Sunday around eight at night, our kitchen faucet broke. We cannot stop the water from continuously running. It's late and we are leaving early the following day for our vacation. We are in desperate need of a plumber. Tom has done repairs and painting work at our house in the past. We remember him saying that he does plumbing as well. We were hesitant to call him since it's late Sunday night. We took our chance, dialed his number and left him a message. We were surprised to hear from him in a short period of time and even came over to see how he can help. Since all the stores were already closed, he temporarily fix the problem and promised to return early morning to finish the job before we leave for our vacation. My husband and I are both seniors. We are so glad to have a Handyman that we can depend on and trust. His performance on all the work he has done in our place were excellent. horrible - do not use this guy - he marked our walls with a pen to measure shelves, and knocked holes in walls into other rooms, the wiring was later repaired by a licensed electrician who stated the job was a fire hazard. Stay Away - this guy is a hack and has no idea what he's doing. Tom. From a recommendation, we took on Tom to install tile flooring on our second floor. From the onset of the project, he assured us the work would only take seven days to complete. We are now 10 days in, sleeping downstairs because he demolished the upstairs and he did everything wrong, putting in the tiles in the incorrect direction, not leveling the floor, not properly spacing the tiles and cutting them at odd lengths. During the entire project, he never showed up on time, often hours late if he showed up at all and he always had some excuse. Upon research, it turns out he does not have a contractors license and now will not return the money in good faith that we gave him. As it stands, he admitted that he put the flooring in wrong and agreed to give us back 50% of the money he took from us. Now he left us with a house in shambles, nails and screws sticking up everywhere. My 8 year old daughter has to sleep on the couch along with her mom because our bedroom is destroyed and he won't give us back the money we gave him, complaining about financial hardship. What about the financial hardship you put us through? All of our savings in your pocket for less than 25% of the work done!! This guy is a total sham and con artist. I wouldn't recommend hiring him to change a lightbulb. read more

We did not have a good experience with TB Priority Handyman. The job was to replace some drywall, wood fascia and install some insulation as a repair for some minor water damage. For a job that we were told would take 2 days to complete, he came over 3 times and it still is not completed to my satisfaction. The first day, he was several hours late (he did call to say he would be late), 2nd day he was again several hours late - but this time no phone call to say he would be late. Overall, the drywall texture that was put on doesn't even look close to the original texture and one wood fascia he installed doesn't even match the other side of the cabinet. We would not use him again nor recommend him to anyone. read more
