Upon doing so, I was stopped by an employee who raised her voice and demanded to see my membership card, insisting that I was entering incorrectly. I calmly explained that I was there for an eye exam and that, according to Costco's stated policy, a membership is not required for this service. Despite this, the employee continued to speak to me in a confrontational manner and did not acknowledge the information I provided. This interaction occurred in front of numerous other customers, which made the situation especially embarrassing. I understand that employees are responsible for enforcing store policies. However, this situation could have been handled in a far more respectful and professional manner. There was no apology or attempt to clarify the misunderstanding, which made the experience even more disappointing.

We were then exiting the isle and Marvel walked over to Tim ( He is definitely taller than me). I'm telling Marvel to come over but Tim is listening to Marvel and wanted him to get the grape plant he wanted. There's a few workers that walked by me both times and said nothing. It was like I did not exist but it's fine I will not be back. Keith immediately jumped in to help, bringing me multiple styles and sizes to try on. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Because of his friendly approach, I felt comfortable trying on items I normally wouldn't have considered. With Keith's help, I ended up building a beautiful summer vacation capsule wardrobe. I also found out both a teacher and healthcare professional, I qualified for an additional 15% discount, which I greatly appreciated.
