S.Everett, on Everett Mall Way, gets props for being a little more civilized than the Lynnwood store. I won't shop at Northgate - not a fan of the multilevel stores and parking garages. Therefore, Lynnwood is about as far south as I will go for Target. Other than the ghetto factor, one Target is to another. A step-up from Kmart and WalMart, you won't find as many "stampers", here, but the low prices definitely cater to Section-8 clientele. This particular store has a few grocer items, but there is little variety. Toiletries seem scarce compared to other stores, and the apparel area is cramped. read more

I love Target! Sometimes it makes a great date night destination too! I find myself visiting target at least once a week for something.
