Worst customer service EVER encountered anywhere. This was the Manager (Mike). Who tells a…read morecustomer I don't want to touch your car, gives a refund on a "Lifetime alignment" and basically says go away. Tried calling corporate customer service. They say area manager will get back to you. They never did. Problem is they screwed up my alignment, know they screwed up and probably damaged something and now they want nothing to do with it anymore. They were also upset that I didn't buy $900 worth of new tires they were trying to push on me. Stay far away from this place. They think they've seen the last of me. Wait till they get their copy of a small claims suit soon. I would advise everyone to stay clear of these crooks.
