Got a piercing from Kris and it was the informative piercing session I ever had. She explained every step of the process and even explained after care a few times as she worked. She continuously checked if I was doing ok and would explain the steps as she was piercing. Piercing was as painless as possible and did not feel like a rushed piercing at all. I've been to places that rush to get you in and out with piercings so this was a pleasant change. Pricing was reasonable and wait time wasn't too long. They do have their prices on their website if you're looking at how much a specific piercing is. Was able to call and get an appointment within the same day. They do accept walk ins but it's best to call to check ahead of time that they will be able to fit you in their schedule. Will definitely recommend others and come back for future piercings! read more

Should not even give a star . Went a cpl weeks ago wanting a tattoo . It was a memorial to my mom . And husband too wanted a new one . Tried to explain what I wanted and the blond girl who was dealing with us was totally clueless . Maybe she was new or a fill in . We wanted to make an appt we have our phone number waited for one of the artist to call us so we could better explain what we wanted and to no avail and several phone calls not one call returned. Guess they don't want our business . Funny thing is I was willing to pay any amount to the right artist . There loss . My husband and I got so fed up with this place we found another and not far from where the location these people are at . We got treated better at the place down street . The were much more professional and wanted my business . The the artis down the road did my tat perfect . This place you got a lot to learn . read more

I went here because it was recommended to me by several people. I got a piercing done, in which the artist asked me to hold the clamp for my own piercing. I also received my third tattoo here- this was a big mistake. It was poorly done, the lines are very unsmooth in both thickness and shape. I have more complaints as well. read more

Went here many years ago for a tattoo on my ankle. The artist was new and she did not do a good job at all. Uneven and thick outlines and the tattoo just never looked right. Thank goodness it was on my ankle. Years later I went to a different shop and had the whole thing covered up. Maybe when you have a new artist someone should be in there to guide and supervise a little. read more

This could be the last of the flash shops around. I've been getting tattooed since the 80s so I have seen the industry shift. The one artist showed me some examples of tattoos he did. Direct copies off of google anyone can find in a 15 second search. I suggest if you want an actual custom piece go to real artists. Seems like all they care about here is money and less time spent with you. I guess that's why it's called a "factory" read more

I got a tattoo done year years ago. Nothing major, just a small-medium sized tattoo on my wrist, black ink only. The girl that did my tattoo kept telling me that my skin didn't take well to ink. This isn't true at all. I have other tattoos that are much older, and are much darker and show little to no fading. This tattoo began showing "fade" while it was still healing. She obviously didn't go deep enough so the tattoo is splotchy. I went back some time later to see if they would do a free touch up and because the artist was no longer with the company, they said they would have to charge me full price. I didn't get the touch up. I will never go to them for another tattoo for this reason. The tattoo itself isn't bad. The only problem with it is the the "faded" look that didn't come with time. It should have been a quick and easy fix. There are other parlors that told me they'd charge me less for the touch up than this place quoted me. I guess those are the places that will get my business from now on. read more
