The women at the front desk is very friendly and is the only staff member I have actually seen but is very easy to work with. The room itself is a pretty generic motel room. It has a floral comforter, spiders in the corner of the room, quite possibly the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen, and a mirror so small, It's easier to just use a cell phone. I've gotten to a point where small things don't really bother me and the room was clean enough to do the trick. This motel also allows dogs which is a big plus for me since my girlfriend had 2 little pugs that also needed a place to sleep. Overall I see this as a place that I'm sure most people would pick at but I won't be one of them. This is a place I'm glad is here and will most likely be spending more nights here in the future.

Highlights for my family were the chocolate milk, waffle station and cereal/yogurt selection. I would skip the eggs, breakfast meats etc. they were bland and the texture was off. It was evident the hotel is cutting corners to save money and that is sad. I expect more out of a Marriott property. We almost exclusively book Marriott properties when traveling. In the mornings, there were small empty wine bottles lying around. The rooms were not as clean as they used to be. Each time we asked about the parking the staff pushed us off and none of them ever had answers for anything. Angus would always get super excited when we got to the Pet Hotel - couldn't wait to get inside and socialize with the people and other dogs. Our first trip back in 5 years with our new bull terrier pup, Arlo, looks to be no different. You get to drop off your pet bed, so nighttime is familiar. You can drop off food, as well, labeled for correct dispensing. There are walks and yard time. A full doggie spa - should you choose. We love it here and have NEVER worried about the happiness of our pet or the level of care given by the long term staff. They love the four-leggers just like we do!
