It certainly leaved a lot to be desired just tossed into a styrofoam box without being in a wrap or something like shawarma oftentimes comes in. The spicy sauce on the side was also quite good but kind of overpowered the shawarma itself. It also came with a side of Lay's salt and vinegar chips. Really not a fan of said chips and seems like an opportunity to maybe do something more in line with the cuisine to me. Overall, the food was solid but not necessarily mind-blowing from an appearance or functionality perspective. I'd definitely love to come back to get some of those desserts some other time though!

I opted for the "standard", a serving of two "half scoops" (that, for most people outside of the US, translates to a standard scoop each) of the "brown butter with almond brittle" and the "goat cheese with red cherries". They were both absolutely fantastic! Da bomb, as some might scream. The crunchiness of the brittles as well as that of the waffle bowl rendered an already amazing dessert even better and elevated it. Since when were they unable to pack their own pints. At checkout, my wife forgot to mention the promotion. The attendant would not void the transaction and start over. We were told to take the receipt and do it ourselves. I considered the customer very poor, considering 3 pints and a cone was $41 to go! We will not be returning. We will drive the additional 20 minutes to Handels, where they pack the pints fresh on the spot. The customer service is consistent every time! We were going to support the school. Thomas Elementary needs to find better partners to support. Terrible experience. Do better in a time where families cannot spend $41 on ice cream.
