During my purchase, I was given a specific sale price, but later told that the lower price only applied if I financed the vehicle. When I asked about paying cash, the price increased by a substantial amount. This was not clearly disclosed upfront, and it created a situation where the numbers changed after the fact. Several high‑priced add‑ons were also included in my contract. When I tried to address these items, I was told I would need to wait until the loan was funded and then contact the finance company. However, when I contacted the finance company, they directed me back to the dealership. This back‑and‑forth made it extremely difficult to get straight answers or resolve anything. I'm posting this so other buyers know to ask very direct questions about how the price changes between financing and paying cash, and to review every add‑on line by line. Make sure every charge is explained clearly and that the price you agree to is the price that appears on the contract. Transparency matters, and customers deserve to understand exactly what they're paying for.
