Mom was receiving hospice care and the nursing staff highly recommended All-States. The next morning we met with Becky at All-States on University who took her time to walk both myself and my two sisters through the process. Mom wanted to be interned with my Dad at Ft. Logan. Becky took care of arranging the dates. At a time like this, it was great to have Becky there to answer questions and provide great service, advice and compassion. I had initially picked a different funeral home because my family had always used them. But, a friend recommended I make a few calls, even though it was 3:00 am when mom passed. During my third and final call, I phoned All-states cremation and talked to the kindest person ever. EVER! She warmed my heart with every word and I knew this was right. The two men who took mom to the funeral home were just so nice. Before they left, one of the men patted me on the back and said, I promise we will take care of your mom. I had tried to stay strong up, but I lost it. I was offered a few different locations, but their Centennial location was closet to me. I was greeted by yet another kind person. How were there so many nice people worked at this company? I know Yelp discourages mentioning names, even when it's positive so, I will keep quiet. The cremation arranger walked me through a process I wasn't sure if I was ready for. She explained things multiple times and must have sensed when I wasn't getting something because she would explain it again. Given my experience with the other funeral home my family usually uses, I was expecting to be sold things I didn't want. Before I walked in I was ready to get angry with anyone who tried to sell me an urn or a viewing, but it never happened. I knew my mom's friends would shame me for not buying a $500 urn, and it was nice that this company didn't push a sale or judge me. I went back on a Tuesday to pick up mom. Once again, they were just so kind! When they gave me mom, this may sound crazy, but I could feel her telling me that she was treated with love from start to finish. I couldn't believe this was all that had to happen. From the time I made that initial call at 3:00 am to picking up my mom's ashes less than a week later, I made zero phone calls to the company in-between. They did everything while I had time to grieve. I walked into this experience wanting cremation, not to be judged or pressured, to be treated with grace, and to pay a fair price. All states does not seem to be the least expensive, but not the most. But, WHY WOULD YOU GO WITH A CREMATION PLACE THAT IS THE LOWEST PRICE????? Don't treat buying cremation like trying to find the best deal on a printer! THIS IS YOUR LOVED ONE! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!! This was the kindest, simplest process I have ever been through. The last time I called a plumber to snake a drain, it was more complicated than this! As the guy who picked up mom said to me, All states will take care of your loved one and I found them to take equally good care of me. Thank you for being there for me. --

The National Anthem, God Bless America, Amazing Grace and Postlude Music from the amazing Cornerstone Chorale and the VFW Band of Colorado. Many great Guest Speakers and Moment of Silence and dedication of Wreaths by Goldstar Families escorted by Young Marines & Civil Air Patrol (so impressive to see the dedication of youth participating in these ceremonies). Also had Military Rifle Salute, Taps, Benediction, Ringing of the Honor Bell, Closing Remarks and an impressive Flyover. Was so happy to see how many people came to the ceremony and visitors at the graves of our veterans that are no longer with us. We all must not forget that Freedom is not Free!

The ceremony we had for my grandparents was only 15 minutes and felt rushed. It was impersonal and…read morenot the level of service I would expect. I think people would rather wait a few extra weeks than be rushed and reminded that we need to hurry along so another ceremony could take place. I don't feel this place cared about the time and effort it takes for family to get there to only have 15 minutes to say goodbye. The person who ran our ceremony didn't even say their names. Grandpa served in the Air Force and should have received a certain level of respect and appreciation for serving the country. The grounds were beautiful and well cared. Give people more time. Do less services a day to let people take time to say goodbye.

The staff was very friendly and willing to jump in and help or find things to accommodate the set up the family wished to have. The chapel is a smaller room, but had several rows of seats as well as way to connect video and audio so everyone could see and hear. No problems with the staff the day of the service. The family did experience some issues prior to the service with communication and processes which didn't sound very helpful to the family during this time.

There is a small lobby for greetings, guest books, and memory cards. While the service ran smoothly, there were a few hiccups, previously, with other employees who took care of details with prior arrangements and death certificates. Some details were not explained and requests were not followed as to who to contact, which caused delays that could have been avoided.

It wasn't in our case! We spoke to Vanessa on a Sat. and left with an understanding that we would be able to have our grandmothers service the following week. When the family went back to complete the arrangements, they were told that due to a higher paying client, they had no availability until the following week. Which was not our understanding. As if that was not enough, the day the information was given and our decision to go to another funeral home was made. Funeraria Latina informed us that our loved one had been picked up from the hospital and they would have the courtesy to hold the remains until we found a funeral home that was available. To our dismay, we find out that our loved one was never picked up and remained at the hospital. This funeral home has made our loss feel even more tragic. It felt as if they felt no sympathy towards our loss or respect to our loved one. I wouldn't recommend Funeraria Latina.
