Although this was my first visit to this creperie cafe, for a long time, I've been wanting to try it. Their crepes were the best I have had in a long time with a perfect crispy edges. The galettes (crepes filled and folded along the edges rather than rolled) were filled with high-quality tasty toppings. Next time, I'll be bringing my family here for brunch. The Cafe is in this charming historic house in downtown Falls Church. Inside, although the floors and walls are decorated with multiple antique treasures, the restaurant was really clean. The staff were very friendly and delivered prompt service with hot food. My only complaint is that they close at 3 o'clock in the afternoon weekdays.. I wish they were open for dinner. read more

What an absolutely delightful spot! My daughter picked this place for us to gather after her high school graduation. I've never been here, and got concerned when I quickly checked out Yelp. Not for their rating, but from what I saw (quickly), it might not have been able to accommodate the eight of us. However, they accepted my reservation, and I figured they knew what they were doing. Turns out, They do. In addition to a downstairs with an outdoor patio and cozy indoor tables, they also have an UPSTAIRS area that was perfect for our group. In fact, large enough for more people or other groups. We had it all to ourselves, though, and that was probably best for everyone. Their menu is mostly two food groups, Galettes (actually galette bretonne) and Crepes. A Galette is a usually savory buckwheat-based crepe. A crepe is a dessert and is always delicious. And, speaking of delicious, I ordered their Galette Complete, and it was all that. In fact, it took me back to the first meal I had when I was last in Paris. But, I digress... The food is delicious, there's off-street parking behind their (pink) building, and... the food is delicious. It's good enough that I'll make a point of going back. read more

What a treat! First time at the terrific little cafe where there is indoor seating (note: a little loud) and lovely outdoor seating. The menu is so good. We ordered two crepes that each come with a side salad: the traditional Brittany Galette Complete and an Under the Fig Tree. I've been wanting to try this place since I was craving for a good galette and it did not disappoint! First of all, I really loved the decoration inside and I was pleasantly surprised with how adorable they set up the tables. I also love how their menu is really dedicated to galettes and crepes. I ordered a regular latte and galette complete and it was sooo good! I was very impressed with their latte. Highly recommend! For galettes, I like how they come with the small green salad. My husband got the baked salmon one and it was pretty good, probably I liked this one better than mine. I don't know how they made the sauce but it was absolutely delicious and complemented the salmon pretty well. I would love to come back again and try their crepes too!!! read more

Stopped by after walking around the farmer's market this morning. Loved the decor inside and outside. Sat inside and shared a crepe and my daughter tried the shot of espresso with condensed milk and I tried the pistachio latte which was made from real pistachios. Came today with a quickness since a coworker and i were on our usual walk. Now bare in mind that this place is still in Soft Opening so the ratings could very well change. 1. the place a very cute and has a lot of small trinkles and fund things to look at its like you walked into a mini European cafe. I love the staff outfits. one of the staff members actually had mentioned it was very much like walking into the von trappe family home. But the coziness of the place is so welcoming. I saw a sign on google that listed no kids under 10 and ill be honest i understand that there is a risk in children not only running around and the danger of them actually reaching for items that are not bolted on the wall and touching things. 2. Crepes.. so my coworker and I decided to share a crepe... we were inquiring about the time frame of preparation since we were trying to get back to the office. The staff was accommodating to our limit in time and were very kind about it. However, due to soft opening they did not have any togo capabilities. We both decided on the blue bell which was a blueberry and mint compote crepe with caramel drizzle. So when the crepe arrived I appreciated that the compote was on the side. Although the crepe flavor was very good. Not clawingly sweet and a good bite from the crepe it cut nicely you didn't have to tug at it. The compote was a bit thin. I did appreciate the freshness of the blueberries and the mint flavor was on the back end it wasn't too minty but there was a brightness in overall flavor. The Whipped cream was thick and very creamy, little sweet with a hint of vanilla really rounded everything out. At first, we didn't ask for whipped cream but I am glad it was placed on the side just in case. I do have to make a comment on the plates...i love the vintage China plates with the florals. 3. Creamolato.... Flavors were lemon and strawberry. Both were fresh and were like a smooth sorbet minus the strawberry which was a bit more icey. But I'm so glad they offered a combo option because i got to try both flavors. Although due to the no to go I had to scarf down the flavors. Overall Little Falls seems like it could become a hidden gem if the quality keeps up and efficiency stays however; I was told there is one chef so far so that could pose a challenge in the future. I will say that the price point for these crepes are a bit high even though you have high quality ingredients. But a fun experience I wish them well and hope that they are able to work out kinks and introduce more seasonal items. read more

