As someone who loves Chinese food #RIPYenChing EastMoline it's not terrible but it's also not the best thing I've ever had definitely better than Panda Express though the beef and broccoli wasn't all that great the, broccoli with the sauce was good and orange chicken was mid but tasted really fresh. Had lunch there today with friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. I selected sweet and sour pork. The only negative was the vegetables weren't cooked! They were raw. I can cook them when we reheat tomorrow. I wouldn't suggest eating in their small dining room. The forks and knives broke and the napkins were worse than cheap tissue. The 4.5 star Yelp rating is well deserved. It's not the kind of place you would go to have a nice sit-down meal, but it is a great take-out restaurant. You have a huge variety of choices on the menu and this is not your typical 'panda express' Chinese fast food, but a number of menu items are authentic dishes that I would not have expected to see. The portions were generous and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the next couple days. Being a vegetarian, the number of choices for vegetarian/vegans was quite good. Everything was priced reasonably and delicious. We got the fried noodles, chicken and vegetables, salt and pepper tofu and noodle soup. All were really good. Started out as our favorite local Chinese place. The last two times we've ordered though, my husband and I have gotten sick from completely different dishes. Visits were months apart. Something has definitely changed here and unfortunately not for the better. They probably have the most flavorful and delicious MSG free Chinese you will ever experience. That being said, the food taste can be very inconsistent (still good but far off from superior days), it is clear they have different cooks and different prep cooks on different days. I really want to love this place but once you've have amazing food several times, then the taste, flavor profile, spice level changes and it's half as tasty, it's extremely frustrating. But still 1000 times better than any other Chinese food restaurant in the Northwest. Beef Chow Fun and Hot and sour soup can be amazing. The sauce for the orange chicken is superior and their sauces in general are very tasty. They use a lot of sauces, garlic and sesame oil to bring great flavor. The Chicken Chow mein noodles are similar to lo mein and they are delicious. All the soups are flavorful and full of meats and veggies. We got two crispy chicken egg rolls that came with a red sauce, spicy Mongolian chicken which wasn't that spicy to me, and cashew chicken. Really good! First, the delivery was super quick and he was so niche and polite! We love the wonton soup-man it's good, loaded with really fresh veggies and delicious wonton. We had a teriyaki bowl, 2 dinners of Mongolian beef and chicken with veggies, and an order of noodles with vegetables. The sauces are delicious and the chicken was good-I'm weird about fatty chicken or strange bits and there was none of that. First time here, it's a very small place with very limited seating. Upon first impression, the lobby is kind of dirty. The rug inside the door needs a really good cleaning. Other than it being small and needing a good cleaning the food is not bad. There is a lot going on but they get orders out quickly. The staff is friendly. We order from gourmet China quite often. The food is superb. I did not want to write a review today but I feel that I have to to notify the owners and the chefs. We ordered egg rolls. The grease was literally oozing out of them. The grease tasted like rotten fish. We threw them away. Everything we had to eat tasted like rancid oil. That it was used over and over and over again. I am familiar with how Chinese food is cooked. But you have to keep that oil separate from fish and chicken and beef. It has to be separate. You can't keep using fish that was in oil cooking in beef. The fried rice with egg tasted like old rancid fish oil. Needless to say we were disappointed with the pork chow mein as it smelled like fish. Great hot and sour soup. Really hit the spot. Perfect consistency and portions of mushrooms, tofu, bamboo shots and silky egg ribbons. The taste was not overwhelming, but still packed a punch. Really tasty Chinese food! I'm Taiwanese but every once in a while I crave westernized Chinese food. But don't be fooled, this place also has some authentic stuff. The owner is a super nice Taiwanese lady. Their stuff is fresh, and they don't use MSG. We came on Christmas Day for lunch and everything was delish. We got the salt and pepper tofu, kung pao chicken, and chow mein. They were also able to customize everything to our liking. Prices are super reasonable as well. We'll definitely be back to try more of their stuff. read more

Girl at the front desk was adamant they have chicken egg rolls even though we only ever receive the shitty pre-made spring rolls with mushy cabbage and extra ginger. Fine... I did not order the meal this time. Orange chicken: Needs to be cooked more so it is not slimy and sweet: 2/5. Not even close to being the best in Vegas! Eggplant Chicken: Soggy/mushy chicken and decent eggplant: 1/5 Sauce and eggplant are ok, but the chicken tastes like it was boiled and thrown in afterwards.
