    My daughter went for a filling and returned 2 weeks later with concerns about the filling…read morelifting/cracked and pain from nerve exposure. They told her nothing was wrong with her new filling and that it was perfect. She left there and immediately went to another dentist who found the cracked, lifted piece and removed without barely touching it, repaired thier shotty work. Shes now a new patient with a real dentist. How sad that a person with MD after their name did not take the correct action and fix the problem they created.

I remember going one day I was…read moresupposed to have a cleaning I get there, they tell me they can't do the cleaning because they're short-staffed. How about you actually call your patient and tell them. I also called her multiple times to tell her that my tooth was hurting she Dismissed my concerns, never returned phone calls or texts! . I went in for a cleaning finally when the young lady went to touch my molar I screamed it was very sensitive to cold /hot air etc . She had the dentist come over who told me that I was fine nothing wrong with me use , Sensodyne! Two months later, the pain was so bad. I said you guys have to get me in. I show up they do an x-ray and sure enough she comes in With a bad attitude and says you need a root canal I said "oh gosh, no I don't want that. They're very painful. . I have to be sedated ." She replied "nobody in their right mind is going to sedate you for a root canal." I said I would find somebody. I find a wonderful doctor in Weymouth who is Fantastic when they pulled up the x-ray from this dentist at Blissful ,I was asked if she told me that I had a major infection in my molar?! I said no the only thing she ever asked me was if I was on abx which I replied yes for uti." She she never told me I had an infection. The dentist couldn't believe I wasn't made aware, they showed me how bad it was on xray ( they actually did a repeat xray free of charge because Blissful's xray was awful to review not clear at all. . This so called dentist has now caused so much damage and unnecessary pain due to her negligence . She is Not compassionate , Always rushed . She knew I had an Infection , failed to disclose this to me !! When I asked what caused me needing a root canal she replied" the nerves are sensitive." Again Never disclosed I had a raging infection. It is costing over 4000 to have this taken care out of pocket , this is now without sedation because the infection is so bad we can no longer wait for the sedation appt. The new dentist already did two procedures to try and help eradicate the infection and pain. Thank god I have all of this documented ! All of this because Blissful was negligent and careless . This could've been avoided . Spend the money and see someone else whom cares about your well being , teeth and health! This lady could've caused my infection to reach my brain and I could've gone septic and died. My new dentist is phenomenal. I am greatly concerned about the other work Blissful did on my teeth. Blissful sent me home with a temporary crown approximately a year ago. The crap was falling out of my mouth the same day! I had to return on the weekend to have the hygienist dental assistant fix Her mistake . She could've cared less that I was in pain due to her error . She replied " oh yea I see where it fell out I'll just add more this happens." No it doesn't if done properly. Hacks . They kept asking me to write reviews , I responded " I'm sorry I do not feel comfortable writing one at this time ." They were so upset . You wanted your review well here you have it ! They care about quantity not quality . If you have Medicare or Mass health beware you will be talked about . I witnessed this while sitting in her chair . Also if you have issues with your teeth like many have , you will be talked about .A man walked in and had his appt , I was seated in the next spot over . When he left the assistant and dentist were discussing how awful the man's teeth were and making jokes . Who does this ?! Bottom line Blissful dentistry lacks compassion and most importantly knowledge to care for your teeth properly . If you suffer from pain listen to your body and gut ! Get a second opinion it could save your life like it did mine !

    You cant be a jack of all trades and a master of none…read more Over the years this place has gotten out of control. It went from a heartfelt business that specialized in dentistry to an imposter. Now doing botox, fillers, periodontal work, orthodontics, and leaving the dental patients on the lurch. In order to see Dr. Garcia you must go on the days and times she is there. Doesnt work past a certain time, not in on Fridays and forget about the days when she was open on Saturdays. I'm sorry, but dont you own the place, isn't that your name on the door. You should be seeing your patients, not peddling them off on your over worked hygienists. Everyone of them has complained about that work environment to me over the years. Her brother "runs" the front office and he has certainly learned on the job. Horrible. Awful attitude and disposition towards patients and same for Elsa. You never know what Elsa you will get that day. If you go from being a cash patient to a patient with dental insurance, they instantly treat you like a second rate citizen and its completely uncalled for. There is no correcting the attitudes of the people that work here. Sad but this place is definitely going down hill.

    i'm mindblown, in the worst way. my appointment was rushed through with because it was a Friday…read more the "dentists" here told me my tooth decay is so severe they "have to remove every tooth", and i will have to pay out of pocket for dentures (i'm on Masshealth, that was a lil scammy) and for further context, i'm 22 years old, so emotionally that was rough and they just watched me cry and proceeded to roll their eyes. meanwhile; another dentist told me i'm able to get crowns. do not trust Aspen Dental, they're money hungry, unethical and probably not even certified at this point.

I scheduled and confirmed an appointment as a NEW CUSTOMER for 11:15am, and was asked to arrive 15 minutes early at 11:00 for some NEW CUSTOMER paperwork, which I did. Upon my arrival, I was told that they "tried calling to move me up" even though this was untrue and I had spoken to someone the day prior to confirm the appointment. I then asked if they were unexpectedly busy and if the wait would be very long. The employee's response was "No, we're not really busy, but everyone takes lunch at 12 so you can't get your teeth cleaned until 12:30pm." You see, everyone in that office takes a lunch break at 12pm, so having a new customer's appointment scheduled for 11am means they have to wait 90 minutes, until after lunch, to get a teeth cleaning. No big deal, I have several hours to dedicate to a teeth cleaning... **I'm fully aware that many medical offices like this take a set lunch break, however the 1) lack of attention to detail when scheduling customers and 2) lack of remorse for wasting someone's day is appalling. I was never given an apology of any kind, and when I said I could not stay for the next several hours the response was "ok". There was no attempt by the Aspen Dental team to reschedule my appointment. *As a side note, when I indicated that I did in fact have insurance, the employee seemed a little surprised that I was using them for dental care as opposed to a real dentist. Seems like they may have done me a favor after all.
