He claimed we never returned the signed contract, even though communication had been ongoing for weeks. Between the disorganized billing, poor communication, and last-minute cancellation, we left this experience feeling taken advantage of and deeply disappointed. We would not recommend this vendor based on our experience and lack of trust in his practices.
