The pharmacist reaction was to tell me my family member was "mean" ( a word often used by second graders!) and that we could not call to check to see prescriptions were filled and it was the responsibility of the doctor! The sympathetic pharmacist told me my family member could no longer use the pharmacy and told me he can go elsewhere. What an absolute disgrace! I'll somehow find a way for that pharmacy and the pharmacist to have a complaint against licenses.

Honestly, I wish I could go elsewhere, but it's the most convenient location for me. The only good thing about this CVS is the ample parking in the free lot.
