I woke up from my facelift with a burn below my eye. Dr Taylor continued to insist that it would heal and did not even say it was a burn. I finally figured it out myself after he joked that I should tell people I burned myself with a curling iron. If the burn was totally unavoidable I would have been understanding of that. But Dr Taylor continued to behave in an evasive and gaslighting way. He was dismissive and condescending. He offered to cut and stitch the area but I wasn't willing to let him do that. I filed a complaint with the state medical board. In his answer, he said he offered to refer me to other surgeons. That never happened. read more

I am 3 months post op from a breast augmentation and had a great experience with Dr. Taylor and his nurses. Front office staff was not extremely friendly during any of my office visits, which is the reason for 4 stars, rather than 5. One receptionist in particular seemed to have a chronic bad attitude, but it became overshadowed by the rest of the lovely people I encountered! However, clinical staff was absolutely wonderful - I cannot stress that enough. Dr. Taylor makes you feel comfortable, tells you exactly what to expect, and answers all of your questions. The nurses were also incredible. Autumn was my nurse during several of my visits and was always so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! Dr. Taylor was able to replace an infected cheek implant I got when I was a kid. He did liposuction on my stomach and used the fat to replace the implant with a fat injection. I couldn't be more happy with the results. I wish I had done this operation sooner. Amazing work and great staff. read more

I had picked a couple of surgeons to schedule consults with as I am planning on a procedure.When I called his office to schedule a consult No one answered which was no big deal and I left a message. A girl called me back and she seemed to have attitude right away. She asked what my height and weight was and when I answered she told me that I could call back and schedule an appointment once I lost weight because my BMI was too high for me to have desirable results. I wear a size 8! I lost over 100 pounds naturally through diet and exercise and have had a few skin tightening procedures. I am happy with my weight and just want to tighten my last area. If the doctor had met with me and then felt I should loose weight that would be one thing but for someone at the front desk to make the call over the phone I find it ridiculous and unprofessional!! I work in the healthcare industry and Would never conduct business in this manner or treat anyone in this way. I did not get to meet Dr. Taylor so I cannot speak to him or his work but my experience with his practice was horrible! read more

Normally, I don't complain. To be quite honest I've NEVER wrote a review for any business good or bad, just never been put in a position to. Now, with that being said my experience with Taylor Plastic surgery has been TERRIBLE. I got a consultation for breast surgery, that was great. My issue lies where it's been roughly 5 months since my consultation and I've been chasing them down to get the details for my surgery that no one ever seems to know. Every time I call this place I speak to some girl with a terrible attitude, and am told someone will call me back... that never happens. I always have to call them constantly. I understand that COVID plays a big role in these businesses right now, but this is ridiculous. Is it hard to reach back out to someone? Why do your clients have to chase you guys down for answers? I recently visited Taylor Plastic surgery to address my double chin/loose skin around my neck. I'd formerly had Kybella done (somewhere else), which worked okay, but wanted to get the best results I could so thought liposuction may be the best route. Dr. Taylor and his staff were VERY helpful during the consultation. He listened to my concerns and recommended liposuction + Renuvion to make sure I got the best result. The staff gave me very thorough information on payment, what to expect on surgery day, pre and post care, etc. The procedure was relaxed and post-care was simple. After having two babies, that I had somewhat older in age, my smaller framed body frame was definitely not the same afterwards. I lost all of my baby weight right away, two weeks within delivery of second child, but with diet and exercise my abs never moved back together, a case referred to as diastasis recti. In addition, I had a hernia that had formed as well. None of my clothes fit right, had digestion problems and depressed about the extra skin, gap in muscles and belly bulge with no weight problems elsewhere. I finally made up my mind that I had enough and had a mini tummy tuck. Dr. Taylor has a great bedside manner, is truly professional and a real artist in his procedures. He is very encouraging and honest in what procedures/methods he suggests without trying to sell you on more than needed. All of his staff is truly professional, friendly, and courteous. I'm only a couple weeks out and still have a ways to go before seeing the true end results but very happy with the outcome so far. read more

I scheduled a consultation and was told the fee was $50. During my consultation, Dr. Taylor said he was going to submit a letter to insurance for me, but didn't tell me that would increase my appointment cost. I leave and the woman at the front desk told me once again it was $50 consultation fee. A week later they call me to tell me what the insurance company had said and then tell me again it was a $50 consultation fee. Then two weeks after that I get a $200 bill in the mail. I called the office to try and figure out why the bill was more expensive than what they had said it would be and they tell me that having to file insurance increases the consultation to $200. Had they told me that before hand I would have told them not to, but now I am saddled with a $200 bill for a 10 minute meeting with a doctor I am not even using. read more
