I really enjoyed my experience here! From the warm, perfectly puffy beignets to the main dish, everything was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The mimosas were excellent--I tried the huckleberry flavor, which was new to me, and I absolutely loved it. I ordered the eggs Benedict with a side of their jalapeño cream cheese, and it was such a great combination. I'm someone who loves a little spice with my food, so I appreciated their house-made sauce--it added a nice kick without being overpowering. Charlie, our server, was friendly and attentive, and took great care of us throughout our visit.

Amazing food at great prices. Went with my mom and sister after getting off the plane and heading to CDA. Looked up someplace new and it did not disappoint. Food and service was amazing. The place was clean and cozy. We each ordered something and then shared a different crêpe and everything was just so delicious.

From the time I walked in they were very friendly and helpful. The person that helped seat us, the waitress, also everyone on the way out. Was comfortable pleasant atmosphere. The food and coffee were outstanding. I need to go 5 more times because so many things looked good. You will not be sorry if you give them a try

We made a quick trip to Spokane Valley and wanted a good breakfast before we hit the road. We decided to try the crimson door. I know you shouldn't judge a place by the exterior however this just looks so fresh and clean and I love the red door. We walked in and were warmly greeted and seated in a booth. The interior was bright and warm, and felt spacious. We were given a menu and there were so many wonderful options. We want to try the French Croissant Beignet so we went with the Perfect Starter. Oh my gosh, the beignets came out, and they were warm and served with a side of vanilla mascarpone. Hint of sweetness without overpowering so good. We also ordered the senior farmhouse breakfast. This included one egg with the choice of a lemon crêpe, hotcakes, or hash browns. I elected to have a scrambled egg with a lemon crepe since we already have beignets. It was such a delicious breakfast. I was especially happy that the lemon crepe was flavorful without being overly sweet. I would definitely return here again

Amazing service and food! That lemon crepe was delicious, it's not very lemony if you don't use the lemon but I prefered it that way because I'm not wild about lemon. Eggs cooked perfectly, bacon has a nice bite to it, the coffee was delightful. No complaints! Great job guys

Crimson Door Café is worth a trip to the valley, especially for the beignets. We arrived around 10 am on a Sunday ready to brunch and ready to wait. Luckily, it was only about a 10-minute wait before they were able to find seats for us at the bar. Since we ordered two mimosas, we were able to add 4 beignets for just a couple extra dollars. Speaking of the mimosas, the prickly pear one is great. I asked for mine a little less sweet and it was a nice balance to the champagne. My significant other had the jalapeno cream cheese eggs benedict and really liked it. I ordered the peach Danish hot cakes. It was similar to the beignets in that it came with vanilla mascarpone and powdered sugar. I think I might have overdone it with all my sugary choices, which just means I'll have to go back and try something else on the menu. Our favorite part of dining here was the servers behind the bar. They were really nice and fun to talk too. They were also very busy, so the fact that they took the time to chat with us and make a meaningful connection, really meant a lot.

