Everyone was so kind, patient, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me. It's rare to come across people who go above and beyond to make customers feel valued and appreciated, but they absolutely did. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and kindness made such a difference, and I will definitely be returning and recommending them to others. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I came in today (5/6/26) valley location with my friend and my 10 year old son. One of the men behind the counter, not sure if he was owner or not but he asked if he could buy my son a pint of ice cream. I said yes of course and thanked him. My son was so surprised yet very thankful. I want this man to know this kind gesture and kindness meant more than he knows. Today wasn't just a normal day for us, today was the 2 year anniversary of my oldest sons passing. So that pint of ice cream was everything to my son and meant so much to him. Thank you sir for making our difficult day a little bit better and putting a huge smile on my little boys face.

ZERO STARS I have…read morebeen using this pharmacy for around 12 years, and the level of incompetence has become unbelievable. It feels like every single time we come here, something is wrong -- prescriptions aren't ready, medications are out of stock, or we get texts saying prescriptions are ready only to show up and find out they're not. Today was the final straw. I went in to pick up a prescription after receiving a text at 5:00 p.m. saying it was ready. When I got there, they told me they had nothing ready and then casually said it had been "put back on the shelf yesterday." I asked how long it would take to get it ready again, and her answer was, "a while." So I left with my three kids and drove 10 minutes back home. By the time I got home, I had another text saying it was ready. How is 10 minutes "a while"? And if it could be fixed that quickly, why wasn't it ready when I was standing there? The previous incident was when they couldn't even completely fill our kids' antibiotics because they didn't have enough medication in stock. We had to partially fill it and then come back three days later to get the rest. Unfortunately, this is not unusual here -- it's a constant pattern. There is always a line, the staff always seems overwhelmed, and honestly you're lucky if you leave with the medication you came for. After more than a decade of dealing with these complete failures, I am moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy further down the road. The incompetence of this pharmacy is no longer tolerable.

We also love the almond chicken and the lo-main noodles -- both are always delicious and consistently good. Another thing I really appreciate is that when we order to go, the food is always packaged well and never spills out of the containers. and I prefer the box instead of the back so that comes really handy. The restaurant is always clean and well put together, which makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great portions, and a welcoming place we definitely recommend! Great job guys... :)

We ordered the Vegetable Delight (stir-fry), Chicken Ho Fen, and Popcorn Chicken. Everything was delicious, and there was more than enough food to feed three people. For drinks, we got the Strawberry Matcha (without the foam), Oolong Black Tea with Sea Salt Foam, and Okinawa Milk Tea. Even after choosing "less sugar," the drinks were still a bit too sweet for my taste. The boba was also a little too cold and firm, which is why I'm docking one star. Next time, I'd probably order them with no sugar and give the boba another try. Overall, I really enjoyed dining here and would definitely come back!

I am a big fan of their breakfast items and enjoyed some egg bites today which hit the spot in the go! I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service here and the barista gladly customized our drinks! One barista even looked up the calories of various milks/non-dairy creamer because my mama is tracking for a health challenge. Way to go baristas!! They have a drive thru and a very nice restroom as well!! Definitely stop by with your friends as there is ample parking and it's close enough to the freeway to pull over for a traffic break! New addition is the electric car charging ports right in front of the store! If you have an electric car this is the perfect place to stop and take a chill break to 'charge up' ha (both for human and car lol)!!!

Management seems to be missing from the pasture, because the herd looks unhappy, untrained, and uninterested in customers. Most team members don't smile, don't ask for names, and avoid eye contact like it's a predator. Ordering coffee feels less like a friendly routine and more like wandering into a very quiet, very uncomfortable barn. Every once in a while, a kind cow appears and reminds me what Starbucks should feel like -- but that moment passes quickly. The rest of the time, the mood is gloomy, the energy is low, and even the customers stop smiling. Bad vibes spread faster than flies in summer. A Starbucks should be warm, welcoming, and human. This one feels joyless. Until leadership wakes up and brings some life back to the pasture, this cow will take her hooves elsewhere. Moo.

I was in absolutely no mood for Olive garden but thought Spokane might have some nice country fried steak. Did a quick Google search and this place came up. The steak portion size was super generous and it was covered with gravy. I cleaned up my plate. This dish was perfect. I got the eggs, biscuit and slaw ( did some subs) and they didn't disappoint as well. This is a small, probably family managed place. Don't expect anything fancy and all that jazz. Hangry's is in my pasture--my neck of the woods--and because of that, I want it to win. When Hangry's first opened, I remember lifting my head from the grass and thinking, Now that's something different. A small, independent burger stop with real personality. Not a franchise. Not a copy-and-paste joint. Real food, real effort, real care. Burgers with heft. Flavors with backbone. Portions that didn't insult a full-grown cow like myself. There was pride in the grill and warmth behind the counter. You could feel it. That's why this is hard to chew on. The food is still good. Let me be clear--I'm not saying it's bad. But the spark has dulled. The uniqueness that once set Hangry's apart has lost some of its flavor. The service doesn't carry the same energy it once did. There's a tension in the air now, a kind of hangry mood that doesn't come from hunger, but from strain. It feels less like a place excited to serve, and more like a place trying to survive. And that worries me. Because I don't want Hangry's to become just another Zip's. Another forgettable stop where burgers are churned out without soul. This place was never meant to be that. It was meant to be a friendly, fun, neighborhood joint--high quality, generous portions, bold flavor, and people who cared deeply about what they put on the plate and how they handed it across the counter. I know running a business is hard. Even a cow understands that. Starting strong is one thing; staying sharp is another. Motivation fades. Criticism piles up. The grind wears you down. But the answer isn't to lower the bar--it's to return to the basics. To remember who you were when you started. To cook like you still have something to prove. To serve like every customer matters, because they do. Hangry's doesn't need to reinvent itself. It needs to refocus. Quality first. Pride back in the process. Fresh eyes on the food. Confidence instead of survival mode. If that happens, this place won't just hang on--it will thrive. This bull is rooting for you. You're in my pasture, and I want you here for a long time. Get back to your roots, sharpen your edge, and remind us why we noticed you in the first place. This cow is all in.
