My daughter and I came in for our appointment and from start to end it could of not felt so racist and filled with microaggressions, the tech was some blonde who was nothing but cold and and short with my daughter. The tech talked to my daughter in such a tone it felt so uneasy which come to find out my gut feeling was right! Reason being is when we got to looking at glasses the manager John could of not been so cold and rude! He said under his breath that my daughter and I were "being too picky" and that he "cant do this because he is getting annoyed" after hearing that I decided to pay extra close attention to him and the level of microaggressions the manger displaced to my daughter and I was just plane disgusting! Never coming back and will go somewhere that doesn't care about skin color

Worst eye place around my child was seen in Nov and they messed up her glasses and contacts so we…read moreasked for the old ones to be ordered cause the new did not work and we had no backups never got them they would never return our voicemails so today her contacts ripped and she can't see with out them she needs contacts and glasses over her contacts to see even large print so we went there to get the contacts we have asked and called about for over a month to be told we can't get any contacts cause our child has not been seen in 6 months and we now have to pay all this money for them to even order her some not to mention they never even ordered the ones we asked for in Nov so now my 9 year old child will not be able to see her Christmas gifts her vision is super bad and I begged them to just take another look clearly they were mistaken but nope they just hung up on me I was in tears over my child not being able to see for Christmas she's a child and they could of done better they refuse to even order her contacts or give us the info to go someplace else just tell us to e mail the doctor when they are about to close

He swindled us with a "pay in full and i will drop the price" scheme which we will never do again. He left us with 5 windows that still need replacement. We also had a 10 year warranty which does us no good in the future when he still didn't even complete the job in the first place. He truly took our money and ran.
