This place was such a good find, didn't really noticed it was in that area so that means I've passed by it so many times! This is my first time trying Indian food and best to say definitely not my last time! Everything was so good especially their mango lassi, honestly that's gonna be so addicting to me. The service was great and they were very attentive and making sure we were doing ok and if everything is to our liking, the ambiance is very cozy as well so I'll be coming back for sure! read more

Even though it's small, this is my favorite place in Kent to get dosa. It's a good deal for the portion, and comes with 2 chutneys and sambar. I recommend dining in for dosa. For takeout, lamb biryani (4 out of 5 spicy is pleasant) and butter chicken are my family's go-to. Price has been going up, most chicken dishes are $18.99 and lamb dishes are $19.99. WOW! New favorite for Indian cuisine! We got the veggie manchurian, butter chicken, plain naan and the server treated us to veggie somosas and oh my goodness, everything was 10/10. The service here is unmatched, the staff here is so hospitable I never had to leave my seat for something I needed, even for seconds! Their use of spices and textures is incredible. Each dish is always perfect, not overcooked and chewy but in that sweet melting spot where it just leaves you wanting more. Amazing service and very delicious food. We had a party of 20 and they accommodate us with very good customer service. Half of our group was their first time trying Indian food. Definitely my GO-TO Indian restaurant now!! Even though it's 30min away from where I live, it is soooo worth it. I always leave with a big smile, full tummy, and leftovers for tomorrow because their portions are very generous. 10/10 you won't regret coming here. Everything on the menu is DELICIOUS!!! And the service is awesome! Super sweet staff who want to make sure you're comfortable and happy. As long as I live in Seattle I will be coming here for Indian food! read more

Oh we love this place for their veggie burgers! They are so damn good and never disappoint! We have tried heirloom veg hakka noodles, cholle bhature, and aloo tikki chaat! Very quick service. Though they are a take out only yet, would love to see them open done in too. Price point is also good. Our relatives from Canada loved their burgers which was a great deal! Since the covid, it's been a long time since I've had Indian food. When my partner and I went grocery shopping, we discovered this hidden gem right next door. The restaurant only offered takeouts and delivery at this time, which we were okay about it. There was so many selections on their menu. We ordered some chicken tikka masala, fish curry and their chili chicken. Oh my goodness it was so good!! The tikka was so creamy and flavorful. It goes so well with their garlic naan. The fish curry was amazing as well. We ordered medium spicy which was just right to our liking. I might be subjective but the foods were just one of best around the area. The best Indian food I've had in this area, based on trial and error at several places. Order the butter chicken. It's better than the more onion forward tikka masala. This place is a hidden gem, after being told our party of 15 couldn't be accommodated at two Indian dining places and were turned away (Indian dining places around the corner from this place) I gave it one last shot and called Tasty Indian Cuisine and without hesitation our party was welcomed! We got to celebrate my daughters birthday with her favorite dishes! Every dish we had was delicious and flavorful! The server being the one and only server was gracious with us and the other guests that where coming in and out to pick up there food. I didn't get his name, but I wanna thank him, the cook, and his boss for accommodating us and for the overall warm hospitality! Pricier than some, but REALLY yummy. I ordered garlic naan, chicken tikka masala and palak paneer--my standard choices to try in new places. I can unreservedly say everything was evenly delicious & spiced just as I'd requested. Better by far than a cheap buffet with mediocre fare. And I took enough home for a second meal. Well worth it. Update: Feb 2019 - Went again, different people running it. ::sigh:: not as good. Ordered three dishes: Curry Chicken, Chicken Vindaloo, and the last dish was a potato dumpling dish with an M, sorry I've forgotten. That last one was excellent but the first two tasted almost alike???!! WT heck. They are now doing what economically minded quick restaurants do everywhere: cooking sauces and then adding whatever meat you ask for. A curry will NEVER be great tasting this way. Also I asked for level 4 heat on the Vindaloo & got level 2 blah. Still excellent were the M curry, samosas and the plain naan. Usually plain naan is a write-off, but this was so delicious, no garlic needed. So my overall score is just in the middle now. read more

I ordered Lamb Biryani with garlic naan and it was so flavorful and warms your soul! Perfect spice and the serving was just right for someone like me that loves rice. The only thing was there was not enough meat from rice to meat ratio. I still gave it 5 stars because it was so good ‍. For a hole in a wall this place is pretty good. My only complaint is that they are skimpy with their meat, my daughters and I ordered two butter chicken, lots of the sauce which was very good and full of flavor but it we barely each had any chicken. read more

The 5th time we have been at this restaurant and it never dissapoints! First, nice and good natured chef and servers. Second, unlimited free tasty tea and lastly, the food is the best we had so far! We have tried numerous indian restaurants and this one is the best on our list. Just one note that I like to point out, there is no restroom but a hand washing station. But it did not stop us from coming almost every weekend! We highly recommend!! read more

I ordered the chicken biryani, and my fiancee ordered the Butter Chicken Curry w/ Naan. The chicken biryani came with yogurt and was extremely tender, flavorful, and addictive. The butter chicken curry was the best curry I've ever had. Service was awesome, and both the reception and owner came out to ask us how the food was, and gave us tips on how to eat the food. Ambiance was quite nice, as they had a sign from the local elementary school (indicating they support their community) as well as Bollywood movies playing in the background. All in all, 10/10. I am new to Indian cuisine. And my first visit was a great experience. Our server was very helpful in helping me choose foods best suited for my likes. I first ordered their chicken shish-kabobs with chutney dipping sauce, oh so good. Next I ordered the butter chicken and it was also very good. My dinner ended with a dish of homemade ice cream with a topping that was unique and delicious. Definitely going back! A friend of mine likes lamb so i'll be back to try new items on the menu. We ordered dosa (by far the best I've tried), butter chicken, lamb vindaloo, garlic naan, and tandoori chicken. Everything was wonderful and the service was excellent.
