Five stars might not be enough for this place. You feel like a lot of Inn is true relics of the past. Just visiting for the ambiance and decor is worth it. But then they have a great bartender, Scotty, who is just amazing. He makes you feel like an old friend and serves great drinks. If we didn't have an agenda for the day, I felt like we could've spent all day there. The drinks made were some of the best I've had. This place is now a must go every time I am in the Lehigh Valley.

I'm reviewing this from a bar stand point- I'd love to come back and try food. However, this was an amazing little find that i wouldn't have thought to try in Bethlehem. The service was quick and so friendly. Atmosphere is so cozy. Espresso martinis were amazing as well as the whiskey drink i tried. I'll definitely be back!

Wonderful service from Scott and Destiny. Salt of the earth! The food was delicious and fresh ! Sweet historical building. Of course it's a treat to eat somewhere that George Washington and John Adams enjoyed. They also have a museum as spirits shop. it's nice to look around all the historical stuff. I ordered a chicken pot pie and it was hot and freshen. Amazing delicious ! My bff got a Beef Wellington. Delicious!! Our table, split a pumpkin soup, mushroom toast, and spinach salad with beets . Everything was marvelous. I would definitely return

We ordered a salted pretzel. It shouldn't be described as a pretzel with salt. It should be called salt with a little bit of pretzel because I could taste nothing but SALT. I could feel my blood pressure skyrocketing from the sodium. Had to scrape off all the salt in order to eat it but the dipping sauces were good once the salt was removed. My burger was great. I don't normally order greens with a burger, but the only other option was the hard tiny kiddy pretzels. You'd expect fries or something but the sides were a little odd. Alcoholic slushy. Always a fan of alcoholic slushies and this was another one of them - a wine slushy. Outside seating and when you use the bathroom you enter the museum and can see a lot of George Washington-related facts/artifacts. Service: 4/5 Food: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5

    The soft pretzel is huge!

We were surprised to be seated in the dining room for dinner on St Pat's weekend. Lots of bar noise but that's ok. The service was exceptional and they checked in often. We were a bit disappointed with the soft pretzel which was a little stale. The BLT sandwich and the salad were good but nothing wowed like like in the past. We think it might have been due to the holiday.

This is unique colonial inn with good food and attentive service. Intersecting historic pub in lower level.

I didn't go, but my wife asked if I wanted anything off the menu. I cut meat out of my diet so finding alternatives when eating out sometimes can be a challenge. I can say I haven't eaten meat on a daily or weekly basis for going on 3 years now. Have l slipped and eaten meat?Let that craving for meat consume me. Hell yeah I have, I'm not perfect and I can admit that. So as I'm looking at the menu here at Fegley's B.B.W. I came across their "CHUNK VEGAN STEAK" and asked my wife to order that for me. Now I've had some imitation steaks before, but when my wife came in with this Chunk Vegan Steak. I opened up the container and from just looking at the appearance of this Chunk Steak I was totally taken back and honestly thought this piece of meat was real. I then cut me a piece and proceeded to eat. WOW! Talk about a great tasting vegan piece of steak! I actually told my wife "babe I think they made a mistake and put a real piece of steak in my meal. I was so taken back by the taste of this steak. I offered my daughter a piece and when she ate it she burst my bubble and said she could tell it wasn't real. As a meat eater she has keen taste of real meat. I on the other hand would eat this chunk vegan steak in place of a real steak anytime. If you're ever hungry and want to eat out and aren't a meat eater. I would recommend this Vegan Chunk Steak at Fegley's Bethlehem Brew Works to anyone who isn't a red meat eater. Now as I rant about this vegan chunk steak the whole meal the asparagus the potatoes were delicious. The people in the group said their food was delicious also. I called the next day and had to express myself and compliment them on this fantastic fake steak. I'll definitely be going back for some more! This place does food the right way!

I was between 2 beers which they allowed me to sample since they were on draft and I went with the amber which was delicious. We were not sure what we wanted to eat so we did a few appetizers. The pretzels were ok. They were a little hard for our preference, but had good flavor with the cheese dip. Now the rest of the items we selected were absolutely delicious. My kids at up the bone marrow and we placed a 2nd order since it was so good. They didn't need the bread with the dish since they just enjoyed the marrow and the parsley type spread that came with it. The potato leek soup was also delicious and we really enjoyed it. The pierogies and kielbasa were selected with the fries and they were grilled well (to my preference - some may think it was over grilled). They had TV since some sports on and the restaurant was very clean. We had quick and great service when we were here. We sould come back for sure if we would be in the area just for the soup and marrow!

We made a reservation after giving the place a call a few hours beforehand and being advised it was a good idea. I didn't understand why, since we were almost the only people in there when we arrived--then, suddenly, ten minutes later it was packed! So the reservation was definitely a good idea. Despite how busy they were, our waiter was excellent and very attentive (I'm pretty sure his nickname was Shaq, he gave us his full first name but I completely blanked on it after a few pounders of Montucky's delicious brew). I had the pretzel bites and full-size Caesar salad, and it was more than enough food for me. My friends each got different items; the pierogies looked delicious (maybe it is obvious that I am a fan of appetizers; it's my favorite section of any restaurant menu). Some of us weren't able to finish everything, as the portions were much larger once you started on them than when first eye-balling them. Overall, I greatly enjoyed this visit. I was disappointed at first that my friends wanted to go somewhere other than where we'd been last time, but all concerns melted away once we got to our seats. Bethlehem Barrel & Drafthouse offers some cool atmosphere along with a good selection of drinks, both beer and liquor, and friendly service (thanks again, Shaq! And my apologies if I got your name wrong!).

We ordered a mix of appetizers, including the cheesesteak egg rolls, breaded mozzarella half moons, housemade G's sauce wings, and the grilled cheese with fries. Everything came out hot and fresh. The wings were the standout, great flavor with G's sauce, which is like a peppery hot sauce. It's not super spicy, but it does have a slight kick. It is definitely a college town bar (I'm in my early 50's). The bartender was prompt and took our drink orders right away. The cook is right in front of you at the bar which is kind of cool. You could tell by speaking with him that he took pride in their menu. He let us sample some of the sauces which was great. I had the special of the day which was a grilled tomato/bacon cheese on Texas toast and a tomato soup with rice, ground beef, onions and peppers. It was fantastic! I also had the Cowboy bites which were jalapeños with cream cheese, bacon and corn - my goodness they were so good! My bro had the "what came first". Fried chicken sandwich with a fried egg and bacon. It came with fries and he said it was really good. My husband had Tri-tip cheese steak with no mushrooms. He said it was delicious. We were there on our own time without a schedule, so we didn't mind having to wait for our bartender. It started getting busy while we were there so the vibe was pretty cool. We will definitely be going back!
