They were polite and friendly and showed Up within the couple hour window they gave me to replace my windshield. They did leave a little bit of the debris from the previous windshield in the car that I had to vacuum up and a few grease smudges inside the car. I had read reviews and knew to probably expect that. Took my car more then tree times to get it fix. First time they changed the windshield but later months passed and window was getting loose. 2nd time they replaced that loose windshield as soon as I left I could hear air coming in. I left thinking it was because it was barley places and it would go away with time. But no it didn't so I took it again and asked one of the man that change windows to go for a ride with me so he can hear how the wind was coming in. He checked it and said he was not sure of the reason if the installation was good. I mentioned to him if installation was good then why was the air coming in. So they didn't change the window and said if the air bothered me to bring it back. The reason I was there is because of the air coming in HELLO. So NEVER will take a car there to them again. If there was an option for a no star that would be the option I would be choosing. Where do I start. So after some communication with a man via the internet and giving all of the specs of my truck and windshield I proceeded to call in and set up an appointment. I drive an hour one way. I get there and a guy on the phone directs me to have a seat. Ok nothing odd about that, while waiting I remember that my truck is a mess and maybe I should clean it a little. I pull the garbage and and put it inside trash can and sit back down. While waiting I get a call from the people that I think I'm sitting in their establishment. So I go back up to the counter and Pablo (real rude like) says they are not the same company. Ok so I sit back down and the lady on the phone says they ordered the wrong windshield and that the soonest they can have that on sight is 3. So that wasn't going to work so I get in my truck and leave. As I'm in my truck and leaving I think to myself well maybe I should just wait. So I call them back and ask if they can still get the windshield I also let them know how rude Pablo was. By this time I'm sitting back at Tavos, Pablo and one of his associates come out of their establishment while I'm on the phone with someone who is all of a sudden on hold. Pablo places the trash that I got out of my truck in the bed of the truck. Then opens my door and starts asking a lot of questions. I am feeling a little intimidated at this point so I ask him to step away from my truck and I stepped out, now there are four of his associates asking me if there is anything they can help me with. So by this time I'm thinking "Hell no" jump in my truck and leave while I'm still breathing. This was by far one of the most intimidating (cartel) situations I have ever been in. So I called again an hour before my scheduled appointment window, was hung up on, and the they gave the phone to someone rambling crazy I Spanish telling me that he didn't have to listen to me because they "have a beautiful day". Worst experience ever! My wife called to get a replacement driver side window. We were quoted 200 dollars over the phone. We called back 30 minutes later and talked to a gentleman who asked what I was quoted. I told him $200 for laminated and that it was a lady I spoke with. He then put her on the phone. We asked for the same deal and she said she talked to her boss and he said that it had to be $220. I know, it's only 20 dollars, but when somebody tells you something, they should stand by it. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was too busy to talk to me and if we wanted to move forward with the $220 we could. I let her know this isn't the way to conduct business and she hung up on me. I would never recommend this company to anyone! read more

On July 28th, 2016 the technicians came to change the glass from the 3 vehicles that I have. Everything was going ok but when it came time to pay them they did NOT give me my change back! I was handing the money separately for each vehicle and for one of the vehicles I did not have the exact amount, the amount was $120.00 so I asked "do you have change for $200 ?" they said yes so I handed it to them and they went into the van to get the change and came out with 30$ of change and they took off! I right away called the office and let them know and they said "ok let me call the technician" the technician didn't answer. Then the girl on the phone said she was gonna call her supervisor, the supervisor didn't answer either. So the girl said that she would call me back when she had spoke to the supervisor I asked how long would that take she said an hour so I was waiting for them to call me and they didn't. 3 hours went by and I decided to call them and some other girl answer and I explained what had happened. She said she wasn't able to talk to the technician till they got back from the last appt that was in ft Collins at 6pm and that when the technicians would be back they will count all the money and if there was extra money than what it was suppose to be they will call me. I didn't believe anything she said. Till this day August 1st, 2016 I haven't received my change or a call back! They STOLE FROM ME 50$. I'm satisfy with the glass but everything else the Customer Service is HORRIBLE!! My advice to anyone on thinking about hiring them PLEASE HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE ! Don't waste your time. I made a 7:30 am "early bird" appointment to have my windshield replaced. Though their shop is 45 minutes one way I mistakenly thought the money I would save might be worth it. Instead I wasted 2 morning hrs to discover what many others have found with these folks. I called twice the 2 days before my appt. to confirm the time and that they had the windshield for my van. Both times was told they did, we were set. when I arrived at 7:30 am I was told a few minutes later that they discovered the windshield had come to their shop "with a crack in it" so they couldn't install it. Didn't they check it when it came in they day(s) before when they said they had it? When they said they could order another and have it by 9:00 am I realized that they probably never ordered the windshield in the 1st place waiting to see if I'd show. Who cares about a customer's time & convenience? Even if I'd wanted to wait I could not have sat in their filthy waiting area for 10 min no less for 2 hrs. After this experience and seeing the shop I felt it was just as well I didn't get their glass as it would be of suspect quality with no hope of service if needed. I called Jiffy Glass of Lafayette.
