Had a really good experience at Crown Electric Tattoo! Jose was super nice and made me feel comfortable. I got a helix piercing and he was really quick, and honestly it didn't hurt that much at all! The shop also had a really nice aesthetic and overall vibe. Definitely happy with how it turned out and would come back again!

The artist was quick. I am disappointed that I hadn't noticed all of the details that he left out but I can have somebody fix it, I'm sure. They were nice. My son is very happy with his!

Visiting Vegas for my wife's birthday, and as a tradition, we always stop at a budget-friendly tattoo shop--usually Koolsville--for matching tattoos. This time, I found Crown Electric on TikTok and decided to give them a try since they seemed similar. Glad we did! They had way more design options at different price points--$10, $20, $30, and up. We went earlier in the day, and the shop was empty except for the two artists working. My wife picked our design, and when she asked about adding color to our hearts, it was just an extra $10--a great deal! In total, we paid only $60 for both tattoos. The artist was super cool, talked with us the whole time, and even shared his Instagram in case we ever wanted to book larger pieces. The place had a great vibe! They also do piercings, but my wife decided to get her nose ring at Koolsville since it was $20 cheaper there. Final thoughts? If you're basing your choice on price, I'd recommend Crown Electric for tattoos and Koolsville for piercings. Both shops are amazing, do great work, and we'll definitely be back for our next set of matching tattoos when we visit again!

I did my research before going to a random tattoo shop for a fun $20 tattoo we almost went to the "famous " $10 tattoo place but they had bad reviews . Until I found crown electric had nothing but good comments so decided to come here (we were staying @ buffalo bills for a Concert ) so I drove 45 min to swing by .since we got there a couple minutes after they opened it was a quick and easy process . The place inside was great I like the little theme they have going on its new and different I also like how they have their personal space . The prices are great for the designs they have which is a lot of designs you can choose from not just basic ones but some cute / funny creative ones ... Emo did mine , my cousin and my aunts tattoo . Thank you ! I will update once my tattoos heal .

Been following them on IG for a while. I loved the idea of the $20 tattoos. Decided to make it a date night with my husband. We each had tattoos done like 15 years ago but had yet to get one together. Gabriel was amazing!! Super clean and crisp lines. He was really honest, patient and knowledgeable. Just all around calm and cool vibe. I had such a great experience, I asked if I could get another one right then and there. He was so cool about it. I wanted to combine elements of 2 different designs which he was happy to do. We will definitely be back to see him!! Thank you so much Gabriel!!

They've been voted the best for a reason! I love their $20 tattoo events, so much fun! Also, follow their social media accounts for all kinds of specials with their different artists. They are located on Maryland Pkwy now and their lot has much more parking! Their communication is great, vibe is awesome and I will keep coming back because they keep it REAL!

Went there and got a $20 tattoo. Yes I know sometimes you get what you paid for and that's exactly what I got. Didn't realize until the next day that the tattoo was not grammatically correct so I will admit that was kind of on me but also when I went back to tell them, it wasn't correct. She told me that's what the artist wanted it to be and that she writes letters differently than I write letters I was so shocked because what do you mean for someone to read my tattoo? It has to make sense. My F it's not an F in cursive. It's a line with a loop at the end. I called and spoke to someone before I went. They said I could come in and fix. When I got there, she said I could not get it fixed I need to let it heal which is understandable but also I would I have to pay them to fix it. She was very rude even though I was being nice the whole time didn't have an attitude. All she kept saying was I'm the owner. I think I was mostly frustrated about the part that I called and talked to someone and when I got down there and was met with something completely different a rude owner that's didn't want to admit they have a tattoo on the wall that's not grammatically correct. So please be careful before you go there. They're shitty. The man that did my tattoo was pretty nice so at least that was nice.

Javier was amazing. Super respectful and amazing artist. He put his own touch on what I asked for which made this even better than I imagined. The shop is super clean and cute. Definitely recommend everyone going here for a FIRE tattoo!!

This was amazing :) it was my first piercing ever so I was little nervous, but Leyla walked me through how everything would work and gave me recommendations and explanations for the different septums I could get. For the actual piercing she explained everything she was doing the whole time which was very comforting for me, and told me exactly when she would pierce it so I wasn't surprised. She let me know exactly how to take care of it and what to do in the future. Overall Leyla made me feel very comfortable and safe, and gave me a sick piercing that I love. Also the overall vibe of the place was really cool, I liked the little trinkets and dolls.

