Highly recommend!! My sons car had a very obvious oil leak, We couldn't drive it to get it serviced. I talked with Jim of Tire discounters Marysville, he assured me the issue would be addressed by an expert technician, as well as took the time to explain some possibilities of the cause of the oil leak issue, he also provided assistance with local towing services. The next morning Jim contacted me for follow up, shortly after the car was then towed with care by Shamrock towing services, and by mid day I received another call from Jim that the car was serviced with issue resolved!!!! POOR. They installed two tires and failed to check the tire pressure befor relasing the car to the coustomer. had to fill both tires the next day when I realized there was onlt 19lbs in each.. Tooe the car back to request that the TPS be sinced to the car, which they also forgot to do..They were too busy said for me to come back another day. oh, and regarding their response tp the underinflated tires they insalled, they said "sorry" in a tone that lead me to believe that that kind of stuff is a regular occurance. read more

Not a fan. started out showing up to get 4 new tires. They asked when we would return for the car we said 5:30 pm, show up 5:30 pm and the boy behind the counter says he was prioritizing other customers ahead of us because we said we would be back at closing (6:pm) . We never said that. Our vehicle hadn't even been touched for some 4 hours. because apparently at Tire Discounters you have to wait no matter what, and they really don't care about your waisted time. I first came in on the pre made appointment for 8am on June 21st dropped it off they said 2-4 hours for it to be completed I waited for a call and got nothing so I tried to call at 2pm mind you that gave them 6 hours , yet my call was ignored I then walked in at a little after 3pm and they informed me they had another car in the only lift they had that could raise my car all day. No call. Nothing until I had walked in there over 7 hours later and I was the first car in the lot that morning. So we remade another appointment for the following Tuesday the 24th which is today and I again made the appointment for 8am was there at 7:30am they took it and again 2-4 hours right? Wrong. About 1pm I give they a call because I was out hoping it would be done soon since this was 5 hours later and they let me know that they were " having trouble " but it shouldn't be much longer and they'd give me a call , I continue doing what I needed to that day and around 3 pm 2 more hours later still no call and I'm in the area so I decide to go into the store and wait. In total this was another 7 hours after the start of the appointment should be done soon right? NOPE around 5:30 2 and a half a hour later I'm still in there the manger came out to let me know that it " wouldn't be much longer " they close at 6 pm so I expected to get out of there soon again NOPE I continued to sit there until 7pm today. A hour after close. And 11 hours after the start of my " 2-4 hour appointment " and to top it all off my car began to smoke , drive worse and make noises not even a HOUR after I left i think it is safe to say I will never be returning unless it is to get my money back. read more

Very kind staff! We had two flat tires in my car from a small puncture (ran over some small boards on the freeway in the dark), and my husband took them off and drove them over to see if they could be repaired. We hoped they would not need to replace them, and not only did the guys at Tire Discounters find and repair the punctures, they didn't charge us anything. I recently bought my first set of wheels I took them into tire discounter and only one person had a little bit of knowledge about new rims. I was told I should've asked Garrett the day before because his day off was today. I was told that they would put my wheels on my car for me when I brought them in but they refused to do so today. My new rims are scratched chipped and damaged and I haven't even got them on the car yet that was simply from them putting tires on them. I was also told to buy a 5 x 108 tire spacer which I did so and now I know they told me to buy the wrong size they said they should've taken pictures before they started working on my rims but they didn't and decided to add notes instead. I am trying to be fair here. I called at 8:05am on a Monday to see if they had openings for an oil change, same day. Historically, they say they do. I was on hold for about 8 1/2 minutes. Today they said I could bring it in for an opening at 9am which I took. I showed up about 10 minutes early (8:50am), got all checked in, and gave the keys up about 5 minutes later. My car was not pulled in until 9:30am! The lady next to me was wasn't pulled in after 50 min. Also, whatever special for oil changes they have going does not include their $30 labor charge, so take that into consideration. $25 was taken off, so I'm confused as to the overall pricing method. The advertised $59.99 synthetic oil change (regular price is $84.99) came out to $70. I've been to 3 different Tire Discounters over the last 5 years and they are all slow, so I should know what I'm getting myself into... I think it would help their expediency if they would actually take appointments and maybe leave 1 open for a walk-in. It seems like TD just says to come in and they then fit people in, at least for oil changes. I've made appointments a couple weeks out and it's still very slow. I'll be searching for better service elsewhere because of poor timing. For reference, my uncle's shop charges $43.99 for a synthetic oil change (without a coupon), labor included and done in 30 min or so, BUT he's 1 1/2 hours away. May save me time to drive there and back though! If you need to get in short notice, TD may be your place, but it feels like Hotel California. You can get in, but when you leave, you never know. I eventually got to leave at 10:50am (over 1 3/4 hours for an oil change)! If you can't do it timely, just tell me. There is absolutely no reason an oil change should take this long. read more

