I called several places, all of which sounded awful over the telephone. I selected the closest place to me which was Arlington Collision Center. I got a date and a time but was clearly told that it was NOT an appointment, only a suggested time that might work. I walked in and, guess what, Jeff saw me immediately. He was thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I have nothing but high praise for him. When I could not decide whether to use my insurance, he presented me with an estimate that would work whether I did so or not. One glaring exception to the high quality of work here is the receptionist. I did not get her name but she was bad over the telephone and she was worse in person. Kind of rude and I think she knows it. As long as Jeff stays there, though, I will be happy!

He went over every step and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and had impeccable customer service. I found out later he was the manager but everyone else I dealt with there was also very helpful so I think this was the corporate culture not role-based. After I left my car, I got updates with what stage the car was in with a link to see exactly whar was being done. They always included the opportunity to contact them for questions and concerns. The time they estimated it was done was accurate and the texts kept me in the loop until the end. when they were done, I received a call that I missed so I called back and they were very helpful. When I picked the car up, they were still very helpful. They didn't impress upon me that this location is for GEICO and State Farm which is why they have a streamlined process and are able to turn vehicles around quickly so if you don't have those two insurances and you get in an accident, you can go to their other branch next door which deals with many insurance companies, but also could take longer. Something to keep in mind so you don't get them mixed up or have expectations that won't be met due to this reason. This was my first experience at a body shop (other than a small local outfit) and it was a great experience. Highly recommended.

You'll think you're lost trying to get to them - more than once my towing company took my car to the garage next door - but I think they're worth sticking it out for.
