I've had very nice customer service at this Target Optical. I use my insurance to purchase new prescription reading glasses every year. Sometimes I get 2 pairs. The opticians are really personable and helpful. They have a nice selection of frames to choose from. I've never had to wait long for service if there are other customers. I have not used their optometrist as I always bring my prescription from another doc. read more

My favorite Target in the Columbus area. Whatever item I don't find at another Target location, I always usually find here. They have more stock it seems of most products. Also, they have a larger section of frozen/refrigerated/grocery related goods. The workers are always nice and helpful. One thing to take note of is that the workers specific to the electronics' department leave earlier than when the store closes, I believe at 8pm, so if you have questions regarding electronics go in before then. To anyone who has yet to download the Target app, I highly recommend it! I have saved so much through Target Circle (previously known as Cartwheel) offers. I usually just scan the barcode of the items I get to see if there are any offers, instead of searching through their list. Also, the wallet in the app allows you to have all your payment methods (credit, gift card, discount, special coupon) uploaded there. Had a product that apparently cost exactly $100 as a gift to my son, the manufacturer that they are selling, sky Viper, has zero help and even their phone number in their manual is not functional. I spent between 9 AM and 11:15 AM on the phone with multiple people including tech-support and Matthew and guest relations among other people basically to get the final information that this returned drone that has obviously been used ended up back on the shelf and whoever gifted this purchased that one which is unreturnable because it's already been returned by somebody else. The $100 is apparently the cut off to be able to just exchange it in a store credit type exchange. I even tried to look up factory reset online and you have to connect to the controller to do a factory reset. So $100 gift straight into the trash. Happy 6th bday read more

I absolutely love heading to target! Especially now that they have a produce section which is nice even though I don't head to that and often. I love the dollar section right in the front of the store. You can get lots of useful goodies there from fitness related to home decor. The quality is great on some of them as well. I also love the swimsuits and workout clothes at target they are also great quality, have lasted me a while and are still in good shape. Plus their beauty selection is great because they have tons of travel items and skin care such as face masks. Lastly I love that they have a Starbucks inside and I actually got a coupon on my target app the other day for 30% off a beverage which was nice and I didn't know that I would receive coupons for Starbucks as well! read more

Do not go to this target if your trying to get in and out. There are like 8 lines open on a Sunday afternoon and I've been standing In line for almost 20 minutes to buy three hair care products. I was going to give it one star but I added a star because the guy that did finally check my three items out let me have the three gift cards I wanted without hassling me about having to put money on them. sometimes I just like he giftcarda and want them just for the picture with no intent of loading it with money. I like this Target better because not only is it close to my home but I feel like it is cleaner and has more variety. I'm right now comparing it to the Morse Road and Polaris area. Compared to the Morse Road and Polaris Parkway, this Target offers the grocery section and household items. Plus for people needing casual, workout, or professional clothing this location has you covered. I have gotten so many work pants for my husband cheaper here than at Kohl's which is across the street. I really wish I would have done a Target registry since there is actually so much I would have used from this store at the time of my wedding. So if you are about to get married and looking for a great place to be registered at this and Bed Bath and Beyond are the best two choices in my opinion. I love the towels here and kitchenware is way better than the quality I have from Kohl's. (I'm literally right now looking for a new plate set after 2 years, which is not my cup of tea). God forbid I dare say I got half my bachelorette/honeymoon stuff here too. That just goes to prove to you Target has it all. From wedding's to house stuff Target has you covered. Plus the service here is great. From the moment I got my first house stuff moving here, to buying clothes for my husband and a surprise Fitbit for me for my birthday. Target just makes life easy. I think this is one of the better Target locations in/near NW Columbus. It's pretty clean and seems to have some variety in items. The staff is generally nice. It now has a grocery section (as of mid-2012, I believe) and there is also some good variety in these items. Sometimes you can catch a good sale on the produce, which I appreciate. Crazy busy on the weekends and weekdays after work so I highly encourage you to avoid this place during those times. read more

OH HEAVENS!!! Other than the nasty smell upon walking in, that is quite common amongst targets, especially in california -- this spot was great!!! LAYOUT - standard, so you can find almost anything because they are all laid out basically the same! VARIETY - especially clearance. So thankful to have scored some hip clothes for an awesome price! This is a nice Target location, with plenty of parking and a little coffee shop. It is a large space and features the new grocery section that has been going in on Targets around town, so if you need to grab some bread or milk while you are there, you can do that instead of having to make a second stop at a separate grocery store. There are a lot of other food goods - especially dry goods and freezer goods, plus household basics like paper goods and the like. Target has recently started adding more collaborations with designers, so the clothing section has also been bumped up, although the basic brands they carry like Mossimo and Merona also have some good selections. This Target also carries a nice selection of Buckeye gear. In addition to all that, you can also get your media fix with a basic selection of books and electronics, and they also have a $5 DVD section. My personal favorite, however, is checking out the rotating seasonal section, which is in the back corner of the store. There is always a lot of fun holiday/seasonal stuff to peruse. The $1 section when you first enter the store is also a nice quick area to take a peek in, although it can be hit or miss. read more