Had a nail in my tire brought it here to get it out and get it patched it was 30 bucks not a bad price they did find a large aluminum screw in my tire I asked for it they gave it to me so I could take a pic lol the store was clean and there was a guy putting out new rims for display the guy at the desk didnt listen very well I have to repeat things several times got kind of annoying but after check in service was quick the rev was nice they have cable and beyond so having a good Hannegan selection was nice kinda chilly in here so bring your coat in the winter to California vet up some comfy chairs would be nice but better then stools all and all a good place with reasonable prices and a good experience read more

I took my car in at Marysville Discont to have a tire changed. Waited all day and picked it up at closing time. When driving home my tire that they changed was making a noise. My boyfriend looked at it and said they put the wrong size on it was bigger then my other tires. It should of been a 45 R and they put a 55R. Took it back and they put the right tire on it. But never said sorry or anything. My car was taken in 7/17/21 and had to return 7/19/21. read more

Went to have a tire checked for low pressure (tires were bought therewith road Hazzard) was told to go kill 30 min and come back. I did and when I came back, the guy who wrote me up had to redo the paperwork and acted like he never saw me. So, as I was waiting the me came out and to me that he would get ne in and out before they closed. They close at 6pm, and this mess started at just after 4pm. I had my daughter and 3 month old with me and there was no place to sit inside so we sat in the car. The Mgr got rude with me so I told him what was going on and he claimed the guy who wrote me up was new and only there for em3 days. Why he wasn't watching over him is his problem not mine, but became mine quickly. They were still taking people in for service at 5:35...rem they close at 6pm and I was to have a tire repaired/replaced and a tire roration/balance. He then informs me he had an air compressor blow up...tire shop only has 2??? Really??? I'll be there at 8am so I'm first in and let's see what happens next. He told me to call corporate...nice job buddy!!!! Try taking some responsibility for your employees and make the guys in the shop not play around in the bay. Worst experience ever. Called on 6/1/20 for an appt on 6/6/20. Appointment time was 10:00 a.m. Was told it would take 2 hrs. They finally finished out car at 1:53 (7 min shy of taking 4 hours). No apology's at all. They told us they couldn't put 1 lug nut on because it was stuck in the hub cap (not sure how they got the hub cap off with it stuck there) but didn't replace the missing lug nut. Brian the sales person was very rude and unprofessional. Left a review on their Facebook page, someone from the Company asked me to send them the information on a form they sent and they would get back to us but yet we haven't heard anything. read more

Okay, Tire discounters, you get an extra measly star, or 1/2 star really for this update. I knew my hubby had ran over something in our car to cause that annoying low tire pressure light to come on almost every day after a refill, so I suggested he take it to tire discounters since there's honestly not too many options... or good options, I should say. The guy at the front desk who is bald, and wears glasses has been stricken with a disease known as Incompetant-customer-service-cus. The guy's skills lack horribly, but my husband got the car in and out, and I was a bit surprised when he told me that they don't use traditional plugs in their tires. They actually have a machine that will remelt the rubber fix the hole, which in our case, was caused by a small roofing tack. Thanks for the speedy service, but your customer service needs some help, guys. I'm glad my husband can just shrug it off. read more

Decided to try tire discounters over discount tire.... Bad choice. I have an 04 Acura tsx, and it took them 4 hours to put tires on and do the "free alignment". I was one of 2 customers at the shop. When they were done with the alignment I took the car home, and it still pulled to the left like before. Took it back 3 days later, after 2 more hours on the alignment rack they took it for a 15 minute test drive without asking if I would like to go... Said it was all fixed that they had centered the steering wheel. Drove it home and they didn't change a thing. Frustrated I decided never to go back an waste my time or money on them! They don't use centering equipment, they just eyeball your steering wheel with your cluster gauges ( speedometer etc). Paying 100$ for an alignment would be much better than letting them touch your car for free. This is probably their scam so that your tires wear out more quickly and you have to come back for new tires...think before you visit them...do some research. I learned that I would even choose Walmart over their company and that is saying a lot, because I would never go there either. read more