Such a cute cafe! They have some nice Christmas decor during the holidays which I liked. They sat us in a few minutes. I got the toasted marshmallow latte which was fine; was just a latte with a toasted marshmallow in the middle honestly. Had the steak crepe which was very tasty with the hot sauce. The steak, mushroom, and onions were great together! Also had the strawberry crepe which was really good with the nutella and strawberry syrup. I had the galette complete crepe with a sunny side up egg and it was phenomenal! So full of flavor and super fresh. I also tried the chick magnet too. Yum! So good! I love the generous amount of tomatoes. The pistachio latte had the perfect flavor. The cafe is beautifully decorated inside. It's charming and you get great photos ! I love the outdoor area too, it's relaxing ! Staff is so nice and welcoming. Little Falls Cafe was recommended to me by our friends back home in Chesapeake that own a pizza shop called Pizza Amanti. Loch ness monster was the most filling and flavorful thing ever. I wasn't expecting it to be light and filling. You get a huge portion. love, love, LOVE!! What a cute and fabulously charming little place. If I had just been walking by, I would have missed it. Quite literally. It looks like a single family home from the front, and has a parking lot in the back for customers. Due to it being the holiday season, it was the epitome of deck the halls. My friend and I were immediately embraced like a warm hug at grandmama's house iykyk. The place is decorated in such a cozy way-- walls are covered in art, textiles, and other knick knacks. The staff is adorned with lace bandanas and plaid. We were constantly looking around because everytime you look, you'll notice something new. The wait for a table downstairs was fairly long 20-30mins. We could have immediately sat at an upstairs table but the vibe was completely different, and was completely silent. We opted to wait longer. We both ordered the exact same things-- toasted marshmallow latte and the Hog in the Orchard galette. The wait for food was even longer, over ~35 mins. The vibes were so nice and overall we didnt feel rushed, so we really didn't mind as we sipped our coffees. Both were incredible. The latte was a tad too sweet for me but came in these kitschy Christmas Village boot mugs. Thr galette was the perfect balance of savory with a hint of sweetness from the apples. I went back and had the same galette, but also made sure I tried a sweet crepe. I shared the Nutella crepe with strawberries and bananas with my son and it was perfect. The fruit was fresh, the crepe light and buttery and the Nutella was of course divine! The restaurant was busier on this visit, but we were still greeted promptly and the service was attentive and friendly. They were busy and it was hot out and they don't have a lot of space to wait inside so they were graciously seating folks outside and still providing drink service - it was very nice and on a cooler day it would have been wonderfully pleasant - they did a beautiful job creating that outside area with charming tables, umbrellas and flowers. For how busy they were, they were attentive, even to the groups waiting outside - I know they are only open for a few months but service is top notch! And the aesthetic is spot on - I love the Scandinavian stenciling around the windows, mixed table settings and vintage finds - it's charming while being thoughtfully curated. I only had their savory galettes - both of which were very tasty and I do love that they come with a little salad - the vinegar and acid pairs well with the richness of the eggs and cheese. The Carbonara with the runny egg was perfectly cooked and delicious. Drinks were fresh and refreshingly light and the Americano, excellently brewed. Expected this to be a coffee place because of "cafe" in the name but it is definitely more of a sit-down-and-eat vibe. Only tables seating four or more, no singles or doubles. Crepes were $10-$20 and drinks were $5-10, so it's a bit pricey, but the service was lovely, the decorations were precious, and the dark chocolate pistachio crepe and pistachio latte I got were great! A great addition to the neighborhood! You first come upon a multi-story red house that I never noticed to be a food establishment after about a month of walking by several times. You enter through an outdoor seating area great on a nice weather day and once inside you are greeted with a warm and friendly smile! Nobody's perfect but Little Falls Cafe comes close with the total dining experience. Coming in, there is this unexplainable farm house vibe bordering on the positive side of kitschy. Each wall panel is adorned differently, and the addition of tasteful clutter just gives the place a warm vibe and distinct character. The bathroom is a conversation piece in itself. So I wanted my usual hot mocha but they didn't have it on the menu. The server suggested to get the latte and they'll just add some chocolate powder. Fine with me and it tasted close. But not content, the kitchen sent out an extra version of mocha which hits right on the spot and we recommended that they add it on their coffee options. The crepes were great. The savory Galette was flavorful and had crunchy portions on the crepe itself. Maybe a better tasting and thicker ham? This order had a sunny side egg at the middle and we were right to get the option of added mushrooms. For the sweet crepe, we got the Rich Dark and Handsome. Dark chocolate, pistachios and we asked to add bananas. Both were yummy and more than satisfying. The whole experience was welcoming amid good food. Our server said they tweak the menu based on availability of fresh ingredients of the season. Hopefully, they add a few other items outside of crepes. Highly recommend! read more

