Lines are long. Only 2 real people at registers-the rest are self checkout. No room to move-you are on too of the person in front of you-awful.....

They are *not* kidding. These things are ultra soft!

Big store with lots to offer. This was actually one of the few places where I could find my paper products back at the beginning of the 2020 rush on tp. They were limiting the quantities each party could purchase and honestly, I was grateful to be able to find anything, regardless of the brand! They do carry a wide variety of brands throughout the store. When you enter the store, you are directed straight ahead, no more turning left toward the pharmacy, past the check outs. This area has been organized into two lines, one for self checkout, and one for the normal, assisted checkout, which takes up most of the space so folks walking by would not be able to keep a safe 6 feet apart, hence the detour, straight ahead. They carry all the things a large department store carries, expect jewelry. They have a bit of costume, but the jewelry counter was removed during their recent renovations. I picked up some Disney character clothing as a gift during the holidays in the kids department as well as paw patrol. I have purchased a few items of clothes here for myself and my family through the years and they change inventory seasonally: Bathing suits, sun hats, pocketbooks, shoes, socks, workout clothes, men's, kids, towels, sheets, candles, storage, toys, sporting goods, food, H&B, it's all here. I can't say the prices are always the lowest here, but they do have quite a variety. Although there are a few 'natural' items in the H&B area, most still have pesky chemicals that I cannot or choose not to use. I picked up a paring knife, some glass storage containers, steak sauce, a sympathy card and yoga top all in one stop, so that was very convenient. Couldn't find craisins though. They have a huge snack section. I purchased some Ultra Soft store brand facial tissues during the rush on paper products mentioned above and wow these things are really soft. They offer curbside pick up, through their app, called Drive Up. They let you know when the order is ready, and when you arrive to pick up, use the designated lanes in their huge parking lot, and let them know through the app you have arrived, what kind of car you have and they bring out the order. The store renovations didn't make too much of a change overall, but did update some areas, like 'returns' and added lockers at the front for pre-ordered items that are waiting for pick up. The H&B section also has a new look. The store is well organized and clean and there is normally an associate not too far away if you need assistance. Customers and staff are required to wear face coverings over their nose and mouth, most customers are polite about keeping socially distanced and hand sanitizer is available to customers. You can bring your own bag, but you will have to pack that yourself as the staff are not allowed to touch them at this time. They offer contactless payment if your card has a chip or you use one of the 'wallet' features available on many smart phones. As the parking lot is quite large, you may have to park far away from the entrance, especially during busy times like holidays and weekend. There are plenty of cart and hand baskets by the entrance doors, which open 'hand free'.

This target customer service could care less about your questions about floor sales and really just want you to leave, the girl who rang me up was awesome but the guy who I asked about a confusing cat food sale want to ask me to leave so bad so he could go back to sitting on his hands.

Too busy to empty this absurdly full trash can at the front entrance.

Type of place where you have to turn sideways at times to get by things. I'm not sure what the building was built for originally but it is obviously has been around for a while. The inside is basically several small rooms stuffed with stuff. All kinds of antiques, linens, old signs, clothing, furniture and plenty of cool knick knacks and doo dads. Things seem to move in and out quickly so every trip is a new adventure. The folks that work here are pleasant and friendly and let you take your time and look around without bothering you. That's a good thing because there is a lot to look at even though it's all in a small area. Mundane and common things mixed in with the unusual. The last time we happened by we saw a reproduction antique sink that was exactly what we were looking for. The price ended up being substantially lower than on line catalogs we were looking at. It was easy to install and works and looks great. A pleasant and unexpected find in a cool little store.

The employees here were so friendly. I love how curated the shop is. Since it's December the shop was decked out for christmas. I loved all the vintage inspired ornaments they had. My son and I ended up purchasing three. I also loved the holiday candles they carried. The whole place smelled amazing due to the gingerbread candle they had lit. I went home with a white spruce one and it does not disappoint. I love lighting it! I'm sure the next time I head in the shop will be pretty different since it won't be Christmastime. I look forward to checking out their next "theme".

They did a great job of decorating and setting everything up so that it feels like a cozy little home. Awesome stuff too! The clothes weren't my style but they were great quality at a great price. Lots of fabulously-scented candles and many other things for your rustic or nautical home, along with many ingenious items for plant lovers. Even if you don't buy anything, you'll have a blast shopping around. The service was excellent too! Very friendly woman (sorry I didn't catch her name) who made the store feel even more like a home.

In september, I received delivery of the Riley Ash chair. It has been 3 months since I received…read moredelivery of it and because of the high density foam used in the cushion it is nothing like the one in the showroom. I found out recently that the one on the showroom floor had been there for over 10 years! Even the manager said it's a very hard share and nowhere near representative of what you will receive upon delivery. I have a bad back and Bone degeneration in my spine. This chair was so uncomfortable I couldn't even sit on it without using multiple pillows and blankets under my butt! I finally went to the store, saw a manager in person, and they refunded the Riley Ash chair and I used those funds to purchase the Trevor recliner, which arrived today. It hasn't even been broken in yet and it's more comfortable than the Riley Ash chair was after 3 months. So my advice to you is when you go to the store, ask the salesperson how long the display has been on the floor and what the break-in period is, and what it should feel like when it's being delivered. What is on the sales floor is not representative of what you will have delivered unless you buy from the cash and carry room.

There is a tear on the back of the couch that the cushion rest against(on the seam). I reached out to the warranty people and like before they said they couldn't do anything about it. I went to the store. They have started working with a new warranty company. They told me to try and see what happens if they could help. I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this. This is the first time I had to put in a claim. This is ridiculous. People don't waste your money on the warranty/goof proof because it seems anyway they can get out of fixing they will!!!