Sometimes I swear my life revolves around Target. If it weren't for Target, I highly doubt my years at college would have been half as organized. Personally, I'm a fan of the brands that Target carries. Isaac Mizrahi, Mossimo, and Archer Farms are all ones that top my list. If I need an article of clothing, its likely that they will carry it at an affordable price. Archer Farms makes a tasty line of well...all kinds of foods! The Red pepper and leek risotto is awesome, and their flavored bottle water comes in all sorts of fun flavors [my favorite is raspberry lemon!]. One comment I must make is the cleanliness of Target. Its honestly why I keep coming back. Why is it that Target stores always seem cleaner than Walmart, or even Sears? Regardless, with their catchy marketing, great prices, and enjoyable atmosphere I definitely see myself shopping at Target for a while to come. read more

This targets customer service is barely passable. I literally had two different employees shrug their shoulder when asked where I could pick up an online photo order. At bare minimum an employee should be able to provide basic customer service and if you don't know the answer to a question a simple "I don't know but I can find out." is always a great response. Peoples apathy these days is so disheartening. That said, this target is usually well stocked so shop at your own risk and don't expect much from the staff. read more

I love this target! The main reason is because it's open later than most target stores. They're open till 11 and most close at 10. I really appreciate that extra hour of business. It seems like they are going through renovations. The store is looking a lot nicer than how it use to look. But even before than the store was always kept clean and fully stocked. Whenever I think of Target, I think of it as a place to buy toilet paper, cat litter and inexpensive hoodies. I don't think of electronics. But I felt compelled to write this review because I recently upgraded from a slightly antiquated MP3 player to an iTouch. Target's price was in line with the market standard, but they sweetened the deal with a $15 gift card. Not only did a I get a good deal, but I got good service too. The electronics clerk was knowledgeable and kind and--get this--did not pressure me into buying tons of accessories like some other places that shall remain nameless. I will definitely visit this location again for toilet paper, cat littler and inexpensive hoodies...and maybe a flat screen TV sometime soon! read more

Bought a brand new car, went to target, car got a huge dent in it (Had it for a week) and target was no help (wouldn't look at camera, etc). Recently, saw a dog in a hot truck (it was 86 degrees outside) and I went in to ask them to page overhead for the truck owner to get the dog out, they said they couldn't do that, and Virginia, an employee, told me "It's okay for them to leave their dog in a hot car." Well, it's okay for me to never shop at Target again too. They have employees who think animal abuse is totally okay! Would give zero stars if I could. Never been so angry before. read more

My husband and I stopped in to set up a baby registry here. The baby section was pretty poorly organized. I noticed quite a few items that were in the wrong places on the shelves. It seemed like the kids/baby clothes section had about twice as many racks as it should, and it was nearly impossible to move in between them. Our registry scanner's battery died, so we had to go to customer service to get another one. About 4 or 5 more scans and that one died too, without warning. We gave up and finished registering online. All in all, it was a frustrating visit, and I'm not sure that I'll be back. read more

i learned the other day not all Targets are equal. This one is bigger than the two targets in Hilliard and have a much better baby clothes sections. We had a voucher to use to get baby clothes and the selection here was more up to par. We found a variety of snowsuits, coats, shoes, and hats compared to 1-2 options at the other ones. The other bonus is that this Target is beside a pet store which my toddler loves. read more

Went here to grab some supplies for my dorm this year. They were sold out of many basic things (sharpies, staplers, etc.) and had poor selection of products. The lines were massive because there was only two lanes open at 430 on a Saturday. This is a review of the PHARMACY at this location. I could not find a way to distinguish this on Yelp, so if this post needs to be moved, then please feel free to move it, Yelp staff. Each and every time I go to this pharmacy, they are wonderful! This pharmacy is very busy and there always seems to be a line due to the volume of customers they serve. Despite this, the staff are incredibly patient, helpful and respectful of their customers' needs. They will go the extra mile for you - whether it is answering difficult questions, calling a doctor, calling your insurance company, etc. I hope that things remain the same in the future. My understanding is that CVS has taken over the pharmacy at this location. Keep up the good work. My family appreciates the pharmacy staff and their dedication to excellent service! read more

Went to this target today for a special trip because of their grocery store. I normally enjoy shopping here because of their size and variety of items but they were out of a lot of stock and not a lot of helpers on the floor. Once I reached the check out line, the girl was helpful until she asked me for my target red card and asked if I wanted one and I said no thanks. She rushed me along and started I the next customer before I could see if I had all of my groceries. Once I got home, I saw I left my food ( the reason why I went to this target) at the store. I called and spoke with an operator and she told me she damaged the food out and I was more than welcome to come back and pick up my food. I told her I lived 35 minutes away and I stopped on my way home from a trip and it was not conducive for me to travel back there during traffic to pick up the food and she said I can go buy the food at a target near me. I told her there were no targets near me with food and she said those were my options and hung up on me. I called back several times and she did not answer the phone. I had to call the electronics department and have to ask to speak with a manager and explain where I live and how no target near me had groceries before the manager would accommodate me picking up the groceries at a later date. However, I still have no dinner tonight and have to eat out even though I spent money on food I don't have. read more

The manager (Lori) and cashier were incompetent and called over the security guard because we had out-of-state licenses and were buying nicotine lozenges, along with $300 worth of product. We have been using these at Targets in Columbus for three years now with no problems. I recently bought a car and registered it with the Ohio BMV using this same license! It is valid and has never caused me problems. I will never shop at any target store again (definitely not the one at 6000 Sawmill Rd). Lori and the security guard (Max) made us feel like criminals. I'm a professional scientist living in Columbus. I told her I was never shopping there again and she just said "okay". We spend nearly $1000 per month there, but no more. I'm going to inform everyone I know never to shop there. read more
