I needed a quart of paint to wrap up my remodel of my bathroom. I told Bryce, the employee that I need a quart of my last order. He said we don't have quarts in that paint so I said I'll take a gallon please. At about the same time a "regular" customer showed up because Bryce called him by his name and he basically ignored me until it was time for me to pay $60 for a gallon of paint. I go home, start painting and then find out the color doesn't even match. Maybe if he paid attention to what he was doing instead of helping the other customer he would of made the correct paint for me and wouldn't of wasted time, gas, and money!

I asked a worker about to go to the register who said "she'd have to look" and then proceeded to ring up people and just left me to wonder if she was going to ever get to me. Apparently not, as there was no effort made to help. No follow up to say "let me ring up this person and then I'll look". Nope. I left. Not worth my time and effort. Will spend my money elsewhere.

After my sister accidentally donated the wrong books, I was initially told by the store manager that nothing could be done and that the books could not be located. Unfortunately, the interaction left me feeling dismissed and discouraged. After I spoke with District Manager Raphael, he immediately got involved and asked Christina to assist with the situation. Cynthia also joined in the effort. They took the time to listen, search thoroughly, and explore every possible option to help. Raphael also allowed my family and me to assist in the search. I would also like to recognize Robert, a newer employee, who was instrumental in locating one of the books. Although I was initially told nothing could be done, Christina, Cynthia, and Robert went above and beyond to help. Thanks to their efforts, 2 of my 5 books were found and returned to me. While I was disappointed that all of the books were not recovered, I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and dedication they showed throughout the process.
