My Mom passed away in the middle of the night at her nursing home. The folks at All-States, came and got her and respectfully took her away. Mom was receiving hospice care and the nursing staff highly recommended All-States. The next morning we met with Becky at All-States on University who took her time to walk both myself and my two sisters through the process. Mom wanted to be interned with my Dad at Ft. Logan. Becky took care of arranging the dates. At a time like this, it was great to have Becky there to answer questions and provide great service, advice and compassion. With everything happening in the world, it is important to talk about the kindness of companies like this because it shows that there are people committed to being good to others. I had initially picked a different funeral home because my family had always used them. But, a friend recommended I make a few calls, even though it was 3:00 am when mom passed. During my third and final call, I phoned All-states cremation and talked to the kindest person ever. EVER! She warmed my heart with every word and I knew this was right. The two men who took mom to the funeral home were just so nice. Before they left, one of the men patted me on the back and said, I promise we will take care of your mom. I had tried to stay strong up, but I lost it. I was offered a few different locations, but their Centennial location was closet to me. I was greeted by yet another kind person. How were there so many nice people worked at this company? I know Yelp discourages mentioning names, even when it's positive so, I will keep quiet. The cremation arranger walked me through a process I wasn't sure if I was ready for. She explained things multiple times and must have sensed when I wasn't getting something because she would explain it again. Given my experience with the other funeral home my family usually uses, I was expecting to be sold things I didn't want. Before I walked in I was ready to get angry with anyone who tried to sell me an urn or a viewing, but it never happened. I knew my mom's friends would shame me for not buying a $500 urn, and it was nice that this company didn't push a sale or judge me. I went back on a Tuesday to pick up mom. Once again, they were just so kind! When they gave me mom, this may sound crazy, but I could feel her telling me that she was treated with love from start to finish. I couldn't believe this was all that had to happen. From the time I made that initial call at 3:00 am to picking up my mom's ashes less than a week later, I made zero phone calls to the company in-between. They did everything while I had time to grieve. I walked into this experience wanting cremation, not to be judged or pressured, to be treated with grace, and to pay a fair price. All states does not seem to be the least expensive, but not the most. But, WHY WOULD YOU GO WITH A CREMATION PLACE THAT IS THE LOWEST PRICE????? Don't treat buying cremation like trying to find the best deal on a printer! THIS IS YOUR LOVED ONE! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!! This was the kindest, simplest process I have ever been through. The last time I called a plumber to snake a drain, it was more complicated than this! I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with All-States. No one wants to find themselves planning a cremation, but our experience offered all of the comfort and compassion we could ever want. I felt respected throughout the entire experience, and knew that my father was receiving the same on his final journey. We never felt pressured or that we were being upsold on any products, and we knew that we were getting exactly what we wanted. If the postings on the "Tribute Wall" are important and comforting to you, do not use the services of All-States Cremation. From the very beginning I had to continually request they look at the postings because I had friends and family say their remarks were not posted. In fact, my husband and mines best "couple" friends posting did not show up until October. He past August 4th and they posted August 23rd. I also know others did not get posted. I have had to distance my feelings from this because they just have really screwed this up and I just know the important thing in life and death is that my husband rest with his Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven and this matter does not bother him. Absolutely horrible. Communication there was a joke. Time changes and shelter changes without notice. My mother confirmed with them, and thats when we discovered the new changes. Things that said were going to be done (honor bell) was never done because they forgot to call the place, even though it was printed out on the pamphlet. It was honesty like reliving my grandfathers passing over and over again. Pretty displeased and probably wouldn't recommend this business. The only individual who went out of his way and was very pleasant to work with was the funeral director ( i apologize I forgot his name) but thank you sir you were the only one who helped out you were the saving grace of this so called company. read more

I contacted All States Cremation in June 2021 to inquire about cremation services for my stepmother. She had specifically named this company as the one she had prearranged her cremation with. I'm not sure if she paid ahead of time or not or how the prearranging works. I didn't get a chance to find out, unfortunately. I loved the fact that their call center is open 24 hours since I work odd hours and finish work in the middle of the night. I left a message with the on-call night shift person and was assured I would get a call back ASAP. I didn't receive a call at all. I sent an email with all the information I could provide, thinking that would be a smoother process. No return email. I wound up calling the cremation place back a couple days later. I spoke with someone about my stepmother's situation. She was having trouble finding my stepmother's information, which I understand since I'm sure they're busy and have a lot of clients. I was told I would get a call back when/if any information on the deceased turned up. This went on two more times, each time I was promised a return call. I even called a couple locations, thinking maybe I would get better service at a different All States Cremation location. On the last call I made I asked if I was actually going to get a return phone call this time since I had yet to receive a call back. I hated to sound whiny but I was getting frustrated. I was promised that I would indeed get a call back. Nothing. I gave up after that. It was pretty obvious my business was not necessary and that the prearrangements fell through. All I really needed in the end was a phone call back; tell me you found my stepmom's information or tell me you didn't find anything at all, I don't mind. I just wanted a simple phone call. Maybe if I had the $1500 fee ready to go, I could have been treated with some common courtesy. Which makes me wonder if they're $1500 richer if the money was taken out of her account ahead of time. We were very pleased with their services. Only downside was they can be slow to return phone calls and have no weekend hours.

I went to this office about 3 months ago. The gals in the office were super friendly and helpful in my time of need. They walked me through the whole process so I would know what to expect. If I am ever in need of this service again, I would call them first. read more
