When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

Sometimes I find things that are less expensive than at Dollar Tree, only 4 doors down in the same Plaza. That said, you can't always find what you're looking for, but you often find something that you want or need. Hence, kind of like a church Bazaar. It's either maddening as heck or fun, as you sift through the bargains and wend your way to the back of the store to see if that close-out on carpets is something that you like. It's one of those polarizing places. Either you love it or you don't. Ollie's sells many name brand things, from Men's, Women's, and Children's clothes, to accessories, Health and Beauty aids, lawn and garden supplies, art, crafts, pet and school supplies. They have a nice book department, and sell things like Bible covers, Sudoku, crossword puzzles and word searches, as well as books for toddlers to adults. Yes, Ollie's even sells food. Nothing perishable, but you can find anything from Pink Himalayan salt, to candy, and cereal, to your favorite junk food, like pork rinds and cheese balls. As an avid record collector, I make this Goodwill one of my stops whenever I'm visiting a client in…read morethe Webster Area. For those who aren't into vinyl, suffice it to say that the various thrift stores in the Monroe County area differ widely in the way that they price records. VOA & AmVets routinely price records @ 99 cents each. In the Webster Goodwill, prices are usually $1.99 per record, with a few 99 cent slabs peppered in the mix. Oddly enough, the prices for records at the various Goodwills range from 99 cents each in Macedon to $2.99 each in Henrietta & Victor. Which puts this Goodwill (and the one off Bay Road) smack dab in the middle. Now, as a collector, I *will* pay $2.99 for a mint record that I want. And so will any self-respecting buyer. The problem is that there are quite a few platters that won't move at that price... e.g. Jim Nabors, Roger Williams, Ed Ames, Herb Alpert, Dan Fogelberg and various junk records from the 60's and 70's. However, keep digging... for if you do you'll find some gem buried between Firestone Christmas albums and have something to brag about for years to come!