Let's do this one BLUF style ... bottom line up front. If you haven't been here yet, ask yourself what you're waiting for! Call ahead, get a reservation, and get going because you're just moments from some outstanding food and excellent service. Go ahead, you're worth it! Just do it!!! Here's why. From the time we arrived to settling the bill on departure, everything was testimony to excellence. Simple things like a parking lot free of trash, litter and people's bad habits. Walking in the door, not so much as a muddy shoeprint on the floor. The entire facility is impressively well cleaned and obviously well cared for. The hostess made certain we found a perfect table for our Wednesday lunchtime visit. Our waiter Tony was spot-on throughout the entire service, making excellent recommendations for everything we had questions about, whether it was the soup of the day (their tomato bisque would make any Parisian chef proud, fyi) or even the gravy for the biscuits and gravy option. He knew just when to be table-side and when and how to make our meal service a memorable experience. The highlighted specials menu had a focus on all things "peach-y" and for good reason. My wife had the peach mimosa (declared to be "really yummy") with the peach cobbler crepes and pronounced them "absolutely delicious" and much better than the crepes served at that "European something" place with a couple facilities in the area. As for me, there were so many choices that a decision took literally 10 minutes to make before ordering. Everything on the menu just seemed like it would be crazy good. But, in the end, I was lured into a delicious Wagyu burger loaded up with Havarti cheese, mushrooms, carmelized onions, and a balsamic drizzle (plain ol' ketchup would have been an insult to this food!) My choices for sides were fries, soup or salad. I went with the salad and was blessed to find a bowl prepared like a feast for the eyes. But, it proved even tastier delivered on the fork. Talk about FRESH? There was a KARRRUNCH to the Romaine lettuce and a ripe, juicy flavor and texture to the tomatoes. The feta cheese crumbles added an extra dimension to the salad that could legitimately be served as a meal in itself! (And I'm not so much of a salads guy, for what that's worth!) The menu had a spectrum guaranteed to please whether you're coming for a breakfast or a lunch and every option seemed more tempting than the next! Now, for a couple observations on professional integrity to share. Being absolutely straight with their customers, they have a sign posted at the front door that announces that egg prices have caused them to downsize their omelettes from four eggs to three. That's something to be respected for its sincerity and candor. They also show their guests another bit of integrity and respect by posting their menu prices with a cash pay amount, and a "card-fee offset" amount. I found that to be fair and honest and had no qualms, whatsoever, about the pittance of a four percent fee. Finally, for my fellow veterans, if they happen to spot your military i.d. card, they have a happy little consideration for your final bill, also. Before we left, we got to meet Rick, the owner, and his son Kaston, who both shared their passion for a quality food service experience and a memorable personal commitment to excellence in every aspect. What more could you ask for? Now get going, the owners and staff at The Crimson Door are waiting ... FOR YOU!!!

Very busy (popular) diner with an upscale ambiance. The wait to get seated was long (30-ish or more minutes) but well worth it! The food...I tried the beignets and tried the Veggie scramble...SO GOOD. I also had the fresh squeezed orange juice and it was definitely the best orange juice I have ever had. Only took away 1 star for the higher than average pricing on breakfast scrambles, mine was $20 and most other diners I've been to are $16-18 and the small portion of orange juice for $5 (I believe it was 8 ounces).

So glad I found this place on Yelp! Food was amazing, staff extremely friendly and professional. Everyone seemed happy that we were there and glad to be of service. The wife and I have definitely found our "Go To" for breakfast. Depending on time of day you might have a half hour wait but it's well worth it.

Crimson Hearth in the valley is a great spot; I can't believe it took me so long to get there. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff are genuinely friendly. Pictured are the chicken fried steak and vegetable benedict. The hollandaise is unique and delicious, but the house made basil cheddar biscuits took the dishes over the top. And the hashbrowns? CRISPY perfection.

Parking is street parking only, and it gets tight once the restaurant gets busy. The atmosphere started out quiet but quickly turned lively as the night went on. The space feels clean, cozy, and homey, a good mix of casual and upscale without feeling stuffy. Service was excellent. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was friendly, professional, and perfectly timed, attentive without hovering or rushing us. For food, I ordered the Brussels sprouts with jalapeno, ham, and parmesan, also had the butternut squash agnolotti with sage butter. The agnolotti was well made and rich, though a touch on the sweet side for my taste. The Brussels sprouts were fine, but the mild jalapenos caught me off guard. My friend had the chicory salad and really enjoyed it. In hindsight, I wished I had gone with something a little lighter too. Said review could not be further from reality! Terry's is old and rundown, furniture is even older and on its last leg of life. Our food took quite some time to get to us after ordering but oddly enough this place was packed. Despite the old building and furniture we were very surprised to see how busy it was. It was a good mix of young and old but mostly senior age patrons. It felt like I had walked into my widowed 80 year old "Aunt Mary's" house. I don't know if I would recommend this place. The food was mediocre. Menu options were good and I rarely see meatloaf as a breakfast option so that's what I ordered. I kept an open mind when ordering. Waffle was over cooked and hard to eat so we left most of it. Polish sausage was over cooked and hard to chew so hubby didn't eat it all. Meat loaf was ok. Hashbrowns were pleasantly cooked to order. And my eggs were cooked to order. I will say that our waitress was nice, pleasant and friendly enough. It appeared they had local regulars which gave this place an even more humble quaint feel. The coffee cup was small but they topped you off frequently so I did not mind the size of the cup! And bonus, they had french vanilla creamer. Price of menu items was great and the senior and kids menu was very affordable.
