Services includes having a file with your name on it to track progress of healing, past piercings, etc. She was able to educate me on what was being done wrong with past piercers given my body's anatomy. She gives services tailored to you & your body not just any old standardize piercing. (If you're a match you're a match, but if not it's possibly the anatomy of the area but you'll know why). She typically runs on an appointment only schedule leaving short wait times and a clean & sterile environment. Not your typical waiting area of 5-6. During my visit there was only (1) person ahead of me which happened very quick and easy. She even went as far to set me up a month out to track & reevaluate my healing process.

Piercer Jay didn't know what it was so I showed him a TikTok video of exactly what I wanted. He proceeded to say okay. Pierced my ear and put a regular STUD piercing in my helix. I didn't realize until 2 days later. I didn't have time to go back. Now calling on the 5th day and the lady who answered was very dismissive "its standard to put either a stud or a hoop when pierced they usually ask, we would never put flat back piercings when initially pierced for a helix, it's probably infected, we don't give refunds especially since it's already been almost a week" I have many many piercings I would have no problem letting them know if I messed up on my part. With that also being said I know that majority of piercing standard is to put a FLAT BACK SO THE PIERCING HAS SPACE TO SWELL WITHOUT CAUSING HARM TO THE PERSONZ My ear is sooooo swollen it is starting to go over the jewelry. I had to remove my simple stud and ring jewelry, I'd had them for 40+ years since the punk rock days, prior to a surgery. After not reinstalling my jewelry for 6+ weeks due to lack of anyone to assist me the holes covered over (slightly) with new skin. Kala said to just come in, no appointment necessary. I went in and he was VERY nice and professional. Kala told me my jewelry was "costume" and that I should replace them with professional titanium versions. I didn't mind paying for new jewelry, I was tired of how hard it was to remove and reinstall the old ones. He fixed me up in no time, for a very low price, for jewelry and service. I cannot recommend a better shop in Las Vegas.

He spent a great deal of time making sure my second nose piercing aligned. Owners place of business is very pristine and sanitary. He uses a hospital grade sterilizing machine to clean the jewelry prior the piercing. He will walk you through each step what he's doing; what he's using; and he even changed out my jewelry to better quality since the one I already had wasn't the best quality. Not to mention he had three people after my friend and I, a rep from AT&T came in and was asking him about his internet service when he was clearly busy and still had grace although he had a "rush" of clientele. Instead of handling the confusion professionally, the communication became rude and disrespectful. Customers should not be insulted or blamed over a payment issue, especially when screenshots and proof were provided. The tattoo work may be good, but professionalism and customer service matter too. By the end, the whole situation felt unorganized and unprofessional.