After it took 4 guys to change tires in 3-4 hrs we realized my car would not stop shacking. After we got it home we took the wheels of and noticed they didn't put the ring in the inside of my tires. We called and they said they never had the rings, check the boxes and couldn't find them. Finally they agreed to order a new set, finally came in and it was the wrong size. On the morning of selecting the tires for purchase I could not get my tires installed anytime that day. Had to schedule an appointment a whole 2 day later. I arrived for my appointment early, and still had to wait 2 an a half after my scheduled time to get my car back. Needed trailer tires for a vacation trip on our big and heavy 5th wheel. Had called around the area as I wanted to drop the trailer 2 days before leaving and have it ready for pickup on the way. They priced us better than about anyone else, but they also use Nitrogen, which for trailers is very important as they sit most of their lives. Being there was no upcharge for Nitrogen it made sense. They even swapped our brand new spare off and filled it with nitrogen during remounting at no cost! We left the camper there for 2 days prior to the trip to give them plenty of time and it's a well sized, well lit, and well traveled area and had no issues. I would be willing to drive from Hilliard to use them over a local Tire Discounters. read more

Home of the free alignment and rotation, etc... If you can fit into their schedule. Everything here takes 2 or more hours before they even look at it. This includes the tire rotation and oil change I am still waiting for after 2 hours. I don't know if staff is always short or maybe they are the most popular around. All I know is that you better plan on dropping your car off because it will be a long while after the time estimates before you are back on the road. This is especially so because there are definitely not enough seats in the waiting room. 2 stars for simply being inconvenient. I took my 1969 Dodge Charger in to have the alignment done on 5/6/2017. They told me I needed new upper ball joints but never said I needed an alignment afterwards, wouldn't have thought to do it anyways being that there is no adjustments needed with the ball joints. This past weekend we drive the car to an event in Virginia about 450 miles away. When I get there I find that the inner part of the tires were shredded pretty much past the steel cords on both sides and very dangers at that point. This is on Sunday so I had to find a shop open and one that would have 18" tires for my wheels we found one shop and they put them on for us and we had just hoped they would get us home. We left and made it to wheeling wv and the 2 new tires were shredded. They had only made it about 230 miles. So now I take the car back and have them check it and put 2 new tires on thinking that this will be covered under warranty. Well now they tell me that because the upper ball joints are what caused the alignment to go bad and that there is nothing further they can do, he said he did submit a claim but pretty much told me they won't cover it anyway. Also had another shop check it after the re-alignment and found out that the bolts were loose on the upper control arms and the tow was really far out so whatever they did was still wrong. They have also told me twice that they will at least reimburse me for the 2 tires I had to buy down in Virginia, its only $110 and they won't even do that, PAY ME THE $110 AND I WILL STOP POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can tell you right now this business will never get my business or anyone else I know in this towns business, unless they make this RIGHT! Very angry customer! This place sucks and if I could give them a negative I would. Do not take your car there, heck don't even take a bicycle there they will mess that up too. read more

YOU LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER TODAY. I have brought all my vehicles to the Marysville location since they opened this shop. At first things were pretty good, but the last few years they have gone from pretty good to flat out terrible. It seems every time I go to this location the lobby is full. There are usually 2 customers that are (loudly) complaining due to the wait time being far beyond what was quoted. I feel their pain. Clearly, it makes no difference whether you have an appointment or not. Don't get confused. They work on their schedule, not yours. Recently, I sat in the lobby an hour after the shop had closed waiting for my vehicle to be done. The last set of tires I purchased came with a free "alignment" that pulled hard to the right. I have taken it back two times and it still isn't right. I just called the store to schedule my third appointment and was put on hold. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. That's a little long for those of us with lives, so I hung up and called back later. As soon as they picked up I was told to hold again. I asked " okay, for how long this time? I had been holding for 15 minutes previously to calling back now." I was asked to call back in 15-20 minutes. No thank you. The fact is that I would rather pay someone $100 to do a job right the first time than make 3 trips to a tire store for the same problem. Time is way more valuable than a free alignment. You get what you pay for. I'll steer anyone that will listen away from this place. And just in case anyone at the corporate office reads these reviews, you should think about this...If someone will take the time to write a review on this page...just think about how many people will hear about their experience and pass it along to others. Where have you been all of my life??? Since NTB ticked me off years ago.... I didn't know where I was going to buy new tires. My 17-yr old daughter needed 4 new tires for her car. She said that she wanted to buy them at Tire Discounters. Jumped on the website and found 4 new Michelin tires, 80,000/mile tires, out the door with more, road hazard protection and EVERYTHING.... $769. We women walked in the door and told the guy what we wanted.... he said ok.... but the thing is, we don't have 4 of those tires in stock.... BUT..... we have a BETTER Michelin tire, 90,000/mile tire, all 4 in stock, with a $50 store rebate AND a $70 mail-in rebate. The tires I was looking at were $135/ea. These better tires were $169/ea. When all was said and done, the better tires, out the door, were $690!!! Very satisfied..... and the clincher??? NTB ALWAYS told me I needed HUNDREDS of dollars in additional work..... Tire Discounters told me I didn't need any other work done.... I will return. read more
