Very clean and organized store. Went in with a list, found what I wanted and got out of there within 10 minutes. Target is addicting, lots of great items, lots of space to walk around and its easy to get distracted and carried away with the selection of certain items they have. Disappointing when you go to other places to try and save a few dollars and they don't have what you like. I hate to rip the whole store, but the eyeglasses department is awful and this is the only forum I can find. I went to the optometrist and was fairly certain that I was misquoted. She asked for more money than that which I understood before I had my eyes examined. I suspected that it was bait-and-switch. However, I paid her and moved on. My daughter went there months after me and then described a very similar scenario. So now I am fairly sure that the optometrist is a liar. read more

My favorite Target among the "metro west suburbs." Never overcrowded or undercrowded. Some random points and features: - There's a decent Starbucks very nearby. - Fun to browse their DVDs. - New grocery freezer/refrigerated grocery item section in the store. - Kids toys area is ok. - Amazing hours. Open 8-11 Mon-Sat and 8-10 on Sunday. If I could, I would visit here at least once a week because it gives a nice domestic vibe which is comforting for someone who is over 1000 miles from home and family. This store is not crazy busy, so it's usually a pretty pleasant place to shop. They do have groceries (but no florist). Their childrens and teen departments tend to be pretty well stocked. It's also a good place to shop for kitchen and bath items. The shoe department is the weakest. Hours are very convenient, they seem to be open much more than other stores in the area. read more

One of the best Targets I've ever been to. I'll admit to being a fan of the brand - the quality of their merchandise is better than most of the 'big box' retailers, and their customer service is really good too. I like the price scanners, and the additional ability to check back-room stock from the scanner. This particular store was the first one I went to with any regularity, and it's a good one. It's a Greatland, so you can get some groceries here too. The aisles are clean, wide, well-stocked, and well-staffed. This Target ended up being part of my weekend routine - I'd go out for dinner and then wander around Target, walking off some of my earlier gastronomic indiscretions. I'd inevitably pick up something that I didn't even realized I'd wanted. =D read more

I have always loved this Target store. It has always had a good selection and great prices on everything. Due to the store expansion, they have moved the entire store around and it's gotten much harder to navigate around the store. They will be putting in a bigger grocery section in the expansion, however, it just seems like it's not the same store it used to be. Simply put, I miss my Target! :( read more

I visited this store on a saturday at Woburn, MA. I have a appointment at 5pm with my infant for a photoshoot. I reached the place on time but it took me while to find the photo area and I have reached there at 5:03pm. They are supposed to close at 6pm and I notice that they have switche off their lights and are about to leave. Then the lady at the front said that my appointment is at 5pm and for the last appointments of the day should be arriving 15 mins before the appointment. They did not say this when taking the appointment. Getting ready for a photoshoot with an infant is full day activity as we have to change her sleeping patterns in such a way that she is awake at 5pm. Great disappointment that they refused to take pictures so that they could leave early. there were two ladies and one of them was ready to start the photoshoot and other interruppted that they have to close. I always get my pictures taken form sears and now that it was closed I am looking for alternative. read more

Once you go to Target, you'll be hooked, line and sinker. This store really hooks one to shopping! they have everything here! From clothes, to a huge toy section (great way to keep the kids occupied), a large electronic supply section,furniture, office supplies, groceries, and much much more. Target has just about anything you could need , and it is a great ONE STOP SHOPPING experience. It is conveniently located to many of the hotels (Many of the hotels in Woburn have shuttle vans that can take you there), and just down the road from the Anderson Woburn commuter rail station/Logan Express terminal.) There is plenty of parking and its convenient to Washington St. Woburn, I-93....and Commerce Way/Presidential Way, which heads up toward Wilmington. It is right off of 93 on the Commerce Way Exit. Staff can be helpful when you can find them, but then again what do you expect at a retail store these days. TIP: Press the customer service buttons for help around the store. read more

