My mother agreed to trade it in about a month later and once again James did his methodical assessment. It was great because the silver prices had jumped a bit. He asked whether we wanted a check or cash which surprised me. Of course I took the cash! Both times the transactions were professional and attentive, and the rate exchange was very good. I spent maybe 1/2 hour - 45 minutes (place settings for eight) and was done. James is a nice person -- extremely honest and reliable.