Great addition to Falls Church! Adorable spot with a dedicated parking lot. The renovation of this building is pretty impeccable. They have a generous courtyard seating area - great for after the farmers market, though we opted for inside. The restaurant is a brunch style place that serves classic Bretton / Norman French crepes. They do a really good job, having just come from France and eaten these. They have a very short menu with about 3-4 savory and sweet options. We got one of each and they were quite good. Very kind and attentive service, water glass was never empty. I know nothing about crepes but when I want one, THIS is how I want them to be. Light and ever so slightly crispy on the edges with delicious fillings. Wow, my friend and I had recently seen a recommendation for the Little Falls Café and wanted to try some place we hadn't been before for lunch today. What a charming and welcoming exterior, it took us a little while to wander inside because it has so many interesting features outside! Also, they have a parking lot! But go on in because it only gets better! The costumed wait staff were so sweet and the decor! Wow! It was as if we had been transported to a crêperie in Brittany, France! This tucked away farmhouse in downtown Falls Church has much to offer. Today we tried two galettes, the Galette Complete and the Pig & Fig (? maybe a different name?) along with cappuccinos. This spot is so neat. It's a super cute stand-alone building with a back parking lot. Inside is so special. It looks like it's decorated with years worth of old treasures from vintage markets, and it is furnished so beautifully/thoughtfully. Countless picture frames, tiles, and unique knickknacks adorn the space. Even the ceiling trim, furniture, utensils, and wall colors make the place feel so well-curated. It definitely has a European feel to it, and vibes were unmatched. The servers were also dressed in some kind of European-wear. I ordered the mint lemonade which was solid (my parents thought it tasted like Country Time lol). I also got the Miss Caramelle crepe which was delicious. I like how everything was locally sourced and details were displayed on the menu. The only issue I had with this place was the service. Everything took extremely long. After we sat down, it took 20 minutes for a server to greet us and 30 for us to be served waters. We were at the restaurant for nearly an hour before our crepes came out (theoretically crepes take a minute to cook up). We weren't given silverware with our meals either. It just seemed like an inefficient system. Our server seemed nice--didn't make much eye contact though lol. However, they did just open and probably need time to figure things out (all the issues are hypothetically easy to fix). Overall, the place itself is so awesome and unique. Check it out! read more

Worst service I've ever encounter! You have to wait for 1 hour for your food, no one checks on you to give you an update or apologize for the inconvenience. When I asked about the food, the host came to my table and was very condescending--how dare I ask questions about the waiting time. Stay away from this place it's not worth your time! read more

I tried to make a reservation by text as suggested on the site and received a text back that they were filled, but walk-in's are seated quickly, so we went. When we arrived we were told the wait was 15-20 minutes. It was crowded, so we looked around. I went upstairs, and there were empty tables and a restroom. I went back down and sat with the other people waiting. Then, around 45 minutes later, we hear the tables upstairs are first come first serve. What the hell? The people next to us waiting were as shocked as we were. There was no mention of this. The people coming in the door at that moment went up and got the tables. Fifteen minutes later we were seated. So we waited an hour, waited another 30 minutes for the crepes. Ordered one extra that took another 30 minutes. We got 4 crepes total, and our bill was over $80. They were good, but the crepes at the farmers market are by far better, and way cheaper. They need to seat people faster, bring food faster, and turn over faster. The interior is cute. That's the only thing I can say, but I think I'll wait for the crepes to come back at the farmers market. I won't be going back. read more

The service is great employees so kind there cute apron makes the vibes even better. Not to mention the crepes are out of this world so good.
