Love the displays: very easy to see the frames (much easier than other stores)…read more Staff are very hit or miss. There was a kind gentleman who helped everyone with fittings and repairs, but front staff is snippy when I call for a status update. Kind of an "ick" feeling being there, from the sales team. There are so many great examples of order tracking out there, truly can't understand why LensCrafters has not implemented any of them.

So far so good for me. I just decided to switch to LensCrafters from Target Optical, since the…read morelatter company seems to have decided whose money it wants, plus LensCrafters takes Eye Med. Their integration with Eye Med actually was helpful; I had never been in before but they were able to pull up my information easily. My exam with Dr. Boothroyd was excellent; she is extremely knowledgeable and really good at explaining the complicated things she was observing with my particular ocular physiology. Buying my new frames and lenses went fine, although prices are maybe a little higher than I was expecting. That might be just an inflation thing since my last such purchase, though. The showroom has an impressive selection, but I was disappointed that they don't have any of the kinds of frames with magnetic sunglass attachments. There was also some fuss when choosing my frames when the sales person was confused about which types of lenses go with which brand of frames. That seems like more of a problem with their system than with the sales person, who was otherwise helpful enough (she actually picked out the frames I wound up buying). In the future I could see myself buying my actual glasses somewhere else, but I liked the exam enough to stick with it indefinitely.

One of the silicone nose pads on my glasses had fallen off, and they quickly replaced it for me at no hassle. They also took the time to adjust my glasses so they fit perfectly again. I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming everyone was. The store is beautiful, well organized, and offers a great selection of frames from well-known brands like Ray-Ban and many others. They also have excellent promotions, such as two-for-one offers. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Visionworks to anyone looking for quality eyewear and exceptional service!

Three pair of frames all 2 years old and the Roseville location would not order him lenses to be put in the current frames. You must order new frames! What a money grab! There was some hairball excuse for this. I don't even care if it would be cheaper to get new frames. The fact that they sent me to another store was all I needed to know. My dad is 91 and in a wheelchair. Let me sign the waiver in case they break and then give him his lenses! Not going back to this store ever. You are an optical store and won't put lenses in glasses or even send out for them to be put in at the lab? Found out Maplewood will do this and that each store manager decides. So head to Maplewood or fire the Roseville manager.

I had a relative at St. Paul Eye in Roseville today for eye exam for eyeglasses. He saw Dr. Tsai…read more(who I referred). Dr. Tsai was exceptionally wonderful...he was kind, caring, compassionate, explained things clearly and just awesome!!! I am also a patient of Dr. Tsai's and will be seeing him in November. We picked up the patient's prescription for eyeglasses at the Optical Desk of the St. Paul Eye Clinic in Roseville. There was a lady and gentleman working behind the counter in the optical area. When I said the patient is on MA, they both looked at each other in disgust and the lady rudely said, "Oh we don't take MA here. You need to go to Pearle Vision, this is where you need to go." We felt very intimidated by the looks she gave along with her voice tone and attitude. There is ALWAYS a nice way to say anything without the high and almighty attitude. Trust me, I sure will NOT purchase eyeglasses at St. Paul Eye Optical in Roseville after this treatment. We then went to Pearle Vision in Roseville and was treated as if we were royalty. We were welcomed with open arms, treated with total courtesy, kindness, compassion, great assistance in selecting a nice pair of eyeglasses and were thanked for picking Pearle Vision. This treatment was totally opposite from the treatment at St. Paul Optical in Roseville.

The folks at the front counter were pleasant and easy to work with. I was impressed with my visit and book another appointment for next year. I also booked appointments for both my kids. They support pronouns in their systems and preferred names. The staff seemed very inclusive to all. I'll be recommending this clinic to other friends and family. I wasn't very impressed with Julie their Contacts Specialist. She might have been having a bad day or something. Not very friendly. Again I will be returning. Overall a very positive experience.

After stopping at the store to buy glasses, and hadn't received them after more than 10 days, I reached out to customer service. The third CS person in the session told me (after asking me to repeat and verify all my customer details shared with the first two agents), that the last order was the one I made in 2022 (same information I got logging into the portal). After I suggested the store mgr call me during their business hours, they said they'd have the mgr call me. Still waiting for a call....

When we (wife and I) went to the store, sales reps told us that they couldn't directly facilitate insurance benefits but all we had to do was contact Davis Vision and we would receive the benefits. That went nowhere so contacted Warby Parker directly. First (didn't have the date & dollar amounts available at that phone call) was told we could retroactively apply for insurance benefits but today was just told that because we received a 15% discount for buying two pairs ($1071.00 total after "discount") we could not get insurance benefits. He suggested buying 2 more pairs without a discount and we'd be able to apply insurance benefits. I questioned that that doesn't make sense, we are not trying to get $$ from Warby Parker but that they need to submit insurance paperwork for us to get the insurance $$. Bottom line, were not given correct info at retail location and then given the run-around by Davis Visio and Warby Parker :(