I was really looking forward to get my baby's ears pierced, it's family tradition to get them done around 4 months old. I was referred to this shop. When I reached out to Layla, everything was fine at first. When I realized I would have to pay the entire thing up front for deposit, I let her know we would need some time cos we were a little tight on money. My husband ended up saying we could squeeze it in along with my vertical labret I've been wanting. When I reached out to Layla about the change, I was met with rudeness. When she said I could come in at 6 pm she didn't specify if it was a walk in or not. So I assumed that her saying "come by at 6" was an opening at 6. She then tried to educate me on how it wasn't an appointment because it was same day and that it was not an extra charge for same day, it was simply the cost. I am a lash tech and personal trainer, when someone asks if I'm available same day, if I have an opening, I give it to them. Same price. Now if they needed me to squeeze them in cos I had no openings, I'd charge extra. Layla did not communicate that I would be a walk in. I kept apologizing for my being confused because I did not want to tell her that she wasn't being clear. I was not confused. As a business owner myself, I was trying to be polite and not offend her. She also made it sound like I was being cheap because I wanted to save $20. Appt was $100 and walk in $120. In this economy? Oh you bet I want to save those $20. Babies are expensive. Anyway, she kept reiterating that I had to be deposit ready, when I already knew that. Which is why I didn't book in advance the first time, but since my husband said we could squeeze it in, I was going to pay in advance. Then her condescending "RIGHT NOW" in the last message is what did it for me. I'm glad I didn't end up going through with it because of all the other bad reviews I've seen about her. Seeing that people are saying she's racist tracks. I am Latina and my husband is black. So maybe that's why she was so rude. Who knows, but this is definitely not how you speak to customers. Especially when they're coming to you for a service. Ugly vibes for sure.

We've been to this shop a few times now. Everyone has been friendly. Jenn has done piercings on both my husband and son. She was so patient with my son and answered all of his questions. I went to the geek appreciation event and got two tattoos from AJ. My tattoos from AJ are cool, and I can't wait to get them colored in. But I have to say my favorite visit was last week with Wes. He did a sloth tattoo I've been wanting forever, and he did an amazing job. I'm already planning my next tattoo.

Been going to Leyla for my piercings at Crown. I trust her with alignment and helping me find a matching placement. I have 13 piercings in total and I get so many compliments. I highly recommend..

Do they use any numbing medicine for piercing?

Not for any of my piercings, and I have 38. Leyla's very good at piercings and I haven't had any problems with pain. Why get stick an extra time to numb the area? You'll still feel the first stick. 🤷‍♀️ You can call and check to make sure, but I…

We showed up at our appointment time and were greeted right away by Nathalie and Edna. They were very informative about the process and the jewelry they sell. Once we chose them we signed our waivers, which had the price of the piercing listed. While you do this they create their sterile field but sterilizing everything including the earring(s) that you chose at the beginning. They even let you visualize the jewelry with a transparent sample stick on the area you are choosing to get pierced at. Edna pierced my ear and she is amazing. She made this experience great for me and I told her I was a bit nervous since I haven't gotten a piercing in years. We talked about the anatomy of my ear and she assured me that the pain would not be too bad (she was right! Lol) She helped me choose the spot on my ear and then vocalized what she was doing from start to finish and at the end of the day I felt like the process was easier than I made it out to be. They have a one time $25 fee + the fee for the piercing + jewelry you chose. Prices seem reasonable to me! They have promotions as well if you keep coming back. My house is fully decorated with her images and my phone and watch also cycle photos of her angelic face. When I was in L.A. last spring, several artist at Venice Beach were offering specials for simple tattoos. Unfortunately, the combination of limited time and an inability to research the shops kept me from getting art. Coming to Vegas, I thought this would be another great opportunity to get a solid tattoo for a reasonable price. I called and emailed shops and 2/3 wouldn't quote me unless I sent them scale artwork. I explained there is no artwork, I want her name and the years she was alive. That was a total of 12 characters and I envisioned her name taking the space of a fortune cookie fortune and the years combined taking the same. Simple, easy and the only factor was the font, but again, I'm agreeable. The two shops that gave me quotes basically told me, "No problem, but our shop minimum is $175-$200. Your work sounds like less, but those are the prices". Now if Koolsville can do a $10 tattoo, certainly something of my scale should qualify for a discount. When I reached out to Illuminati, I was told the shop minimum was $100 and I was encouraged to come in. Lou took excellent care of me. He not only gave me the 12 characters for the shop minimum, but he touched up an existing tattoo of mine for no charge. Come on bro! If there is such a thing as a tattoo lottery, I WON IT.
