Moo Shu Beef wrap- an order came with 5 pancake wraps
    Melissa D.

Tasty China we love you!! We get take out from here a lot. They are consistently great. They are fast, very well priced and quality is even better then what you pay for if you ask my husband and I. I wanted Moo Shu for my birthday meal. My husband called in the order and we were told it would be ready and it was! My Moo Shu was cooked perfectly. Excellent blend of veggies, beef and egg to fill my delicious thin wraps. They're called pancakes but they have the consistency of an ultra thin tortilla. Made 5 wraps into 2 meals and still had stuffing leftover! My husband got the beef chow mein & chicken fried rice. HUGE portions! He loved both. We shared an order of the malasadas-Asian donut basically. Deep fried dough dusted with sugar. Not like super crumbly ridiculously sweet either. Just right! Thank you Tasty China for providing such great food, quick service at very reasonable prices.

Decided to try a new spot. Lots of available parking. As I entered, the young lady greeted me so pleasantly. I ordered fried rice, Hot ams Sour Soup, and Dumplings! The menu was great! Lots to pick from. The was decently priced. The atmosphere was chilled, quiet, and very cultured The Veggie Fried Rice was great!. The dumplings were also good. I also bought the almond cookies $1.50, were good! My bill came to $23.00 and some change. Can't wait to come back.

    Chicken chopped suey

My son ordered the orange chicken and it was okay he said. Myself I ordered the chicken chop suey. It was actually inedible. The sauce was clear and had a gummy feel to it like it was spoiled or slimy. There were weird items in it that does not belong in a chop suey like broccoli and zucchini and the chicken look like it was some other kind of meat but not chicken. We will never ever be ordering from here again that was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten.

The food tastes great. It's delicious. The service is also good. The environment is very nice. It's neat and tidy and looks very comfortable.

Tasty China is an American Chinese Restaurant located in North Las Vegas. They were very busy doing take out and delivery but a few people were dining in. They start you out with complimentary crispy noodles with duck sauce. When you order dishes with the red chile pepper mark they ask you how hot you want it to be. We started out by sharing the egg rolls. They are different than what I'm used too. These are often called spring rolls...Whatever they are they seemed like fresh made and were tasty. I tried the Sichuan Hot Garlic Chicken "hot." I received a very large plate with masterfully tender chicken, lots of nice tender crisp vegetables in a flavorful sauce that wasn't too "HOT" with pepper heat. I thought the "Hot" was comparable to Chinese-Take-Out that I am used too. This entree was good I'd recommend this dish. It also came with an enormous amount of white rice. My husband tried the Kung Pao Beef "Extra Hot." It came out about the same in heat as mine (like normal take out). This was also a very generously sized plate and the beef was tender like butter. It is very different in taste than what we are used too........The main taste was soy sauce and both of us are not a fan of that. I'm thinking maybe this is a Nevada thing. I'm finding that a lot of American Chinese dishes in Nevada are very soy forward. We were given fortune cookies and almond cookies with the check. Our server was as nice, helpful, and efficient as could be. 3.5 Stars rounded up because of service and the Sichuan Hot Garlic Chicken was good.

We've eaten here many times . It's our go to for American style Chinese food when we don't want to…read moremake that arduous 20 minute trip to one of the 248 restaurants on Spring Mountain. They offer NY style Chinese and some Thai dishes. As far as I know from eating Chinese food all over the US as well as in Mainland China and Hong Kong and Taiwan. "NY style is typically Cantonese style , vegetable heavy in Americanized dishes like the chow mein and "chop suey" General whoever's chicken etc. . NY style egg rolls are not the wimpy little thin skinned spring rolls, but rather thicker skin deep fried creations heavy on the cabbage. I've had NY style rice flavored with saffron (or yellow food coloring) here it's plain steamed rice and the typical fried rice has more soy than other Chinese sub genres. Ok, foodology lecture over. We stopped in for lunch, the kids were back from school helping mom and dad out, you still either order at the counter or take a menu back to your seat. (This place is mostly take out now). Food is served in take out containers or paper plates . The take out containers work for us since we never finish everything. Lunch specials are pretty typical and are priced comparatively. My dining companion had the shrimp and veggie lunch special . What stood out were the 5 large fresh shrimp and a very generous portion of fresh broccoli and zucchini . The lomein was simple with a decent amount of soy. Her egg drop soup was piping hot. I opted for country tofu which was braised tofu chunks with brown sauce and veggies. Served with steamed rice. Now I am a sucker for their traditional egg rolls (not the wimpy spring rolls) so I ordered them as well. Tea was served in a pot (no teabag but real tea). We ate our fill, chatted with the owner a bit and packed our stuff to go home. Always a pleasure to dine here for an affordable Chinese style meal

In all honestly this place needs to change its way of cooking. It might have been good two years…read moreago but we had it last night and it was so bad we didn't even finish the dinner. I had to toss it away. The mangolian beef was good but it was so heavy with oil that I barely had one spoon. The noodles which was $3.50 extra instead of the white rice was dull and very mushy. I ordered shrimp with veggies and that comes with white rice. The shrimp had no flavor at all. The rice was so dry it felt like it was old rice rather than just steamed. The pork egg rolls are mentioned in the reviews so much I had to give it a try. I ended up giving it to my dog after one bite and my dog didn't even eat it. There was more cabbage than pork and again dull. Please Asian wok change your chef and do better because I had high hopes but throwing away dinner especially when I'm 6 months pregnant wasn't the best for my family.
