The friendly staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction for what you need. There's an information desk to the left when you walk in and you can usually ask questions there, if there's no one there the cashiers can help. They do so many different things that I didn't know about - they rent power tools and it's super affordable (I rented a sander for 4 hrs for $10), they repair screen doors, they have garden supplies...the list goes on. After launching, an incident resulted in the vessel taking on water, requiring the vessel be pulled again the next day. Bill and crew came out on a Saturday to help my sorry butt, and did an excellent job. When the damage was revealed that had been causing the leaking, Bill Jr developed a novel approach to the repair that actually saved me thousands of dollars in repairs. Yesterday, all the repairs were completed, and Bill Jr and company delivered the vessel to my storage spot I'd built in my yard. He took the time to go over everything that had been accomplished, and also made recommendations regarding the winter storage that were very timely. Bottom line: Atlantic Marine Transport is very customer oriented, cost effective, hard working and diligent. They have single-handedly shown me, by mission of action, that there are still good people who work in the marine field. Keep them on your short list, and at the top of it.

The claim manager Gary keeps insisting and asking if I have a remote starter in my car, I keep telling this guy my car doesn't have any remote starter and he personally came to my home and inspected my car and the key fob, and saw for himself that we don't have a damn remote starter in our car. This is a manual car that doesn't come with a remote starter. Gary is by far the worst representative I have ever dealt with. Now the owners of this company, and Gary are insinuating that the damages caused to my car because of them, were somewhere else. So basically they're calling my husband, my 12 year old daughter and me liars. The owners of this company Kenneth Zorabedian and his brother are a big time scammer! People please be aware of this company, and take photos before the valet takes your car to park it, otherwise if something happens they'll say it wasn't caused by them.
