They also ensure you're always paying the fairest prices and are very honest and explain what you're getting charged for, which is not always the case at other optometrists. Lucy greeted me and without looking at my chart, said "I got you". She confirmed my glasses were under warranty and had my frames in stock. She had me out of the office in 10 minutes. I walked out with a new pair of frames and I felt amazing and relieved that I had no out of pocket expenses and that I didn't compromise my sight. The place itself is roomy, clean and there is a huge variety of frames to choose from. The staff is courteous and helpful. There's a special parking area behind the office for patients and street parking is available. I'd highly recommend visiting the office and saying hi to Lucy! She's super friendly and cares about her clients experience.

It just made no sense. I came here, they were very quick, sweet, and had lots of variety to choose from. They also had designer frames which I like. Dr. Buldavino was our eye doctor. She was so thorough and explained everything. I really like her. She helped me understand a lot of my eye issues. She made it so easy to learn. I definitely will be back. I paid my exact copay and I paid for the picture of my eyes (which was very competitive pricing) and for the lens copay. Everything was clean from the rooms to the frame where area to the restrooms. I came to him originally with red stinging eyes and he realized right away that I needed a special kind of contacts... my previous eye doctor tried several kinds but I still had the redness and stinging. Dr. Rice nailed it and got me back to normal on the first try. SO HAPPY! Since my initial visit, I've been back routinely and he's still the same great doctor with the same great laid-back attitude. When ordering contacts or glasses, the turn-around time is within a week. I would recommend him in a heart beat to anyone that asks. They took the time to talk to me about my frame and lenses choices. Even giving me ideas for things I never considered, rimless glasses? Clip on sunglasses!? It took me a couple visits to finally decide on what I wanted. They were so helpful and patient with me every step of the way. They even got the glasses back within days of me ordering! Dr. Joy Nakabayashi was amazing an answered all of my questions and provided me my options. Next step select glasses I went with the Ray Ban's since I've been wearing them off and on for years. I did have an issue with the glasses, had to get them adjusted multiple times, finally Pat the office manager had me come in an select a new pair that she felt would be more comfortable for my needs.
