    Pear Tart and Chai Latte

Excellent service. I came here recently on a Saturday afternoon for a latte and a pastry. I enjoy the wide open layout, the color scheme, and the overall relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and it was very clean. Laptop friendly with plenty of outlets to get work or studying done. Wide assortment of pastries and healthy bites like soup, fresh salads, and sandwiches sort of fare. Highly recommend.

This location is nice- spacious and clean. It is located on a corner and there is free parking beneath the apartment complex next door. I ordered a coffee and a pastry and the pastry was soft and buttery.

Aw I'm amazed at this new Tatte Bakery & Cafe... my eyes and mouth started to salivate looking at the baked bread and desert choices (see image)... as first visit I'm trying the Croissant Breakfast Sandwich (added a bacon), Coffee Caramel Mousse, and the 12 oz. Hot Chai Latte (see second image). Everything came out to $28.60 which seems appropriate for the amount portions and quality of the pastry. The ambient of the coffee shop is very spacious, modern French bistro with coordinating mid century community booths. They have ample seating as the kiosk and food bar with the very eye catching displays and placed right in the center of the Cafe which is a new floor plan. There's a bar seating surrounding the back side of the centered kiosk and there's an entire outdoor bistro seating outdoor that could easily accommodate 30+ customers. It's good that hours open at 7:00 A.M. daily and it is in the corner space directly across Founders Row (shop right across Taco Bell in West Falls Church). The wall to ceiling windows literally fill the space with so much organic lighting and each seating has spacious distances from one another. I'll definitely come back here to Tatte Bakery & Cafe to try the other food, desert, and tea selections... there's too many to chose from in just your first visit. Park in the free indoor garage right towards the left of the building. It's a great location; to me better than Godfrey's down the street.

Tatte it's definitely my favorite coffee shop. I go at least three times a week and because of that I've tried plenty of them, including the original one in Boston . but today I came to the Falls church location just to get a simple iced coffee and the service was so outstanding that I had to write a review .everybody was so kind. The restaurant seemed to be functioning very smoothly. Everybody was doing their absolute best and it was just so nice to see. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience even though I literally only ordered a coffee. I will definitely come back here. Side note : Their coffee it's amazing

Absolute smashing breakfast! Amazing pastries and main plates. Service is fast and friendly. Ambience is amazing with indoor and outdoor seating. Pups welcome! Latte was superb. The sesame seed bagel was the best I've had and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Prices are DC average which means 45 dollars for 2 at breakfast. The pastries are other worldly. A must do brunch menu makes this a place to enjoy a weekend meal.

This was the perfect meal for a chilly cold day. The warmth of the Shakshuka paired with the bread made for the perfect cozy meal. The meatballs were moist and flavorful. The pistachio latte was amazing, not overly sweet but the flavor was very present. I was too full to try and pastry but if I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping by again!

I've been a tatte fan since the very beginning of my DMV adventures. When a new location pops up I have to try it. Although this location has not been open long, the service did not disappoint. There is also an easily accessible parking garage with plenty of spots. I highly recommend their seasonal tahini pumpkin oat milk latte. It tasted like straight pumpkin pie and truly put me in a fall mood. Falls Church tatte should be your next coffee run this week. :)

I saw crowds there on the other day, so my friend and I liked to try it. We had Chocolate Croissant and Cinnamon Roll (morning bread). Both were good but nothing really special. We also order two decaf latte. The store was well decorated and spacious. Floor tiles were pretty and lighting was nice too. The person who took our order was not that friendly. He was busy on both taking order and making some coffee. He went somewhere while taking our order. No smile on his face. I wish he was happy with his job. Overall, it went ok but I don't think it is better than other cafes.

