We parked two cars with the valet tonight, and both of our cars were left unlocked in an open air lot in downtown Providence according to our cars' apps. I had specifically reminded/asked the attendant to make sure my door was locked. When the cars were returned, they were both left unattended with the doors wide open on a drizzly night, engine running, no attendant to be seen. Wanted to pass this feedback on to the business, it's essential to lock your customers vehicles and if you need to go get another car, close my door, please. My family and I went to eat at Los Andes Restaurant in Providence, on September 28, 2024 and the company United Parking Valet took the car to park it, our car was in perfect condition when we handed it to them. We have a standard car and the valet personnel did not put my car on E brake and because of their negligence they let my car roll and it hit another parked car, they destroyed my new car. The claim manager Gary keeps insisting and asking if I have a remote starter in my car, I keep telling this guy my car doesn't have any remote starter and he personally came to my home and inspected my car and the key fob, and saw for himself that we don't have a damn remote starter in our car. This is a manual car that doesn't come with a remote starter. Gary is by far the worst representative I have ever dealt with. Now the owners of this company, and Gary are insinuating that the damages caused to my car because of them, were somewhere else. So basically they're calling my husband, my 12 year old daughter and me liars. The owners of this company Kenneth Zorabedian and his brother are a big time scammer! People please be aware of this company, and take photos before the valet takes your car to park it, otherwise if something happens they'll say it wasn't caused by them. Last night I went out on Federal Hill and used United Valet to valet my car. The valet left my car unlocked the whole night, and left it in the valet lot behind Roma. I was robbed. Someone stole my computer bag containing several personal belongings. When I got home and realized this, I called all the numbers I could find for United and no one answered. I called their Emergency Line, no answer. I left voice mails. Today around 3:00 Bobby (owner) finally called back and told me that if I have anything of value in my car I shouldn't leave it in the car. I told Bobby that the restaurant workers were the only ones to answer the phone the night before, and they had gone to the valet lot and found my computer bag around 4am, which had been rummaged through and left by the gate. He told me he'd text me so that I have his number, and that I should text him back to confirm I got my personal belongings back, then he never texted. read more

I was connected to Bobby from United Parking Valet by my caterer. Due to COVID we had to change our wedding plans and moved the reception to my parent's backyard. We didn't want our guests to have to park in the street as there's really no where to pull off, so our neighbors were kind enough to let us use their driveways. We hired valet so that our guests wouldn't have to walk too far to park their cars. My dad coordinated with them when they arrived to show them the different driveways we could use. I have never had such a bad experience before. Last thursday I was enjoying my dinner at Venda and the valets working were so rude, cruel and pig mouthed. They would walk to the cars and make fun of the people getting in & out of them and the short one just kept swearing and it looked so unprofessional. Cocky staff I was eating at Jackies galaxy last week and when I was trying to valet my car all of the employees completely ignored me because apparently the big boss arrived and they all went over to his car and chatted. I got out of my vehicle looked at them and the owner looked me in the eyes and then turned away completely ignoring me I waited there for about 10 more minutes until one of the valet guys approached me and said "hey" and stuck his hand out? Didn't even help me girlfriend out of the car took my keys and sped off. After when i gave him the ticket i told the valet about happened and he said "what do you want me to do about it".
