I was scared to drive to work in Farmington, CT (45 mins away). I asked Jay if he could look at the radiator fluid because I had a flush done by JiiffyLube in East Longmeadow. He looked at it and informed me that the fluid had been flushed but not replaced (unbelievable). I waited about 15 minutes before being told by the inspector that he wasn't doing any more inspections for the day because he was tired after being there since 8 a.m. He said he told the customer before me that he would be his last inspection -- but another customer wouldn't be responsible for telling me that, and he did not. If there's a cutoff time for inspections, it really needs to be clearly posted so people don't waste their time showing up well before closing and being turned away. Very poor customer service. I do wonder whether the owner or manager is aware of this decision to stop inspections early and the impact it has on customers.