We came for a friend's birthday brunch and ordered a little bit of everything. The menu has so many dishes that are different from what you normally see at brunch. My top three were easily the Dulce de Leche Pancakes, Shrimp & Grits and Lorraine Quiche. The pancakes were out of this world and something I would specifically come back for. The Shrimp & Grits have a chorizo étouffée that gives them a completely different flavor, and the quiche was incredibly moist rather than dry like so many others I've tried. We also enjoyed the beef empanadas, The Blue Ridge steak sandwich, salmon and charred peach salad, and prosciutto, onion and arugula pizza. Even the peach in the salad was surprisingly subtle and didn't overpower the dish. Don't skip the bakery case either! They have gorgeous fruit-shaped desserts, including an adorable lemon, plus plenty of pastries if you just want coffee and something sweet. Our server Diego was fantastic, and we even got to meet Chef Godfrey, who surprised us with dessert. They also have a patio and private spaces upstairs for events and celebrations. Overall, such a fun find with a really unique menu. I would absolutely return!

The music was calming, the beautiful scenery and the space was a large space, way bigger than I thought! We had Diego as our waiter and staff and he's knowledgable, provide great recommendations and also helped us out with many of our requests! Now comes the food: We got a full table of delicious food. 1. The Lorraine quiche : Very crunchy outside and soft and hot with delicious filling inside. I am not a quiche girl but I deff love their quiche. 2. The trios empanahas : i am a true empanada fan and their beef empanas and the sauce mix so well together. 3. The prosciutto pizza was HUGE. Deff can feed 4 people , their crust was crispy and the pizza was not too thick so you don't get bored eating it. 4. The banana foster french toast... HEAVEN. the banana was perfectly camelize and the strawberries and berries was the perfect mix fruit with it and the portion was also huge. 5. Tres les ches Pancakes was hot, crispy but also soft and honestly my FAV out of all the dishes. 6. Wild Salmon and charred peach was an interesting salad. The salmon was cooked to perfection, still moist but a lil crunch outside and large piece . The salad dressing was perfect with it. I would love to eat this one everyday. 7. My first time for the grits. Shrimp and grits was delicious. The portion is large and shrimp was paired perfectly with the grits. I think frits will now be on my daily rotation breakfast thanks to Godfrey. 8. We got a hot matcha because we love matcha and it was delicious! Very creamy and the matcha tasted ceremonial. 9. We also got the blue ridge sandwich, it had delicious camelized onion and based on Diego's suggestion, we switched it out for the sourdough and it was delicious. Sandwich was filled inside. We asked to sit outside for lunch and brunch but you could also sit inside for cafe items like croissant , muffin and coffee. They also have rooms upstairs for big parties that can be reserved through open table. Overall, the experience was amazing and I would not be able to top this birthday brunch anytime soon!

I loved the decor and furniture and it definitely has a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food just didn't match the price point for us. For what we paid, I expected the quality to be much better and neither of us thought the food was all that good. Cute place and great service, but between the limited menu, pricing and food quality, I personally don't see us returning.

Service: First, I have to call out the service. It was fantastic and the manager was wonderful. When we walked in, the manager showed us the menu, gave recommendations on what to get (get the breakfast plate and hot egg plate), said no pressure, and introduced us to the woman working the cash register who also brought us our food. He later sent us two baklava pieces after we finished our meal. We were beyond surprised and let me say...they were delicious. He was so nice, the vibes of the restaurant were so friendly and it was a welcoming atmosphere. Food: We got the breakfast plate and hot egg plate which was recommended and is the best deal. For the egg plate I got the menemen (tomatoes and peppers with eggs) which was so good. I don't like cooked tomatoes, so I am not sure why I like this or how they make it, but it is delicious and not super tomatoey. The breakfast plate comes with 2 pita, dips, tomato, cucumber. We also got the Turkish Sausage eggs which are great and have slim cut pieces of sausage in them. We also got 2 simits, 2 boreks and 2 teas. The baklava was outstanding! We tried what I think was the regular which had a floral tone to it, the chocolate and the tahini. The tahini was my favorite by far - I had never tasted anything like it. Each piece is $2 and affordable. Seating: There is indoor and outdoor seating. I believe there may have been 8 tables inside? It is set up well in that you can make the tables smaller or bigger. Square and round tables. Good for groups larger than 4. Outdoor seating has a ton of tables and was in the shade when we were there. Parking: Super easy.
