Had a product that apparently cost exactly $100 as a gift to my son, the manufacturer that they are selling, sky Viper, has zero help and even their phone number in their manual is not functional. I spent between 9 AM and 11:15 AM on the phone with multiple people including tech-support and Matthew and guest relations among other people basically to get the final information that this returned drone that has obviously been used ended up back on the shelf and whoever gifted this purchased that one which is unreturnable because it's already been returned by somebody else. The $100 is apparently the cut off to be able to just exchange it in a store credit type exchange. I even tried to look up factory reset online and you have to connect to the controller to do a factory reset. So $100 gift straight into the trash. Happy 6th bday

My three non- money loaded gift cards this pleases me.

Do not go to this target if your trying to get in and out. There are like 8 lines open on a Sunday afternoon and I've been standing In line for almost 20 minutes to buy three hair care products. I was going to give it one star but I added a star because the guy that did finally check my three items out let me have the three gift cards I wanted without hassling me about having to put money on them. sometimes I just like he giftcarda and want them just for the picture with no intent of loading it with money. Some stores are cool with this, some are anal. He was cool.

I think this is one of the better Target locations in/near NW Columbus. It's pretty clean and seems to have some variety in items. The staff is generally nice. It now has a grocery section (as of mid-2012, I believe) and there is also some good variety in these items. Sometimes you can catch a good sale on the produce, which I appreciate. Crazy busy on the weekends and weekdays after work so I highly encourage you to avoid this place during those times.

It is with a bit of sorrow I have to write this review because I have done good business with this…read morecompany on several occasions. Recently I brought some office glasses for repair where a hinge broke. After a while the same side broke again. I called to follow up and learned I was still under warranty. Whomever I spoke with seemed to be kind as usual. I brought the eyewear in on Monday and was immediately put off by the person behind the counter doing whatever he was doing. He spoke rather dismissively telling me he would be with me momentarily without actually looking my way. After he continued doing whatever he was doing at the computer he asked me what I was there for. After getting my name and looking me up, there was a bit of confusion as to how my name was listed. Again this in itself was not an issue for me but his attitude was stone cold I "DON'T WANT TO HELP YOU!" Once he found me he looked at my eyewear and immediately said, "OH THIS BROKE WHERE THE PLASTIC IS, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO TO FIX THESE". No customer service, empathy nor reasonable expression from one human being to another let alone a customer. This was all I could think about. Then he said, "I could bond them but I doubt it would last a day. Sorry!" It was a very sarcastic "sorry" - more like a f&^! you 'sorry.' It was at that moment I realized i needed to get outta there before I went beyond my own personal character. I took my frames home and added a little super glue to the point of breakage. I'm glad to say its been over 48 hours now and I've worked in them for some 22 hours since Monday without a problem. The glue is sturdy and I am satisfied with my own limited 'craftsmanship.' The fact that he didn't choose to make a fix for me is one thing. I find that disappointing in itself. But the fact that this man with a nasty ass attitude spoke to me like I was a worthless waste of his time has me rethinking whether I will ever seek out their services again. To reiterate, this was my first negative experience as opposed to the many times I've been there and received friendly service. I could imagine several reasons why this could be which I won't mention. One I will mention is I had just cut my grass before driving to the store on my lunch break. Perhaps he thought I was a hobo. But again, regardless, I am still seething when I think of how this person summarily dismissed a person who takes pride in spending money with good businesses. I was taught in the first grade not to judge a book by it's cover. I would have asked this person his name. But I was so put off even now I don't care.

Definitely my favorite place to get prescription glasses from now on. I was told by another…read moreoptician that they could get my glasses done in 4 weeks *meh* so I went to Eyeglass Wearhouse instead and had my glasses ready in 2 days!

Walking in, immediately Cam (staff) say "Hi", feels very welcoming, Amanda (staff) not serving me but also say Hi Since it was my first time, Cam likes to get some information from me regarding for my past history, took about 20-25 minutes He carefully explained everything to me, I feel comfortable enough to asked him anything, since I just moved here, I already spent so much for moving, so I wanted to make sure the cost of everything is within my budget. Cam was super nice, unlike some other businesses staffs, you tell them you have a budget and they like nah...no, you not spending money here, move on. You know what I mean? But not here. Met with Dr. Cynthia, very nice lady, she explained to me every details about my eyes, and what I need. Once again I feel very comfortable ask her any questions I had in mind. After the visited, I went out and pick out the frame I like, they have to order it for me. Now I don't know how Columbus work, they told me it will take a week and the half. I'm like wa???? Week and the half? Where is it coming from? Cam (staff) told me is from Cincinnati. That's it??? Week and the half?? ‍ I'm from the cities, when I needed my glasses, I can have it latest by tomorrow, I guess I'm in a small town now, I have to wait. Cam told me he always tell people week and the half, just incase, but normally only take a week, but stillllllllllll....a week is a long time. lol A week goes by, and they sent me the wrong frame. Seriously? Now I have to wait for another week...OMG! This taken forever...well to me is forever. I'm from NYC, we like to do things quick But, you all may wonder why, since I ran into some issues, why am I still giving them 5 stars. I'll tell you, Dr. Cynthia, Cam, Amanda and Dana, they all super nice people, and they care, service is 5/5 We all can easily find an Eye Doctor offices, probably one just around your corner, but not easy to find someone that care. As long as I lives in Columbus, this is my to go office

He hadn't told me that if I wanted to switch back to Air Optix because the BioAffinity wasn't a good fit, I'd have to make a new appointment (inconvenience of time and cost). Secondly, one of the machines found a visual field abnormality during testing. I was told I would need to make an appointment for that. When I tried to do so, I was told he wasn't taking that type of appointment at the moment because of COVID. When staff called about making an appointment for the contact lens issue mentioned above, I told her I didn't find it necessary to have a new lens fitting because I'd been happy with the AirOptix for so long. In response, she told me that the visual field abnormality was most likely an issue with the machine. The associated LensCrafters is amazing, and I believe positive reviews for the LensCrafters may confuse people into thinking Sawmill Eye Associates optometrist office provides adequate, ethical service. In my experience, this hasn't been the case, so please do your research.

The sales guy at the counter asked me to have a seat. After this I was kept waiting for 15 to 20 min. During this time, they served 2 other customers who came in after me. After getting tired of waiting for ~ 15 min, I asked how long it would be before they could help me. It was at that point that the sales guy at the counter informed me that they don't serve contact lens customers at that counter and I would have to ask at a different counter. This is a very poor way of treating a customer who is bringing you his business. I'm going to ensure that none of my acquantances ever give any of their business at this store. I would strongly recommend anyone against doing business here.