Bathroom is gross. Try to put tp down on the seat to go the bathroom and automatic flusher goes off 43 times, spewing up water onto the seat and 10 more times while you're sitting. I hardly write any reviews, but come on Target up the bathroom game! Other than that though, it's not too bad of a store. read more

okay, maybe i'm just out of my mind, but i've now had THREE visits to this target that have ended fruitlessly. one: christmastime. no christmas-themed gift bags available. two: valentine's day. no valentines available. and three: last weekend. no suitable GLOVES anywhere to be found in late february in boston (but plenty of BIKINIS on display). so, seriously, this target must be missing out in bajillions of dollars of sales on seasonally appropriate items. it is a no brainer to have a huge bin of valentines out front all throughout early february. it is a no brainer to have a ridiculous stock of christmas-themed gift bags throughout december. and it is a no brainer to have a revolving rack of crappy $1 gloves right by the checkout all winter. something is really wrong with this target: either they're not ordering the right shit or they're running out of it instantly. regardless of the reason, i can never easily find exactly what i need here, even when what i need should be among the most prevalent and easiest to find items in the store. read more

This store wasn't too bad when it first opened. They had a decent variety of different departments and the prices were reasonable. But as usual nowadays, the oblivious pencil pushers behind their executive designer desks at headquarters decided to change and mix things up and eventually things went downhill. When I've visited the last few times, Target discontinued what I needed. I walked around the store for 15 minutes trying to find the electrical dept., (their signs are not very visable), and then when I did, I couldn't find a clip on light for my drop ceiling which they usually always had. Not even a reorder spot for them so I know they downsized and discontinued them. The other time I was looking for men's underwear in my size. Nope. They only go up to XL. On top of that the men's dept. is now about the size of a walk-in closet. No wonder this chain is closing many of it's stores. I wish they would bring back Bradlees or Caldors or something similar and replace this brick & mortar nightmare, I never walked out of those stores without something. I will NEVER darken another Target's door again. read more

Target has always been a standby when Wal-mart or the Mall is not an option. The quality of their goods are great and the store is almost always clean, every now and then it looks messy but that is fixed by their workers immediately. This particular Target is my most visited store of the Target chain. I usually visit this place to purchase vitamins, supplements (ie. fish oil), antacids, and shampoo as it tends to be lower in price than anywhere else. Occasionally, I would purchase from their clothing section at the center of the store and sometimes I would try out their food area at the front of the store. read more

The aisles are wide and well planned, their grocery selection is pretty good, and even during and after the holidays they keep everything very well organized and clean... I recently braved my way through the 90% off Christmas section, and there were employees everywhere helping people out and cleaning up after them. Also, I use this Target pharmacy, and they call ME when it's time to renew my prescription! read more

I personally had a disappointing experience at this target. I went online to check if the store carried an item I was interested in buying. The website said that it did in fact carry what I was looking for, so I went to the store expecting to make my purchase. It turns out that they were out of stock of what I was looking for. I have shopped @ this store many times before and always had a pleasant Customer Service from everyone in the store. On 8/10/10 I went there and picked up a few things for my grand kids, all on the $1.00 bins and when I went to the cashier, the person there must have been in her own world, never said a greeting. I felt i was not acknowledged at all. When she told me the total, I thought it was a little much for the little things I had bought, but didn't question it since she was not people friendly at all. On 8/11/10 I called the store to find out what was that I had bought for $16.19 in the electronics dept., and I was put on hold from the Customer Service Dept., but the phone was just put down on the desk, because I could hear all of the conversation that was going on while she was helping someone else with their returns. Very unprofessional customer service. When she came back to my call, she was helpful to answer my question in regards to the $16.19 charge. They charged me that amount for a children's book which I picked up on the $1.00 bins. Do the cashiers pay attention to what they are doing...... or maybe I need to. Should they keep their calls on HOLD the way it should be. Should they need to have a meeting about their Customer's Privacy Law! Very disappointed! read more

This is a review of the pharmacy... I've never had a problem with the pharmacy before and have always gotten my prescriptions filled there. However, recently (since they are now run by CVS), I've had nothing but issues. The pharm techs are beyond rude on the phone and have no clue what they're doing. I've been waiting for a prescription that has been approved by my insurance company for 2 days; and the pharmacy claims it hasn't been approved. They refuse to follow up with anyone so I'm forced to call my doctors and insurance companies myself. The insurance company reiterates again to me that the prescription has been approved and they don't even see any claims being run, so how can the pharmacy be sure my insurance hasn't approved it (despite them telling me they have) when they haven't attempted to run it through the system????? It is clearly evident to me that they are completely incompetent. UGH... I'll be switching to Wegman's!! read more
